Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed 10 days ago by Dr Duy. Dental nurse Anna assisted. Dr Duy did a fantastic job. I had barely any swelling the following days post the removal. I did not feel any pain at all during the removal. Dr Duy used lots of communication and had a very gentle nature. Nurse Anna made me feel very calm and relaxed. She made sure the whole procedure ran smoothly. Anna was very encouraging and talked me through the process step by step. I was very lucky to have such a wonderful experience. 10/10 dental care and service.

In addition to my private health coverage, I had to pay another sum without any prior information. The reception staff were overwhelmed and too busy to listen or discuss any concerns. Review and take a quote before any procedure.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at McLennan Street Dental. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed, and to my surprise, the entire procedure was completely painless! Thanks to Dr. Duy Ho. Prior to that, I also had a filling for my upper tooth, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable. Dr. Simranjeet Singh deserves special appreciation—he is not only highly skilled and professional but also very down-to-earth and approachable. His expertise and patient-centered approach made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. In terms of pricing, they offer exceptionally reasonable rates compared to other dental clinics in Shepparton and even Melbourne, while maintaining top-tier professional service. Without a doubt, one of the most affordable dentists in the Goulburn region, without compromising on quality! The only downside is their longer waiting period for appointments compared to other nearby clinics. However, this also speaks volumes about their popularity and trust among patients. A huge thank you to Dr. Simranjeet Singh and the entire team for their outstanding service and high-quality dental care! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and professional dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the Goulburn Valley and suffering a broken tooth, I needed to find a dentist in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, in a hurry. After calling the clinic at 8am, I was able to get an appointment at 3pm. Dr. Xavier Li's manner is superb. Dr. Li full explained what I had done to the tooth, what could be done to save it, and what would need to be done in the future to preserve the tooth. As a Bupa member, the professional fees, are very reasonable and the rebates provided helped ease the hit to the hip pocket :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for nearly four years. Prior to that I was petrified to step into a dental practice due to experiences years ago. The reception staff make you feel most welcome and reassure you. My dentist is excellent - so caring to my past anxiety but also extremely gentle. Basically there is no real pain only nominal discomfort. Nowadays my fears of going to the dentist are non existent due to the professional staff at McLennan St Dental. I will be back!!
