Fantastic experience: I’ve visited this practice for my last two check-ups and have been really impressed. The staff are all very kind and the Saturday appointments are a lifesaver since I work full-time. It’s also a huge bonus that my check-ups are fully covered under my Bupa health insurance.

Fantastic experience: I usually stress going to the Dentist due to past experiences that cause painful procedures. However, I am thrilled that I saw Dr Gautam Ravi who has alleviated my fears of going to the dentist. Dr Ravi is so gentle and kind. I have no hesitation now of going to my next planned appointment. Fantastic experience: I actually hate going to the dentist, but this place is great. The staff here were so lovely, and the dentist was a really cool guy - Dr Ravi. He explained everything really well. I didn't have any pain (wisdom tooth extraction), and for me, it honestly couldn't have gone better. I feel so grateful and relieved. Highly recommend! x

Fantastic experience: I just want to take the time to thank Dr. Michael Soleiman for the truly amazing experience I had with him for the first time. I had a large amalgam filling replaced with a beautiful overlay restoration, and he did it perfectly — with such skill, precision, and professionalism. He even provided an additional follow-up session to make sure everything was functional, comfortable, and aesthetically perfect. If I could give more than five stars for his work, his professionalism, and the genuinely kind person he is, I absolutely would. I truly appreciate Dr. Michael Stoneman, and I highly recommend him. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. AnnSilve Torres (Anni) for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She is incredibly caring and always takes the time to listen to my preferences, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Treatments have been done with minimal pain, and I’ve always felt in safe, professional hands. On top of that, her recommendations for ongoing dental care have been very clear and helpful. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the genuine care she shows—highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists especially Fezeh and Dr. Ravi ~~ Clinic felt like home very nice and warm people.

Negative experience: I originally booked in to get a routine cleaning but my dentist decided I needed a major procedure and performed it without my consent nor telling me, which cost me $600 for half of my mouth!!! the receptionist demanded I had to pay and ask for the refund after.. which I never got (she wasn't letting me leave the clinic). After months of fighting with Bupa, I decided they are not worth my time nor money anymore, so I don't recommend this practice, nor bupa.. for a company that is so profitable thanks to us, it's (ex)members, it is disgraceful how they want to take advantage of us.

She is an outstanding oral health therapist who combines professionalism with a warm and caring approach. Ms. Fezeh made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood how to maintain my oral health in the long term. Her gentle touch and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and comfortable. If you’re looking for a dental professional for regular and preventive dental check-ups and cleanings, I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist, Fezeh Saian, was incredible. She made me feel completely relaxed during my deep cleaning session. Her warmth and friendly demeanor made the entire experience much more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Took my 6 year old son to Bupa Dental Cremorne for his first check up and clean. Dr Bree Kwon was a natural when it comes to handling young first timers. She was gentle and diligent, carefully introducing and prepping each step of the way with my son, including allowing him to recline the seat back and getting to know the water spray and vacuum (apologies for the non-technical names of the devices). Advice on better techniques and responses to other questions were also discussed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dr Stein who is an unbelievable dentist and highly professional. The reception staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Fantastic experience: The first time I went to get my teeth cleaned, April 2021, Dr. Min Ji Kwon and Fezeh Saisan were fantastic and thorough. I found both Dr. Kwon and Fezeh very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After getting home, my partner said my teeth looked so bright! He was super impressed with the cleaning. I highly recommend both of them. I had to go back in August 2021 to see Dr. Kwon for a nightguard and she was explained to me how the nightguard will help and what benefits there were to it, especially since I've been clenching my teeth during my sleep. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, I wore the nightguard a few days and found that there was a spot that was a bit tight and she had no problems with having me come in free of charge to get it sorted. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Kwon and Fezeh.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Dr Bree Kwon at our first visit for my 3 year old son. She was so warm and friendly, explained everything to my son before it happened and gave him a chance to familiarise himself with the equipment - even allowing him to adjust the seat himself which was extra special. Our hygienist was also fantastic and took extra care of my son once I was having my turn in the chair. It made an experience that could have been frightening for a 3 year old very pleasant instead, so thanks Dr Bree and team! Ruby at reception was also friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Nice front desk girl - professional and gentle hygienist and dentist

Negative experience: Good dentists (Dr Lawrence & Dr Charlie). But unfortunately I've had multiple experiences where the reception staff have been blunt and rude. I don't recommend this location as a result, both generally and particularly if you have a dental phobia - the reception staff have shown themselves to be lacking in understanding, empathy and patience.

Negative experience: Poor COVID 19 management practices in the waiting room Excessive people waiting beyond capacity Uses paper and pen health status forms Versus online completion via personal device You would think a health provider would be setting the benchmark and example Especially given pubs clubs and office buildings use the electronic method Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: Definitely 5* service at Bupa Dental Cremorne. The team couldn't be nicer with kids, with a special aquarium-wall room that keeps them occupied, and tonnes of patience. I've had a go as well: best teeth cleaning ever, excellent care and PAIN-FREE dental work, believe it or not! Thanks to Dr. Lawrence magic hands, I didn't even feel the anesthetic injection... Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Good dentists but overpriced in my opnion. Same procedures I did two years ago for $350 in another dentist, cost me $787 there, and they were very simple, it took 25min only. Bupa covered $256, $531 is out of the pocket. Prepare your pockets!

Positive experience: My son see Dr Philip on his teeth check and adjustment here, he is so nice and patient and told me every detail about what’s happening and what he suggested to do next. He is very good doctor and friendly staff. Besides the professional points I also like the big fish tank

Yes, they provide excellent (and pain free) dental treatment, but they really differentiate themselves with their holistic approach to health management. I really feel like they care about my overall well-being as well as my dental hygiene. I cannot recommend Dr Stein and his team of professionals highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I initially took my teenage son to Progressive Dental and one other practice for advice on braces: both had been recommended to me. I was extremely impressed by the care, professionalism and holistic knowledge that Dr Stein and his team displayed (they place importance not just on straight teeth but also on the profile and entire face) and decided to proceed with them. Despite my son not always adhering to what he was asked to do, the team at the practice were always very welcoming, warm, encouraging and patient with him and we are delighted with the result! The braces came off recently and what a difference! I could not recommend this practice highly enough: everyone, from the warm and cheerful team at reception, to Dr Stein and his team , are the best!

Fantastic experience: I have always found the staff at Progressive Dental to be exceptionally friendly, patient, caring and meticulous in their work. Would highly recommend especially if you are somewhat dental phobic - Dr Stein and Dr Wilson are both so gentle and kind.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stein became my dentist a long time ago. Because of my previous (dental) history, my case represented some challenges. Dr Stein's expertise is fantastic, especially for someone with dentophobia. Before any procedure, he makes sure that I have a clear understanding of what is involved. My dental anxiety is gone, thanks to Dr Stein. I also like the friendly attitude of all staff in Dr Stein's surgery.

Positive experience: Thank goodness the snobbish older blonde receptionist has left the establishment. She was so rude with me that I just hated to go to the dentist. She has now been replaced in the last two appointments I have had so hopefully this is a permanent situation. The hygienist and dentist are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentists and dental hygienists. Knowledgeable, friendly, great booking and reminder system. If you get bored while at the dentist, they have a TV on the ceiling and can play TV episodes or documentaries while you're staring up at the ceiling :)

Negative experience: I stumbled across Progressive Dental the other day when I was at the Pathology clinic in the same Building. I have just recently changed health funds to Bupa, and saw that you were a Bupa recognised dental practice. When I went in to make an appointment, I wasn't really impressed with the customer service on the front desk - one lady was ok, didn't really know what she was doing (maybe she was new?) but the other was really quite rude with eye rolls and the like. I booked my appointment and went in last Thursday (a week early) and again wasn't really impressed with the lady on the front desk, filled out my form and said I will see her next week. I got a call today to confirm todays appointment, during that call, I asked that if there was a possibility for a later time, she promptly replied NO, so I said that was fine. We hung up and as that was the 3rd unfavourable encounter I have had with your clinic, I decided to phone back (about 10 seconds after) and simply cancel my appointment because I have just realised I cannot make the time. To which a differnt lady responded quite abruptly "but you just spoke to her", then a sigh, and then "This is really short notice you know" to which i apologised, and then she said "alright then, bye". In all honesty - the time was not a time I could easily make, but to be honest - I think dental work is very invasive as it is and to have women on the front desk who are rude and abrupt - it is not somewhere I would like to associate myself with for their services. I'm really sorry, but I just think your customer service skills and attitude problems really need some improvement... Unfortunately I cant comment on the actual densists there, as I never got that far!

Fantastic experience: I having been going here for 5 years and I am writing this review because I have just had an extensive amount of work done. Dr Stein and his team were so outstanding and caring throughout the whole process I could not recommend them highly enough including the hygienists . If you are looking for a new dentist you must go here!

Fantastic experience: Great dentists! I've been going here for a few years now and they have treated me far better then any other dentist I've previously used on the North Shore. Would've preferred to had my orthodontics done here
