Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and her team is so welcoming and Dr. Lee is a down to earth person. I went there with tooth pain from wisdom tooth, she really helped me with the pain. I has a voucher from public dental for the treatment and Elite dental was there in the list who accepts the voucher. She did a great job in removing the tooth and made sure after 2 days from my tooth was removed if I was ok. She gave really good advice regarding the after care and everything. Thank you Dr. Lee

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and the team are so amazing, they make each visit enjoyable. I recently completed my teeth straightening journey under the care of Dr lee, and honestly, it was a breeze. They were super friendly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The aligners(Clear correct)were comfortable, and I barely noticed them after a while. Now, my smile looks great, and I feel more confident than ever. Big thanks to the awesome Elite dental team!

Negative experience: I would give minus stars if I could. Just quote the letter NSW Health Care Complaints Commission sent me last week: “When the Commission and the Dental Council of NSW discussed the details of your complaint, both parties agreed that it would be appropriate to write to Dr Wareham regarding the identified issues. We have asked Dr Wareham to address these concerns, with a particular focus on: • The necessity of improving diagnostic rigor to support clinical decisions. • Ensuring that patients are fully informed about treatment options, including potential costs and outcomes, before initiating procedures.”

Positive experience: What is not taught to dentist’s assistants whom I’m sure will become great technical dentists under the *right* tutealage, is this : patient - ECHO, MIKE, PAPA, ALPHA, TANGO, HOTEL, YANKEE. In all service businesses - everything counts.

Fantastic experience: My mum recently had two teeth removed by Dr. Jackleen Soghmonian. My mother does have dental anxiety and was most pleased with her experience with the lovely dentist. She was gentle, friendly and very quick. Before we knew it, the whole thing was over. I highly recommend Dr. Jackleen Soghmonian for anyone who suffers from dental anxiety. I will most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal treatment with Dr. Jackleen Soghmonian, and I can't thank her enough for the amazing care I received. I was in significant pain when I first visited her, but Dr. Soghmonian had expertise and compassionate approach. She was incredibly gentle, ensuring I was comfortable and pain-free throughout. Thanks to Dr. Soghmonian, I am now pain-free and feeling much better. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care. Her skill and kindness are truly exceptional.

Negative experience: If you delete this review again, I will making a complaint to HCCC and AHPRA. Jackleen Soghmonian did a bad root canal on my mother and she had to go see a specialist for it to be redone at a cost of $2600. It's a shame this clinic allows her to do such low quality work.

Fantastic experience: I took my very nervous 11 yr old to see Dr Jackleen. Amazing! My chikd was super calm and Jackleen made her feel super comfortable. She explained each step and instruments calmly and her teeth! Super clean and she’s now motivated to keep her teeth healthy and she’s looking forward to the next visit??!! A HUGE thank you. Fantastic experience: Dr Lee has a wonderful warm caring nature. She has a natural ability to calm and relax her patients. I’ve suffered with dental phobia all my life, hence avoiding the dentist. Dr Lee has taken most of my fears away and does excellent professional dental work. I can honestly say she is without a doubt THE BEST DENTIST I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend her. Do yourself the favour and give her and her caring staff a try. You will be very happy with the service you acquire. I give Dr Lee 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Elite Dental / West Ryde for over 15 years and am very happy with them. I like to particularly mention Dr Lee Wareham who has been my dentist all these years . Dr Lee always greats you with a big smile and always makes you relax with her comforting words and attitude. She is a great and highly skilled dentist and ensures you have minimum discomfort during the treatment. She is also great In giving you advice to prevent future infections or any type of teeth or gum diseases. For these reasons I highly recommend Elite Dental Dr Lee Wareham, their friendly staff and receptionist Linda who is always helpful when you call.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee Wareham has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have followed her from practice to practice. She put in place a plan many years ago to improve my overall dental health and within my budget - instructing me every time on how to best clean my teeth and making sure I came back for regular checkups and cleans. Over the years she has replaced my old fillings with modern treatments and recommended a mouth guard to protect me from clenching and grinding. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

With a mask on, she can smile through her eyes and make a patient feel at ease, when the drilling occurs.

Positive experience: Have been there for 5-6 times in the last year mostly for regular checking, cleaning and filling. Initially quite happy with the service as both the dentist and staff were friendly and professional. However, the last time I went there about a week ago for the same cleaning service, the dentist and the assistant kept talking to each other about their new jobs and not wholly focused on the work they did. Besides the normal discomfort during the cleaning process, I found out some blood coming out from my mouth from the injury my gum suffered during the cleaning about an hour later. I did not drink or eat anything after the cleaning so the bleeding can only be caused by the careless work. Now I feel like a bit reluctant to go back to the same place for dental care in future.
