Fantastic experience: Gentle and caring staff, Dr Sham is involved every step of the way. Takes time to drop in even on check ups (doesn't have to but does) I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this practice. I've had the all on 4 operation not for the look or smile but for other reasons (eating). The quality of your staff Dr Shams is worth more in wages. I'm very impressed . Well done team. From my FIFO work timelines to arranging appointments is so easy with everyone, it's DEFINITELY WORTH 2 & 1/2 HRS DRIVE (other side of Toowoomba) keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter had her first dental visit with Dr Martain. She was extremely nervous and didn’t want to go. Dr Martain was absolutely amazing!! He took the time to explain everything to her before he started and throughout the appointment. I was delighted with how much time he spent talking to her directly and educating her on what foods to eat and how to take care of her teeth. She still quotes everything Dr Martain said during the appointment and she keeps asking to go back to the dentist. His assistant was also lovely and is great with kids! I’m glad we have found such an amazing dentist for our family!

My teeth were in such bad condition I thought it would be a long road to recovery, but I was so happy to see great improvement after dr Bryan’s clean and polish. He also gave me great education for how to care for my teeth which was so helpful. Very appreciate of Dr Bryan’s skill and knowledge. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have a major phobia of dentists, but I highly recommend Integra Dental for anyone with a fear of dentists. They have this amazing set up where you can go to sleep to have all your teeth fixed which is such a relief for someone like me. I highly recommend Dr Bryan who was so great with me in keeping me calm and checking I was okay. And also Rachel who was extremely helpful when I was organising everything. If you hate going to the dentist, do yourself a favour and come here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bryan is the best dentist I’ve ever had! My discoloured teeth have bothered me for many years and according to my previous dentist that there’s not much they could do about it. However, Dr. Bryan offered a treatment plan including all fillings and in-chair plus take-home whitening kits during our first free consultation. I was very happy with this not so costly plan but to be honest at that time I doubted about the result. BUT! Within 6 appointments, Dr. Bryan brightens my teeth at least 8 shades up! And he fixed all my decayed teeth (I’ve got a lot and some of them are quite difficult to deal with)! He also makes the shape of my crowded front teeth look way better with his advanced skillsI wish I met him years ago but luckily it’s never too late to find the right dentist! I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends! Again, thank you very much Dr. Bryan!

Fantastic experience: Integra Dental are by far the most trustworthy and friendly clinic I've come across. I took advantage of a promotion they had and there was no hidden catches or fees and the staff were great! Bryan and Ellie were fantastic in treating me and I'll certainly be returning for future procedures.

Fantastic experience: I highly reccomend Integra dental. Dr Remon MEKAEIL, Helen and all the team have exceeded my expectations. I am extremely nervous and anxious when it comes to the dentist but Dr Mekaeil with his kindness and patience has helped me overcome a lot of this, making my experience with the dentist better and better every visit. Dr Mekaeil along with his assistant Helen are above exceptional and I can not thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have never attended a dental appointment where the staff are so engaging, helpful and make you feel like you are the only person that matters. After years of teeth that were never straight, I was more that delighted after one year of braces, coloured bands and ALWAYS feeling very special to look in the mirror and have normal looking teeth. Elektra was amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed while making my wish come true. Highly recommended for anyone wanting that special care.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my All On 4 done by Dr Sham, every thing explained and the staff are fantastic, well worth the trip from Vic to have this done at Robina. Would highly recommend to anyone with dentures!!!

Negative experience: Update 23/07/2021 Approximately $17500 work?? but you some how managed to charge over $37000 that seems like a significant difference. You will also notice the charge for the $780 to assist with claim to release super is not listed as that but as a dental procedure so if allowed to why would you not list it correctly. See attached photos and make up you own mind how truthful they are. Beware of Malo Dental. I was going to have all on 4 procedure done and I used a company to access my super on medical compassionate reasons for the work. This was to be accessed in 2 payments the second to be done after the initial work was completed. How ever Malo Dental sent a letter/invoice to the company I used which was then forwarded to the ATO to release the remaining money, but Malo Dental had only done a clean on my bottom teeth at the time which they charged $1000 to do (most expensive clean I have ever had and it was only half of mouth). Due to medical reasons I’m unable to proceed with this work for 12 months, I requested a refund for the remaining $4000 of my $5000 deposit, they all of a sudden produced bills they were charged from other companies and only refunded $2000 of the $4000 credit. How ever I have invoices stating I have $4000 credit. Also on my treatment plan that is itemised there is no charge for what they are now claiming $2000 on. When I had the initial consultation a free quote that Malo Dental provide I also inquired about veneers on 4 of my bottom teeth which they quoted $4200 to do. The dentist Jamal Sham, I dealt with said at the consultation I probably wouldn’t need to have them done but we could leave it on and I could keep that $4200 released from my super as a little bonus for me. Also they added the $780 to my invoice to pay the company that helps apply for the release of super as I didn’t have the money at the time they added the $780 as a implant impression to my invoice to the ATO. I’m in the process of taking further action as I’ve started dealing with the QLD health ombudsman and informing the ATO of the actions of Malo Dental. My recommendation is to stay clear of Malo Dental there are plenty of fantastic dental clinics on the Gold Coast.

Negative experience: Root canals cause misery and cancer Research its easy Implants research. The dangers Ignore at your own risk Dentists dont care Knowledge is power. It gives us choices

Fantastic experience: Dr. Remon is absolutely amazing! We ended up following him to Malo Dental which is now on the other end of the Gold Coast for us but worth the drive to see him. He has looked after my son since he was 5 years old and always puts his nerves at ease. He is exceptional with children and genuinely cares about his patients. The whole team at Malo dental is absolutely lovely and I would recommend Dr. Remon to anyone who is looking for an amazing dentist!
