Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Dentist in Melbourne. Dr. Luke, Georgie and Lisa are an amazing team. Warm, friendly and highly professional. My teeth are in very capable hands. Even a simple clean is completed thoroughly and with care. They have also moved into a brand new surgery on High Street towards Hawksburn Village which is really convenient and immaculately presented. My wife’s tooth implant was similarly installed with care, every step explained and good value too!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for 20 years, mostly due to anxiety around noise, so I was really nervous about going. But Luke and Lisa were absolutely wonderful, warm, kind, and so considerate of how I was feeling the whole time. They made sure I felt comfortable and never rushed or pressured me into anything. Even with a filling, they took things slowly and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. I left feeling really cared for and with a plan I felt okay about moving forward with. It’s rare to find a dental team so attuned to emotional as well as physical care. I’m honestly grateful I found them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—especially if you’ve been putting off going out of fear or discomfort. They’ve completely changed how I feel about dental visits.

Negative experience: If I could give aero stars I would. I went in for a root canal and he put me in hospital for 2 days. The pain he caused me was unimaginable. I lost over 1 week work in recovery. I DO NOT RECOMEND.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Dr Luke and the team at The Dentists more highly enough! I went through the Invisalign process here and Luke spent so much time with me to talk through every step and guide me through it. The team are so friendly, professional and get the job done. Having not been to the dentist in an extraordinarily long time, he took a great deal of time to thoroughly inspect and clean my teeth. Provided comprehensive and easy to understand explanations and advice. The whole team were so pleasant and helpful throughout. Fantastic experience: I found Luke Rickman via google reviews - to be honest I was a bit sceptical of all the positive reviews but thought I’d give him a try. He is an excellent dentist - great personal manner, super thorough++ and takes the time to explain things and do the treatment properly. Had a clean and a filling repair after a really thorough exam. Prices are very reasonable for a city dentist - on par with what choice suggests is mean pricing. I will definitely be attending regularly and recommend to others. The dental nurse and receptionist were also lovely.

I'm someone who ordinarily dreads visiting the dentist, but Luke and his colleagues have an incredible ability to make you feel completely at ease.
