Fantastic experience: Dentists have certainly changed.That drill no longer makes that sound that cringes U and doesn't hurt either, all up my visit to the dentist is now an enjoyable time. And they really are pleasant here in Echuca. Im glad they are my dentist and right from entering the front door I was made feel welcome. Also all Vets go and see Echuca Dental Clinic opposite Aldi and they will look after U using Ur Gold DVA Card as coverage.

Negative experience: Last year I was told during a check up that I needed almost $2500 in treatment. I asked for my xrays to be released to me so that I could get a second opinion without having to get more xrays as I am recently widowed and I couldn't afford to spend money I didnt need to. They said they would send them to me and never did after multiple requests. The practice manager was very persistent trying to convince me to book in the work. I have since been to 2 other dentists (one local, one not) who have both advised that no work is required at all!! I am so releived that I never agreed to go ahead with the treatment!! ADD TO RESPONSE... The treatment recommended by your clinic was NOT REQUIRED!! This is the point I am getting at and you are completly missing it! It was definetly quoted at well over $2000. The other dental clinic said they have had multiple people come to them with the same situation. Stop trying to rip people off for treatment they don't even need.
We appreciate that you have taken the time to write this feedback. However, we find this review surprising given that your attendance to our clinic was over 8 months ago.
We have many patients who attend our clinic who have a wide range of circumstances that we have empathy towards their individual needs including widowers, carers, patients undergoing cancer therapies and various medical treatments.
It is without prejudice towards anyone who attends our clinic that patient examination, diagnosis and treatment recommendations are made at the time the patient presents to our clinic.
Dental treatments can have a wide variety of costs associated with them, and outcomes are generally treatment dependent. It is our endeavour to discuss these options with patients to find the most appropriate treatment for each individual. For clarification, the costs advised to you at the time were also significantly lower than what you have stated. We also endeavour to help patients who experience severe financial hardship and have over the years provided pro bono dental care to numerous patients.
It should be noted that when dental conditions are not adequately diagnosed and treated, these conditions will generally deteriorate over time. Choosing no dental treatment is also the choice of any patient seeking treatment, having understood the consequences of not intervening in a timely manner.
We will always release records to patients following strict guidelines to comply with privacy and confidentiality laws.
We strive to offer the highest quality of dental services, treatment and have the most advanced dental technology for any dental clinic in the area. We also have a team of the most experienced dentists in the geographical area and hence we stand by our recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Echuca Dentist for the past two years. I have found them to be friendly sincere caring and upfront with all future plans for my teeth. I’ve had a couple of crowns and they make everything there at their clinic. Only recently found out that they do implants which is what I want eventually. We are very lucky to have a Dentist here in Echuca the caters to all needs.

They didn't try to push extra service on you, and the receptionist was very friendly. My son had a great experience at the Echuca Dental Clinic.

Rang up to cancel as I had something come up and instead of having to wait weeks/months they rearranged other appointments to squeeze me in at the end of that day. And then the dentist and assistant stayed back late to make sure I got the full service. Unreal!
