Negative experience: Be very careful with this business, they are very keen to charge you like a wounded bull but not interested if you are not happy with the quality of work done or the way you have been treated. I have all evidence of there unprofessional and in humane treatment of disgruntled patients, if anyone needs evidence moving forward. There response through email in negligible and there approach to is gaslight anyone with a complaint and totally dodge responsibility. Disgusting treatment of locals will end in tears as their reputation is quickly shared locally and they will reap what they sow. Disappointed is an understatement. And no, I don’t want to call to discuss it, you’ve had your chance.

Every time I need a clean and check up or something more, I know that the dentists are only the best and that I will always get the best advice and care. I have moved suburbs several times since being a patient of theirs but I always travel to Noosa for Dental because they’re the best.

A very caring person , at all times explaining what she was doing and constantly asking if I was ok . She was that good I kept falling asleep in the chair while they prepped my teeth. Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the treatment that I received, after many visits, they refused to redo a very poor tooth filling, then demanded that I pay again to fix their poor workmanship. Sadly, their good name has gone down hill, since Richard Townsend, is no longer there. I have had several different dentist over the last year, the First dentist discussed with the dental nurse how the machine operates - he no longer works there, the Second dentist, was very anxious that I give him a positive review on Google, which I intended to do, except I had tooth pain after the anaesthetic wore off, (no pain before procedure) so could not give him a positive review - he no longer works there, the Third dentist I visited three times, tried different fixes but the pain was still there. He did a great job to avoid having the tooth redone properly. Everything was explained to me clearly and the options I had, the Forth and final dentist suggested that I pay for this procedure on the same tooth again! I have already paid for this tooth to be fixed. Why was this tooth not fixed correctly the first time, I don't understand.

Negative experience: The Most unprofessional Dental practice in QLD, let alone Noosa. This company acquired the business from a local dentist who had begun my multiple Dental implant plan. This drawn out procedure along with incorrect advice ongoing maintenance between procedure and longer than normal delays due to holidays and availability has caused failed implants. The new owners of the business continued my plan and confirmed the advice given was incorrect and damaging to my existing teeth. Since that time this company have failed to take any responsibility for my Dental health or my quality of life, leaving me without teeth for over 18 mths and denying any wrong doing and offering no resolution. The arrogance shown by this company is reprehensible and shows true negligence. I am available to confirm all details should any future customer want any details of this company and the contempt they show for clients at their Noosa practice. Legal action is pending

Fantastic experience: I just visited Dr Curtis for the first time. I have dental implants and Dr Curtis gave me an enormous amount of detailed knowledge about the correct care and latest information about my implants that I had not previously known and will hopefully significantly extend the life of my investment. Very friendly, knowledgeable and provided clear and understandable information. A real subject matter expert. I highly recommend Dr Curtis and this practice.

Fantastic experience: I am an EXTREMELY nervous dental patient - having grown up in the 60's - and I would just like to say that Richard has alleviated my fears and I am half way through a dental implant - and can honestly say that it has so far been pain free. Everyone at Townsend Practice are professional and caring. The best practice I have visited here in the 20 years that I have called Noosa home. Highly recommend!

I called Townsand family dental and the friendly receptionist was able to get me in asap. I was really nervous at first but felt instantly relaxed when I met Dr Stephen (seriously, friendly staff make all the difference). The procedure was over quickly and without any pain.
