Negative experience: Made an online appointment due to toothache and broken tooth. They called me 25 minute before the appointment and informed me they won’t be able to fit me in and that they will just be giving me antibiotics anyway so maybe just pop in quickly and they will give me that . Haven’t even seen me face to face just all guess work . Professional I don’t think so. Should have taken the hint when it’s located in a shopping centre

Fantastic experience: All staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Dr Reezan took the time to listen intently to my concerns and gave a thorough explanation of the proposed treatment plan and the reasons for spreading it over three visits. He made me feel at ease which I really appreciated, having procrastinated with seeing a dentist for a long time. I will definitely be returning for regular check-ups.

Negative experience: I am not happy with their services. Today I had an appointment for scale and clean but my tooth was same as before, no difference at all. They just did cleaning little bit from inside and outside its same as what it looks like before. Purposely they unclean my front tooth as they aspect me to come back for their service but I will go with other dental. Please anyone don’t trust for their $199 offer!

Fantastic experience: I attended Dr Teeth today for a check up /clean and polish, all staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The dentist was great she was kind and explained everything. The centre is located in the Midland Gate shopping centre, so very convenient. It's extremely clean. I would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling that fell out Christmas eve and looked for a dentist to repair. I had never been to Dr Teeth but got an appointment within a couple of days and was very pleased I went there. Dr Ben was very friendly and thoughtful, taking time to explain everything he was doing, stopping to give me short breaks and was not rushing me through. As someone who can « gag » with dental work, I really appreciated his approach. Reception staff were friendly as was the dental assistants. The dental chair was really soft and comfortable, best I’ve ever used. Overall a very good experience and I would totally recommend this practice.

The team at Dr Teeth have been AMAZING, every visit has been a positive one and they have taken extremely good care of me and my teeth. Negative experience: The worst!!! Had two fillings done, my teeth hurt for days after when back to complain and the Dr said that there was nothing wrong ... Months later I'm still in pain everytime I eat... She was very rude so was the receptionist...I will get my teeth fixed elsewhere

Fantastic experience: First time at this clinic and I was very happy with the service. I saw Dr. Praveen, he was extremely professional, friendly and quite gentle compared to some other dentists I have been to. If I weren't leaving the area soon I would definitely be back.

Negative experience: Booked in for teeth whitening. Got told that I needed a clean before the treatment. Found out it was an extra $200 when it came to pay the bill. I won’t be back. Will be telling friends to go else where.

Fantastic experience: Very experienced and professional dentists. I was kept fully advised of what was happening during my procedure which was painless.

Negative experience: After seeing 3 dentists at this surgery and plan put in place for 2 crowns, 7 fillings! Got 2nd opinion. Yes I agreed with 2 crowns but other opinion stated no fillings required. Cost me $500 in November for a filling, new dentist says it needs replacing. Scan showed half of old filling and decay not removed. Explains why I am in so much pain. Will never return even to get this repaired. Over service to make their money.

Negative experience: So went at this clinic for a teeth cleaning. Because my teeth sensitivity they couldn't do it and been told we can do it some other day under anesthetiser but they still charge me 200$ for 5 minutes on they seat. I made an appointment for another day and after 2 weeks back and forward they change that appointment 3 times until I told them to cancel it... There is to regards to customer is just a quick money machine...

(phobia from a young age along with other life elements & a car accident knocking & loosened a couple teeth and gradually got worse) From the girls at the front desk who managed to make me feel comfortable enough to approach the desk and ask for help after bursting into tears and Veronica even held my hand during my initial consultations!! Negative experience: Went with my partner, he had a set of dentures done but from the beginning the dentures wasn't fitted properly. After 4 visits for reallignment and refitted it still not right. The dentures were lose, his gum was swollen, he lost weight as he cannot eat, he's miserable and frustrated on eating oat meal for 2 weeks. Never will be back with Dr. Teeth and never will get our referrals, I will however refer them to ACCC.

Above all, it’s conveniently located within Midland Gate shopping centre. Very easy to make a booking and they have flexible payment options such as Zip and Afterpay.

However, the team at Dr Teeth were absolutely fantastic and were really understanding and had wonderful empathy for me! The lovely Talia was so gentle with the scale and polish, I felt reassured the whole time and I left feeling really good. I'm going back for some more dental work soon and I feel really relaxed about it. Can't recommend the team enough!

Positive experience: Ultra clean, modern, new practice with value for money pricing. It's not often you can say something nice about dentistry but in this case you can. I got my teeth cleaned. Surprisingly, I did not feel like I was paying for a down payment on the dentists Porsche. Refreshing. The staff are very friendly, even though I can be a bit of a handful for most as I don't pull any punches when it comes to letting you know if you are meeting my expectations. The "fixer" - Krupa - who is getting the practice up and running is quite the whirlwind to talk to and is especially well practiced in the art of dealing with demanding customers. Noice.
