Positive experience: Three stars given due to you very overpriced fee. I went in as a non emergency as they couldn't do on Sunday. As I couldn't get into my dentist who said it would only be not more than $300 to do xray and pull molar out as it was almost out already, probably didn't need xxray and would of been $150. I feel $600 was over excessive price to pay as done in normal open hours. I was also disappointed that your dental nurse didn't assist or stay in the room knowing I was nervous of dentists. Never have I been to a dentist where the dental nurse didn't stay with you.

Negative experience: Had work done at the clinic over priced and completed botched work. I would not recommend them at all had to use another dentist to complete required work please don't use this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've just moved from away from Lightsview and will miss the professional and efficient 6 monthly checkups. If you're new to the area it's a great clinic.

Negative experience: “I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this dental office. The staff seemed more focused on taking money rather than providing proper service. I felt disrespected and believe others should be cautious. I hope they can make improvements for the future.” they wanna just collect the money please don’t go there

Fantastic experience: 1 year ago I had wonky teeth and had to get braces. Yesterday I got them taken off and they were straighter then I ever thought they would be. The only negative thing about the treatment was the slight pain you would get after getting your braces tightened and gerting them taken off, but that was expected so can't really complain. Even just the 6 monthly check-ups were good. I recomend this Dentist/Authodontist

Negative experience: I had a filling for a teeth from this dentist and paid $600 just for filling and X-ray in 2023 jan and now 2025 that teeth got broken because of poor filling. That is not good. Poor experience.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to thankyou so much for the principal dentist and team looking after my son on a Saturday night after he broke his tooth. We weren't sure what to do so it was so reassuring to have it taken care of straight away. A great big thankyou from our family to theirs!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lightsview Dental for over 3 years for my braces and just recently got them off. I was very pleased and satisfied with the result. Dr Sheraz and Dr Samina have been very supportive and helpful through the entire procedure, and always ready to answer my questions. Exceptional service and high quality dental care! Negative experience: After giving it a lot of thought I think this would be the last time that I would be coming to this clinic. Today’s appointment was a bit of a painful one for me. Giving my history of having a traumatic experience with my previous dentist and knowing someone’s insecurity,Dr Burki should have been more careful with his words. I don’t think it was right when you told me I should just be “happy with what i have” Cosmetic Correction is there for people who is not happy with “what they have” and are seeking for improvement . Being told it’s risky to do the correction as I might end up not liking it as i was being “picky” is a big punch in the gut. I was shocked! Given i was happy to risk the financial aspect of spending the extra cost for the treatment,i feel like i was not being supported. When investing a significant amount in a procedure, it's natural to seek reassurance. Being given a lecture on life's uncertainties and lack of guarantees was inappropriate and made me uneasy. For you to be lecturing me how life is not promised and nothing is for sure made me really uncomfortable. The reason for my visit today was the issue of bleeding gums due to a detached bond on my retainer causing gum irritation and bacterial buildup. Contrary to what you mentioned, the situation was not serious. Given your expertise, it seems unnecessary to have the X-ray that incurred an additional cost of $200. It would have been more logical to address the detached bond and wire before considering an X-ray, only if absolutely necessary. You didn’t even tell me what you’ve seen in the X-ray until I asked you. Was there really a need to do the X-ray Knowing nothing was found in there? I feel i was not given a choice and telling me about the price seconds before i was about to sit on the chair. Very disappointing experience. Edited: Response to the owner I remain firmly convinced that the X-ray was unnecessary in my situation. It appeared to be a financial opportunity rather than an honest approach, and I was not given the option to decline. The fee of $200 was brought up just as I was about to sit in the chair, leaving me no opportunity to refuse. The additional charges were not disclosed either, but I was more than willing to pay the $150 for the wire removal.

Fantastic experience: I accompanied my father to Lightsview Dental for treatment on a loose tooth and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional environment and professionalism exhibited by the entire team. The procedure was seamless, and Dr. Sheraz lead Dentist provided outstanding care and attention to my father. Negative experience: I read the reviews before calling as I am a nervous dentist patient and thought it would be a good experience as I have been having alot of pain on one tooth. It was the worst experience I have ever had. The male dentist was very rude and was obviously getting frustrated with me as I couldn't fit the xray piece in correctly, sighing and talking very abruptly to move my jaw over. Appointment that was 20mins late as there was another patient still there and the dentist just told me there is nothing he can do today and to come back another time when we are both 'fresh and relaxed'. No thank you!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended because of very humble and polite Doctors; great clinic in terms of everything, specially hygeine. I had intense pain in my top wisdom tooth and was scared to get it extracted. Im glad that I visited them, bcz Dr.Sheraz & Samina are amazing in what they do. They made the whole process painless and I didn't feel anything. They guided me through the options in detail and gave expert advice for other teeth aswell. Definitely not hefty on the pocket too as I did my research before going to them.

Fantastic experience: My experience here could not have been better. Dr Burki is intentional, caring and thorough with his examination and explanation; and it is evident that he cares for his patients through his process. It was my first time visiting and I was given a complete examination followed by a discussion of steps to take to help keep my teeth and oral health on track, this examination included X-rays and a complete clean. My clean was given by Samina the hygienist who took yhe time to show me how to properly floss, brush and clean my teeth. This is how every dental surgery should practice. I highly recommend Lightsview Dental! P.s thank you fir the piksters tip Samina, it has really helped!

Negative experience: The bad dentist I had ever seen. Never again. They charge me over thousand dollars for just checking and cleaning teeth. The lady cleaning my teeth was terrible as she just do it by her self one hand cleaning other hand is vacuuming the teeth and water splashed all over my face. I never see that before. I feel my teeth was not clean at all. Not recommend for anyone but if you want to try just do it and you will know.

Fantastic experience: I have found my forever dentist!!!. I dread going to the dentist but when the pain in a tooth became unbearable I knew I needed to seek help. Dr Sheraz Burki and (hygienist Samina Sheraz) are brilliant. He explained everything he was going to doing/ needed to do to make my 1st experience at the surgery calming and bearable. My infected tooth has now been removed and I have booked subsequent appointments to get on top of my oral heath. The surgery is state of the art, immaculate and you can claim your health care benefits instantly. I can’t recommend Lightsview Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: After being in severe pain in on of my teeth i visited Dr Burki on a Saturday as a last resort as I had given another dentist a go at fixing their work on 2 seperate occasions and wow I can say Dr Burki is a wonderful person, caring, kind and more then willing to help. He gave me his full attention and gave me his opinion and I felt an immediate trust of what he was telling me. He has a soft touch and was able to help alíviate my pain to the point it did not bother me any more. His facilities are modern probably the best facilities I have seen in Adelaide.

First of all I’ve never been so well treated in a dentist like I did there, everything was so well explained and with so many options of treatment! They were so nice and calm, the facility is amazing, the staff, and their equipment was the best one for sure! I felt so confident going there, because they’re quick I didn’t feel any pain and they’re good at it! One more thing! The explanation and their recommendations was perfect and all of this with care!
