Fantastic experience: Incredible welcome and service from the receptionist Mikaylah. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed her visit so much that she didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Albert is very friendly. He explained to me clearly about the treatment plan. He also kept me informed during the treatment, so I was not nervous at all. I am very happy with the treatment job he has done to remove the stain and decay from my teeth and render them nicely. I especially love his job done on the front tooth. Not only the decay/stained has been removed, but also the tooth now good looking with nice shape.

Positive experience: Usually get an appointment very quickly when urgent. Very pleasant staff, Norris saved my tooth when I went in suspecting an extraction. Thank you, so grateful.

Negative experience: I was treated here just over a week ago after breaking a tooth and the temporary filling fell out 4 days later when I was eating bread; I had the tooth permanently fixed by another dentist for half the price of the original treatment. NOT HAPPY!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this Dental Practice 3 times now and it’s been amazing! Definitely going to be my primary clinic. Dr Tim and the nurse assistants were all amazing each time and eased all my nerves. They were extremely professional and super kind and gentle. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I booked an extremely necessary appointment on a saturday 21st at 11:15 for a wisdom tooth removal, confirmed over both call and text, and when i arrived at 11 the place was closed. I waited until 12 and called the other Dental Excel practices to see what was going on and they had no idea. Left multiple voicemails. I got a call the next monday saying they were double confirming?? my appointment on thursday 26th (an appointment that i never booked as i work on thursdays and never had any previous confirmation for) and received no apology or even acknowledgment when i bought up the issue of my initial appointment. Completely disrespectful of my time and the extreme pain i was in as a result of their negligence. Went straight to another dental practice and was given amazing care immediately.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience, from the time Jess was able to book me in as an emergency to Dr Tim and his nurse being able to build my tooth back up with no pain. I have never had a dentist so gentle and calming. I will certainly be recommending this practice to family and friends. Thank you guys for changing my fear into a pleasant experience xx

Negative experience: We had very good experience with the previous dentist but since the new dentist has come, very rough and got overcharged for things which wasn’t needed to be done The atm was down so they could not tell us what we will get back from the health funds Very very bad experience Definitely not going back

Fantastic experience: I love Dental Excel. The staff are great. Kami (Dentist) is great. He lets you know exactly what is going to happen. They also make sure that you are comfortable. The last time I was there Kami helped me out to the front. Kami is the only dentist that I do not feel the needle go in. They are a caring dentist and explain everything through before it happens. I will continue to use them.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a bleaching procedure from an old football injury. I had a large gap in my front teeth. Kami /Susan suggested I be better to receive to crowns and close the gap with a permanent procedure. WOW! This is life changing. I'm sooooo pleased with my new look.
