Fantastic experience: After going to other dentists trying to figure out what was the problem. 3 weeks of being in pain backwards and forwards to our previous dentist. One visit with these guys and they picked out the problem and fixed it straight away. Definitely feeling so much better today thank you to the team. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been three times in the last year and also my children a few times. Finally after three different dentist in Townsville after moving here 2 years ago we found the right one and what I believe the best one in town! I highly recommend Dr Arnold. All staff are so welcoming, patient, friendly, and informative. They are amazing with my younger children, even when I’m in the chair and have to bring them with me, they don’t make me feel like my children are a burden. They have calmed my nerves, and my son’s nerves who has an extreme fear of the sensory, sounds, smells and the feeling of dental treatment. I had a thorough clean, root canal and filling to date and all have been a positive, calm, pain free experience. Not one bit of pain!! Even the needle going in does not hurt as Dr Arnold puts numbing cream on first and it smells like bubblegum, though it does taste yuk but it is not even bad or hard to handle. We have learnt so much about taking care of our teeth, they educated and spent time explaining to my children who have been inspired and listened by implementing proper teeth brushing at home. We were given lots of freebies and dental care kits and packs that have toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, tongue cleaner, bicarb and tooth mouse. I never knew about tooth moose until going here and it has already helped my teeth after one week! Very thankful to Cameron and Co and I trust that the next procedures with my two children whereby they need tooth extractions due to rotten teeth will be a little easier knowing I am taking my kids here. They do not judge you at all, even if you don’t have perfect teeth. Genuine kindness and reasonably priced. Closer dentists near by are more expensive and offer less of a personalised and comprehensive care/ treatment in my opinion, hence why I have taken such time to write this long review. Thank you so much, my son and I are highly anxious and struggle at the dentist but our trust has grown and we are beginning to feel at ease because of you. The dentist who saw my son, is also amazing, (I can’t remember his name) he gave me a third opinion and said I don’t not need to put my child to sleep to get his teeth removed like another dentist said we needed to do that would be over $4000 and much more risks involved. ..he said he is willing and confident to do it in the chair with support and options we feel comfortable with that will help my son ease his nerves and extreme fear. Another dentist in the area was not interested in working on children and said there yeh do what the other dentist said and get his tooth pulled out under general in hospital because of his fear and nervousness. Thank you Dr Arnold. I appreciate your supportive care, non-judgment and-expert counsel . I cannot tell you how grateful I am to feel trust in such a respected and remarkable dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just finished having a clean and checkup with Cameron & Co and couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. It was actually an interactive process where they physically showed me (with a mirror) how to properly care for my teeth and walked me through the X-rays and everything they noted. An entirely pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first ever tooth extraction (back molar) at Cameron and Co yesterday and they were FANTASTIC. I get a bit of dental anxiety and they were so patient, gentle, talked me through the whole process and I did not feel a thing. I’m pain free for the first time in weeks, and I was in and out of the chair in just under an hour. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had my first dental hygiene visit ever today and I was very impressed. Jules explained her findings and the procedure very well and I felt relaxed because of her good humour and professionalism. She was ably assisted by Christine and together they made a great team. They used state of the art equipment and my teeth felt excellent afterwards. As a bonus Jules even fixed a sharp chip on one tooth. My whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Used to be great and we were long term clients. Unfortunately, we will never go back there. Do not get any orthodontic work done there, as no one is actually a qualified orthodontist. We spent thousands of dollars and put our daughter through a lot of unnecessary pain and trauma as we thought we were doing the right thing for our child. We have since taken our child to the only qualified orthodontist in Townsville and I wish we had gone there originally.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist until I met Cameron Arnold. He makes the experience so comfortable. He is always so calm and makes you feel like a valued client. All the staff at his clinic are always so friendly and always pop out to say hello. I love that!

He was able to work around my busy day job by offering early morning appointments, and his staff followed up with me after . Without hesitation I highly recommend Cameron and his team.

Negative experience: I went to see Cameron & co after part of an old filling came out. I saw Dr. Aspinall the day after who took an x-ray without asking that he then did not even look at but made me pay 70 dollars for. He told me my tooth was rotten underneath the filling and that I need a root canal. I was quoted almost 3000 dollars and was told that I needed a professional cleaning before the procedure, which I has never been done before any sort of procedure in all the times I've been to a dentist. After several initial warning signs (e.g. Dr. Aspinall thought an old amalgam filling of mine was a "massive" cavity) I decided to get a second opinion. I asked to have the x-ray sent to me, which they refused to do. I got in touch with another dentist who kindly requested my records from Cameron & co. I contacted my dentist at home in Germany who looked at the x-ray and told me a root canal is unnecessary and that a filling will do. I went to see another dentist here in Townsville to have the filling done, who confirmed that I really don't need a root canal, that putting just a new filling in is sufficient, and that the rest of my tooth is absolutely fine and healthy. He also did not do a professional cleaning before the procedure. In a nutshell: It appears Dr. Aspinall is either incompetent or puts his financial gain over your health and safety. Either is not great..

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the team at C&C for their wonderful efforts on my new teeth. I walked in there at the beginning of 2020 with a disaster for a mouth and they established a plan that has now been completed. I am leaving townsville with a smile...thanks... Negative experience: My 18 month old son had severe trauma to his lower mandible , rung after hours number and so did QAS with no answer, cheers for making an extremely hard situation even worse. Would not recommend these guys for anything ! After hours service my butt

Fantastic experience: I have always had a massive fear of visiting the dentist and unfortunately this has meant my teeth have been neglected for a number of years. I was invited to experience the service from one of the companies dental assistants - Rachel to see if it might be something Id be interested in pursuing. The initial experience from Rachel's introduction to the business and its core values and facilities right through to consultation with "Jono" - my new dentist was nothing short of amazing. I had a substantial amount of work completed to my teeth which has been a real investment in my personal health. Jono was precise, careful, patient, and paid careful attention to ensuring I was across the procedures and knew what was happening at each stage. Rachel's service was absolutely outstanding - she ensured my bookings were aligned, post procedure care was explained, and she created a positive and vibrant atmosphere whilst the procedures were taking place. She is an absolute credit to the business and was my main influence in choosing to undertake the procedures through this company. Hats off to everyone for running a tight ship - Ill see you all for my next checkup!
