Fantastic experience: Melissa from Supercare has really good approach to customer. She has been very helpful to me throughout my journey with my dental care application and submitting it to ATO. If anyone wanting to get their dental care done major dental care which requires approval from ATO from your super. Negative experience: Once again closed. With no warning to patients who had their appointment this week. This dental practice did this to me, all wonderful after having major treatment, I go back after Xmas and all staff are gone. My surgeon had gone, all admin gone. Wasn't notified back then, and not notified again this time round. Wouldn't recommend this place, the unreliability is ridiculous.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! They deny any wrongdoing, take your money, as i paid over $30K and give you replacement dentures work less on temu. Now they are closing, is alarming, but we as consumers, will have to live with the shonky work and out of pocket, while no one bothers to rectify this issue. There is a story about these crooks on ABC news, Supercare Dental and Cosmetics patients left with missing teeth and superannuation after clinics collapse. I should have known, each time i came for an appointment, i would get a new dentist and reception forever changing. Absolutely frustrating and i will fight to get my money back to get my teeth, well dentures as they pulled all my top teeth out and half of my bottom and now live in pain and discomfort for their malpractice! If i could give a minus 5 stars i would!!

Negative experience: Do not trust this dentist they take your money and ruin your teeth. We have been chasing them for a year now. They moved shops and avoid customers that they have scammed.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removal from this clinic by Dr. Khurram Usman. It was painless and quick. They had me checked properly before the extraction and told me the problem. Explained through the entire process and well educated me with the post care. I would recommend everyone to have their dental checkup from them. Clinic itself is very clean and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: I rang this dentist after 5.30pm on Friday night when our child had an accident resulting in tooth damage - I was put on to one of the dentists and they were very helpful & reassuring. Fantastic experience: Nothing but praise for the team at Supercare Dental. I have found Dr Khan and the team to be highly professional and very relatable at every dealing with them. The process from the beginning has been clearly explained and they take the time to go through things to make sure you are comfortable with it. To top it off, queries were always promptly responded to (even on the weekend) when I started my treatment adding that extra level of comfort and reassurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services because throughout my experience they have made me feel more than just a customer, and I highly value that extra service.

Fantastic experience: Best dentists ever! I came to Dr Khan, Paige and Rebekah with two impacted wisdom teeth. I had been told by one dentist elsewhere to get all four wisdom teeth out for an extortionate amount of money. I came to Dr Khan for a second opinion. He took a look at my teeth and advised me that only two, not four needed removing. He saved me so much money and he was cheaper per tooth to remove them. Afterwards all of my follow up appointments where free and the care I received was excellent. I felt very safe in the hands of Dr Khan and his Wonderful team. Everyone worked together so well. The communication was brilliant. Service was outstanding. 100% Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist for awhile and came across super care! From the moment I wanted in Bek made me feel so welcomed and helped me get started. Paige and Dr Khan helped me get comfortable and were so patient with me and always put in 100% with my needs and visits. Definitely getting my family to all come to super care. Fantastic experience: Incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate team. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dental work, and they never once rushed me or made me feel like I was a nuisance or that my fears were ridiculous. Dr Khan explained everything he was doing step by step and showed me photos of how and why he would be doing certain work. He and Rebekah in particular made a big impression on me with their teamwork, compassion, and capability. Dr Khan does not do unnecessary dental work just to make a buck; he does the most minimally invasive work and likes to keep natural teeth as intact as possible and keep an eye on things, rather than launching in and decimating perfectly healthy teeth as a precaution. I'm not going to say that going to the dentist is now a joyful experience for me but this team make it the best experience possible. 10/10
