Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, she made scheduling a breeze and delivered outstanding customer service from the start. My treatment journey with Dr. John and Kristy was nothing short of amazing. Jhon was highly professional, took the time to explain every step of the process, and gave me clear guidance on how to achieve my dream smile. Kristy truly has the hands of an angel, despite being very sensitive to dental work, the entire experience was completely painless and stress-free. I can't recommend this team enough 10/10. After lots of research, I’m so glad I chose them. I’m over the moon with the results and incredibly grateful for the beautiful smile they’ve given me. (P.S. Fantastic experience: When I started searching for an orthodontist I wanted to find friendly staff, in a convenient location to home and buses to get there for mishaps, orthodontist available all the time for mishaps, reasonable price AND quality results. I went to 3 others before I settled on this practice. I got smiles all round on the first day and was introduced to all the staff rather than just ignoring them like they were extraneous members of the team. John was always helpful and all the staff great to chat with. My daughter had the choice of Invisalign or braces at the same price and her results were amazing. She wore her elastics and Invisalign at all times as requested and finished her treatment well before the initial time quoted. John even filled some chips at the end so her smile is now perfect. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend John and his team enough! They are all amazing. John was so patient and caring with my daughter and her super sensitive gag reflex. Nothing was too much trouble. The results are amazing. The practice is also super convenient for a kids to get their own way there being on the main road and bus route. Thanks John and team!

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to get my teeth straightened because I thought it would be painful, time consuming and potentially not get the outcome I wanted in the end. However, I used Invisalign which rarely got recognised because of how clear it was and was pain free majority of the time. Your teeth are moving so there has to be a little bit of pain to know it’s working but I am so happy with the results and only took a year to fix including a 2 month pause for a trip away so really only 10 months. The staff are so nice and personable and are always checking to make sure the treatment is going well and not hurting. Absolutely recommend Dee Why Orthodontist to anyone needing or wanting to improve anything with their teeth.
