Fantastic experience: Few years back my son had issues with his wisdom teeth and needed a number extracted. All the quotes we received were absolutely astronomical. Dr Chris Smith saw him and gave us an excellent and extremely professional service at a really good price, I have never forgotten what that did in terms of the outstanding work he did and that he did it at a great price and did not rip us off.

Negative experience: very disappointed :( I tried fix my tooth (implant) last year I had damage but they did not started the proceed because I was pregnant the receptionist said that would be the same price after have my baby. So I just went there today and the price was 1500 for 5000. Single implant

Negative experience: I saw a side of Chris today that I've seen hints of, but until today he hadn't let loose on me. All I can say is that he was rude and arrogant and obviously thinks his patients are clueless. I travel all the way from Jimboomba to see him, but today was the last time that will happen. I was disgusted by his attitude and lack of care. If I could give no stars, I would! No wonder his staff is always changing. Massive fail, Chris Smith!

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for 6 years. Each year I receive a postcard reminding me that my checkup is due. So far nothing more than general cleaning has been required. I like that Chris does not go looking for work and if all that is needed is a clean, then that is all that gets done.

Fantastic experience: I snapped a front tooth off at the age of about 6 years, so have always hated going to a dentist......I am now 67 years old and have been going to Dr. Chris for about 6 or 8 years, every 6 months for my checkup, and even though i still get anxious about going, i find Dr. Chris to be very professional, caring, and friendly, and i couldnt imagine going any where else............

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with the total care and customer service we have experience at Bay Dental. One incident in particular, where my daughter had serious reservations about receiving some fillings. Dr Chris was very caring and gave alternatives, Michelle and the other staff then went about getting it all sorted. We received amazing care on the day. Despite my daughters anxiety about the procedure, she was quickly put at ease and she felt very relaxed. A couple of days later we also had a follow up call to make sure my daughter was ok. Fantastic experience: Chris Smith has done a lot of work on my teeth over the last couple of years. He has restored many of them from a place of near extraction to teeth that look beautiful, natural and healthy. I have had several crowns and one bridge. My initial trust in his work commenced from the very first crowns he did on my front teeth. He was so painstakingly articulate and precise to a degree that far exceeded any other dentist who has carried out work on my teeth in the past. The end result far exceeded my expectations. Whenever anyone is looking for an exceptional dentist I have no hesitation in recommending him and his fabulous team. :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my family to see Chris Smith for a number of years now and have some major dental work done myself, including an implant. My children have also had extractions and other work done as well as the usual check-ups, cleans and regular visits. Chris is such a lovely person and explains everything in plain English. He has used sedation a number of times for myself and two of my children and it makes the whole dental experience so easy and pleasant. None of us dread going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I had baby teeth as an adult in my late 30's. They were strong but were giving me jaw and neck pain as well as headaches. I went to Chris and he looked after me through extractions, monitored my tooth health while I had adult braces and gave me the most exquisite caps (they were needed) after everything was completed. I also needed a bridge right at the front of my mouth to hide a fused adult tooth which refused to descend. The thing of it all was - he was painless, informative and cheery the entire way through. And I get compliments all the time about my beautiful teeth and smile which nature didn't give me - it was the work of Chris and my orthodontist combined. Small problems or large - go see Chris. I'd trust hi to do anything with my teeth because I know he'll keep me informed every step of the way, the process will be painless and uneventful and the results stunning.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bay Dental over the years and have always been very pleased with the service they have provided and the work Chris and the team have done. But it was in November of 2013 that I really got to see how good they were. A whole series of dental issues suddenly befell me and it was a really terrible and painful time. Chris saw me without delay and, over the coming weeks, gave me outstanding care and kept me informed every step of the way so that I was in no doubt as to progress and what to expect. Had he not seen me as often as he did and given me so much of his time to ensure I was well and truly on the mend, my Christmas holiday overseas would have been ruined. Fantastic experience: Once again I have to write a review about Dr Chris at Bay Dental. The team are extraordinary. Dr Chris has been looking after my implant and bone graft work for about 12 months. Over this time, he has constantly shown a great deal of care and interest in my ongoing treatment. It's not very often you get such honest and genuine service, and Bay Dental absolutely deserve a recommendation for their great work. Dr Smith certainly has a wealth of experience, he is very particular about doing any treatment with dedicated forethought and a thorough plan, which is really comforting for anybody when it comes to issues with your health. How often do you say "its nice to see you" when you visit the dentist!!!! You will when you meet these guys.

Fantastic experience: My family and I were original customers of the dental practice when it was located on Bay Terrace. We have continued to use the practice over a very long period of time and seen many changes, ie growth, change of ownership and staff, and change of premises. Chris and the staff of Bay Dental have always been fantastic to deal with. They are accommodating with appointments, explain procedures in easy to understand language and strive to provide excellent service at all times. Whilst offering specialised dental treatment, Bay Dental also provide good all-round family friendly service and I am constantly recommending them to other family and friends.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a dental phobia but a bad need to see a dentist, I knew I was going to have to find the right service provider. There was no way that I would have been able to go through normal dental treatment so I was glad to find the team at Bay Dental who provide conscious sedation. Not only is Chris a very skilled practitioner, he also takes time to explain things fully. His team are very professional and caring and I always felt that I was in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely a five star establishment, particularly for a person like myself. I grew up in the 'terrible dentist time' and consequently developed a lifelong terror of the dentist. Chris cured me of this and has given me some wonderful implants. Fantastic experience: After having a partial denture become a part of my life at 13 years old and numerous bad experiences with dentures and the associated problems that occur with having one for nearly 40 years, I was suffering not only on the inside of my mouth but also suffering a lack of confidence due to an unsightly smile. Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to find Dr Chris, he and his wonderful staff helped me to regain my self confidence, I was very nervous about getting implants but Dr Chris tells you what is happening every step of the way, I could not be more satisfied with the end result, It is not a quick procedure but the wait is well worth it, I now have a beautiful smile and Dr Chris and his wonderful staff are very friendly and supportive, I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting any kind of restoration work done to go and have a chat with Dr Chris...

Fantastic experience: Chris assisted me by providing a solution to fill the spaces left after two teeth were extracted. Chris explained what the options were and I decided to go with implants which have worked out really well. There was a fair amount or preparation involved in the restoration work but the results made it all worthwhile. Chris and his team were great to deal with in the lead up to and during the surgery and since the procedure. This work is not inexpensive but I believe that the result of having teeth that are essentially as good as your own make it worthwhile. Chris is technically very good and takes the time to explain himself clearly.
