Fantastic experience: Handy location and great service. The teeth clean was the most thorough I've ever had. The dentist was able to take photos of my teeth to show me , which was something new to me. The new patient special was a nice bonus.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to the team at Gentle Dentistry for my Invisalign treatment over the past two years. Dr. Hoe, PuiYi, Su, and the other dentists were all professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever I had a concern. Dr. Hoe is not only skilled but also genuinely caring, and PuiYi made communication much easier by translating into Mandarin. The clinic was very flexible with rescheduling, and even after I relocated to another city, they ensured my treatment continued smoothly. Today I received my retainer, and I truly appreciate all their support. I really miss Gentle Dentistry and wish I could still do my regular check-ups and cleaning with them — hopefully one day they will open a branch in other cities. Highly recommended for Invisalign and all dental care!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Gentle Dentistry! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel calm and comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The dentist was gentle (true to the name!), explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease the entire visit. It’s rare to find a clinic that’s both thorough and genuinely caring. If you’re someone who gets nervous about the dentist—this is the place for you!

Negative experience: Awful experience at this dentist! Poor work carried out by the dentist, when I complained they told me to come back in and see Brandon Hoe who made me feel as uncomfortable as possible, repeatedly making comments about how the Botox arrived today and its just there in the fridge and laughing whilst looking at my cheek and then the dental assistant who looked at him deadpan and didn’t respond while he’s got his hand in my mouth, that made me feel awful, completely disagreeing with my assessment of what the tooth needed to rectify the poor work done, insisted that putting a filling on it would fix it, it did not! I complained again, I was asked if I wanted to book in again with Brandon? Why so he can make me feel awful and do more bandaid work which doesn’t fix the problem!

Was attracted by the name, excellent reviews and convenient CBD location. I was not disappointed. Fantastic experience, cannot recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: I got Zoom whitening at Gentle Dentistry yesterday, I am pleased with the results. Totally worth it. They did 4 sessions of 15 minutes. 25% hydrogen peroxide. They also took some moulds of my teeth, it’s included in the price. I’m going there next week to pickup the take home trays. I’ll get a syringe of bleach solution, that will last one week. $30 to buy another syringe. My health care provider covered $150, I only ended up paying $450. Pretty good deal. My teeth are whiter and I can maintain my whiteness at home with the custom trays. I’m planning on buying the refill once a month. Also I’ve been going there for years for a checkup and cleaning. They put fluoride on my teeth afterwards, it’s really great. I also bought tooth mousse there, and I get a free toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff are great. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional! Contacted them specifically for a consultation about gum grafting surgery. Despite confirming twice with receptionist upon booking that I was booking for sole purpose of a gum grafting consultation, I arrived at the appointment to be told that they did not offer that service at that location. Despite being lured to the appointment under false pretences and thus for no quantifiable reason I was still made to pay the consultation fee; BUT not before being insulted by the dentist as he attempted to make a joke about my very serious medical condition! Premises were dirty and I would urge anyone to stay away!

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with Gentle Dentistry for the many years I have been with them. I highly recommend the reception staff and dental assistants who’ve I’ve always found helpful and efficient. I also highly recommend Dr Josh Zheng who has been my dentist for the last year or so. He is thorough and proactive in that he identified the cause of several problems with my mouth. He is also gentle and effective. I have a fear of dentists from childhood experience but I have never experienced any problems or pain with him and he is understanding of my fear.

Negative experience: Worst experience! The dentist did a horrible job and I left feeling traumatized. They were supposed to send a referral for me to get surgery and they never did. Tried calling them several times when they said they would send it but never did. This dentist is not professional and more expensive there are better places out there. Do not go here!
