Fantastic experience: I was fitted in for a short-notice dental appointment at Greenland Dental Caboolture and had a really positive experience with Dr Catherine. She was very gentle throughout the treatment and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety about dental work. I was offered conservative treatment options rather than being rushed into anything expensive, and everything was discussed openly so I could make informed decisions. The whole team, from reception through to treatment, was kind, professional and reassuring. I’d highly recommend this gentle, honest family dentist to anyone looking for a local dentist in Caboolture.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the great care I’ve received for my dental hygiene. Dr. Lina has been looking after my teeth for some time and always explains everything patiently. It’s also very helpful that she can communicate in Mandarin, which makes the experience even more comfortable and informative. The dental assistant, Ashlee, is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My dentists at Greenland Dental deserve an award for being part tooth-fixer, part stand-up comedians, and part therapists. The whole team is kind, gentle, and makes you feel completely at ease—even when you’re in the chair with your mouth wide open, drooling like a Labrador. 100/10 would recommend to anyone who wants their smile taken care of by people who actually care and who actually make you smile. Negative experience: Super disappointed to arrive for my scheduled appointment only to find that they never created a file or appointment for me. I called the clinic 4 weeks prior to book an appointment. I wrote down the clinic name, appointment date and time and I have in my phone call history the phone number of this clinic. I arrived for my appointment this morning only to find that there was no appointment made for me. The employee working the reception desk was not the kindest or understanding and made it out as though I had come to the wrong clinic and this was my fault, she offered no real solutions and a pretty poor apology.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist ever! I guarantee you will never find anyone better. A puppy greets you at the door, you get to watch tv while laying back in the dentist chair, no pain at all, fluffy blanket, bring headphones and listen to your own music/audiobook. Plus they truly care. There's even more perks, make an appointment and find out!

Fantastic experience: Have been a client for many years and always found the team to be helpful and accommodating. None more so when recently decided to bite the bullet and get top dentures and lower partials. Dr Li Zhang was awesome from the empathy and resolve to make sure I was happy and with the follow up. Thanks for giving me my smile back.

Negative experience: I'm not sure if it was just the dentist I got (Li Zhang) but I regret going, I walked in self conscious ready to spend whatever needed to get my smile confidence back. Was quoted $260 in the chair then at check out charged $300, when questioned the dentist told reception staff she had told me, she hadn't. She told me "you will never have a Hollywood smile" laughing as she said it (never asked for that but ok) she proceeded with a scale/clean and xrays. I'd bet money she scaled under my tongue more than my teeth because I've been up half the night with a carved up tongue in so much pain, I've had a lot of dental work over the years and this has been by far the worst experience. My treatment plan costs are far higher than any others I have had also. The one star is just for Caitlin on the front desk as she was super lovely and even asked the dentist to honour the price quoted but the dentist declined, saying she had told me about the extra cost. She had said she needed another xray however didn't mention any extra costs so I thought she was talking to the dental nurse. I left disheartened and humiliated. My teeth are nothing on photos I've seen of people they have "treated" so I hate to think what was said to them. They have just lost thousands of dollars in treatment for the sake of $40.

Fantastic experience: For someone that doesn’t like going to the dentist I can say that going to Greenland dental was a calm experience. Having a joke or two makes the job that bit more nicer. They were very helpful with my dental care. Nothing was too much trouble.

Dr Catherine was very thorough, not only working on the tooth I was there to receive treatment on, but identifying some other problematic teeth and providing options for future treatment. Fantastic experience: Had to get one of my back teeth removed today and the staff was super friendly and kind, The team removing my tooth was extremely understanding and walked me through everything I had to do. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Had to have my wisdom tooth pulled out immediately. They were able to email me the OPG referral as it was late in the afternoon so I could go straight an get X-ray's that afternoon. Then fitted me in the following day in there lunchtime. Staff were friendly "real people" not to mention the dentist Dr C Chow who done an amazing job. She explained everything to me step by step beforehand, an making sure I was okay through the whole procedure which was a pretty complicated one. All in all the best experience I've ever had going to a dentist. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Augustine Ha.....WOW!!!!! I am thrilled and delighted with my new front teeth, I have gone from talking with my hand over my mouth to smiling hugely!! I did quite a bit of research before going with a verbal recommendation from a family member to Dr Ha. So very glad I did, the price was also WELL below other quotes I had gotten, I had no anesthetic due to medical conditions, he did my teeth over a period of 3 weeks so I didn't suffer unduly and I did not once experience pain or discomfort....GO THERE....SEE HIM! Can't recommend this guy enough!

Fantastic experience: After breaking a tooth over a long weekend I called around several dentists in town, of course wanting a quote. Most of the woman who answered my call and questions were rude and unhelpful, offering quotes around $400. When after several calls I called here I was given the correct information, informed of all costs and when an appointment would be next available, I booked in straight away. Quote of max price being between $60 and $220.. Quite reasonable I think... So thank you.
