Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sarah for over a decade and followed her when she opened her own practice, Hello Smiles. She renovated a beautiful Queenslander into a modern, calming clinic with easy parking. The reception team are always lovely, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Dr Sarah herself is exceptional — highly skilled, switched on, and a true perfectionist. I always feel completely safe in her care. Sarah has wonderful communication and listening skills, is knowledgeable, well informed, and thoughtful in everything she does. Sarah has established a great Dental team and I would absolutely trust the other dentists at the clinic. She has thought of everything to make your dentistry experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She truly is a ray of sunshine, and I couldn’t recommend her or Hello Smiles more highly. ✨

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience today with Dr Sara. I had 4 fillings done today. Not once did i experience any pain or discomfort, unlike some other Dentists I’ve seen previously. She is so extremely professional and highly considerate too. It was also a bonus to be watching a hilarious movie on Netflix to make the hour long procedure seem like a dream! I highly recommend her to treat all my friends and family teeth problems from now on!

Fantastic experience: Hello Smiles and Dr Vivian are amazing!! When I first started coming here I had a really bad fear of going to the dentist. I've been going to Dr Vivian for just over two years and my fear of dentists is basically gone! She is so kind and gentle and all of the staff are so welcoming too. I also recently had a bridge done for a false tooth and I highly recommend Hello Smiles for that kind of work!! The lab team have made such a realistic and flawless looking tooth. I am so so happy with how it looks and I'm so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Hello Smiles on Hawthorne Rd since the practice opened. Both Tristan and Vivian have looked after my teeth, from check ups, cleaning, Invisalign and cosmetic dental. Sara treats my housemate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now it’s an enjoyable experience. Even though I now live across the other side of the river, there’s no other practice I’d trust to look after my teeth.

I love being able to book online and the device is always super friendly. They are super knowledgeable and thorough with everything they do. The staff here do everything they can to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful practice! My almost 2 year old son fell over at daycare yesterday and we were advised to find a dentist for him asap. I called Hello Smiles (we hadn't been here before) and the team were able to fit us in as an emergency appointment within 30 minutes. Dr Vivian was so amazing with my son. She made him feel safe, and he even came away from the appointment saying "that was fun". Thank you! We will be moving our whole family to this practice :)

Fantastic experience: Hello Smiles has been created to give such a welcoming, comfortable experience for their patients. From the easy parking, to the beautifully renovated building. There's even an elevator for those with young kids/prams or require wheelchair accessibility etc. Dr Sara has created such a special place and their service is outstanding. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family because I know they will love it. Can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Hello Smiles since arriving in Brisbane in 2019. The staff at this clinic are extremely compassionate and demonstrate the utmost care when dealing with their clients. Dr. Tristan is a wonderful dentist, and I always feel well taken care of after my appointments. The environment at the clinic promotes a sense of ease and comfort, and they even offer streaming services with noise-cancelling headphones for more sensitive patients. I can't reccomend this practice enough :)

Fantastic experience: The best experience at the Dentist I have had! I saw Dr Sara at Hello Smiles recently for the first time and her expertise and professionalism really shines through. I also work in health and you can really tell when someone is on top of their game and really cares about what they do. The practice is a very clean and relaxing environment. Dr Sara gave me a thorough explanation of the current state of my oral health and a few things to possibly be aware of in the future (eg. I’ve never been told before that I’m probably not brushing a specific small region of my teeth properly- I’ll be sure to nail it now!). I also took my young son in with me to observe and Dr Sara made him feel very comfortable and included him in the whole process. He loved it, now he wants to go back! I highly recommend Hello Smiles and Dr Sara as a great Dentist in the Bulimba/ Balmoral/ Hawthorne area.

I like how the staff asked what was wrong before saying we can't fit you in. My regular dentist just told me they are fully booked so will definitely be going here from now on! The treatment was very comprehensive, from inspecting my teeth, photo's (which were all shown and explained to me) and xrays. I also had the best clean I've ever had! Can't recommend highly enough

Fantastic experience: After a string of subpar experiences with various dentists I decided to give Hello Smiles a visit following strong recommendations from friends. My only regret is not having been here sooner! Dr Sara Tabrizi and her staff ensured that my visit was pleasant and as pain-free as possible from start to finish. The facilities and the environment created by the staff is outstanding and I left there actually looking forward to my next appointment. Cannot recommend highly enough.
