Fantastic experience: Just wanna give a big thumbs up for the front desk lady. My friend who had a dental whitening procedure from other dentist located far away from Point Cook but they forgot to give her the desensitized gel. My friend was so frustrated and trying to get the same desensitized gel from other dentist but none of them would give her. Miraculously Supreme Dental Boardwalk does have the same gel and happy for us to get it. Deeply appreciated and would definitely recommend this dentist for others.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I visited Dr Samantha yesterday for our check-up and Cleaning and we were both extremely happy with the experience. My young daughter usually gets nervous at clinics, but she wasn’t scared at all here and she actually enjoyed it! The dentist was very gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly without any unnecessary treatment. All the staff members were friendly, the clinic was clean, and everything felt very well organised. We were truly satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If you get the right dentist, this is a great place to get dental cleanup and other dental hygiene done. the dentist. Some dentists are good. Others are like a car salesman trying to sell you major dental with fearmongering while not even doing even basic cleaning properly.

I don’t feel any discomfort throughout the whole process. Besides, the receptionist at the front desk has been so helpful too. Fantastic experience: This place has the most affordable prices in Point Cook, and the treatment quality you get is just as good as other places, despite them not sending you broke! The dentists are very kind, willing to listen to your concerns, and explain everything they're doing as they do it. Fantastic experience: Came in for multiple onlay prep and insert and I LOVE HERE! The clinic's modern, comfortable and hygienic. Busy when I came in but very organised and on time. Dentist explained procedures thoroughly and addressing all concerns with patience. Dentist and the assistant were both quick and gentle. Negative experience: Came in for a general dental check up and clean today, I am genuinely so disappointed in the service, had to come back as the clean was not done properly and still had plaque on my teeth and left feeling so uncomfortable after my return visit. I wasted my money and time trusting the dentist that works here only to have to now go elsewhere and get this service done again as I don’t want to go back here. I do not recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled and my dentist was very gentle. I experienced some pain a week later (Boxing Day) while the shop was closed. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 30mins. The next day I received a phone call for a check up (no charge). I'd just like to add the pain I had was from the neighbouring tooth, not the one I had extracted. Also pre existing. I have full faith in this clinic. All are genuinely caring. Thanks guys and I'm glad I now have a trusted dentist.

Negative experience: I booked appointment on phone for my 12yrs old son for braces consultation. On the day of appointment I went with my son and xray that I already had. Dentist just had a look at the xray, not even had a look at my son's teeth, and told us that she can't treat and I have to go to the specialist. We came out within only 2 minutes and I was charged full consultation fee. Really? So to hear that this dentist can't treat my son you charged me a fee? I expressed my disappointment before leaving and informed them that this is not fair practice. Later receptionist told me that since my son is 12yrs old they can't treat, he should be at least 16yrs. At the time of booking the appointment I had clearly mentioned the age but still they booked the appointment knowing that they can't do the treatment. This is totally ripping off the people for money. DON'T GO THERE. There are many other better clinics around.

Fantastic experience: This is the best I have ever been to a dentist clinic, the doctor technology is very good, whether fillings or tooth extraction, do not feel pain, also very gentle patience for children, reasonable charge, especially at the front desk, miss service attitude is very good, very good for patients, tender care, in a word, the dental clinic will not let you down.

Fantastic experience: Had an incident after 5pm on a Friday with my 1yo - the new dentist fitted her in despite never having seen my family before. He was fantastic with her (and me- my eldest had severe dental issues and that’s the last thing I wanted for my baby too). Very gentle but quick and thorough. Also used the opportunity to check oral hygiene and educate. Very personable. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: If anyone is considering going to boardwalk dental surgery for any dental work/procedures I suggest you look elsewhere as this dentist – Santhi Thambyrajah and medical staff are, shocking and pay no attention to the client’s dental health but are focused only on making money. They rip you off left right and center! The dentist and medical staff are VERY DODGY and don’t stick to what the client wants and just start procedures without even letting the clients know how much they cost! I was booked only for a clean (which is $115) and was charged $175. They tried forcing me to take an unnecessary X-RAY and made me pay a check-up fee although the dentist did not even consult with me! As a paying customer I expected a good service from what I thought was a professional practice and I am VERY DISAPOINTED and will be taking this matter further. I am also very disappointed that customer feedback is not taken to improve services provided instead the staff provide positive reviews about their own business to promote it and cover up mistakes.

Negative experience: If only i could give negative stars. Absolutely disgusting service, was once a reputable dentistry and now their priority is to make money. Constant phone calls and forced to make appointments knowing that outrageous cancellation fees apply. They feel free to take x-rays and fillings when just going in for a clean without consulting with patients and then hit you with a ridiculous bill at the end. Receptionist claims that they didn't know. This has happened multiple times. Spare yourself the problem and avoid at all costs

Negative experience: This is a BUPA Member's First provider and supposed to charge as per BUPA rates. They charged me $32 extra for a filling on top of Bupa's rates and the receptionist was unwilling to do anything about it in the first instance. I clarified with BUPA and then finally the Surgery offered me refund for $32. She blamed it on computer glitch, but it seems unlikely as my other fillings with exact same item number was actually charged as per BUPA rates. I was offered no apology for the amount of time I had to spend in getting my refund. Makes me wonder how many other people have been ripped off in the past.

Fantastic experience: Very good with children. My 7yo son had an extraction on Wed, despite being very nervous it was a quick and easy procedure. Highly recommend for children and straight shooting dental advice..
