Fantastic experience: Over a 10 week period I had almost weekly appointments at The Dental Centre Coffs Harbour with front office staff being very welcoming and Chris and Margaret always being professional, informative, caring and gentle. As a result I no longer fear dentistry and will continue to visit The Dental Centre Coffs Harbour

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with the service at The Dental Centre Coffs Harbour. Dr Scott Geddes and his team were able to achieve results with my teeth that no other dentist could despite going to over 10 different dentists over the past 15+ years trying to find a solution. Scott provided me with Invisalign treatments as well as coordinated referrals and treatment plans with a dental surgeon and prosthodontist. The service by every single person was absolutely incredible, every appointment was on time, and the practice itself was modern and spotlessly clean. I can’t rate the whole experience high enough and could cry with how happy I am with my results. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Friendly experienced staff with up to date equipment in a nice new building. Plenty of parking spaces and seats in the waiting room, commendable hygiene practices upon entry. Dr Laura Miller completed an assessment and filling within a strict timeframe perfectly the rooms are up to date, clean and professional. Never shy of a laugh so i really enjoyed the visit LeTeisha one of the receptionists was very helpful in finding a second appointment for cleaning due to a cancellation Darlene my hygienist assessed, cleaned and polished my teeth with a mix of new airflow technology ultrasonic cleaning and scraping leaving a great smile behind. Highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Dr Laura Miller is quite simply AMAZING!! I have an irrational fear of dentists, but she was so calming and kind. I cannot recommend Dr Laura or the practice in general highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely blown away by the incredible and wonderful Dr. Caroline Gordon and her lovely assistant Jo. I am currently travelling arround Australia and had a tooth ace and some other issues and I got an appointment on the same day. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and was welcome in the most beautiful and compassionate way with every step of the way explained and tissues ready as I was just so nervous. My problem was fixed and it was very affordable and I honestly can not recommend this praxis enough and the wonderful professional people working there !

Negative experience: Dr Margarete is unpatient and incredibly rude. I would not recommend your children be treated by her poor and unprofessional mannor. Highly dissapointing and unnessasery behaivour from someone who is supposed to be a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to have found the Dental Centre. I have been looked after by Dr Gordan and Jo and Dr Wilson and Camilla (apologies if I'm getting names wrong! Between the time passed and the pre dentist nerves I'm not sure.) I have never been made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. So much care was taken to keep me comfortable. And such a job well done in every aspect. Everyone thinks I'm crazy because I am so happy and smiley after getting four wisdom teeth out but it was an incredible experience (questional caffination choices aside ) I could not recommend this practise enough. If you have had any sort of experience that makes you feel uncomfortable or scared this is the place to go. They know how to keep you engaged and actually have you laughing.

Fantastic experience: I called The Dental Centre anxious and in pain. The receptionist Emma was exceptionally helpful, professional, knowledgable and calming. They were able to find me an opening the same day for what I thought was a cracked tooth. Every member of the team I met including Holly, the dental nurse technician, and Dr Margaret, the dentist who cared for me, were professional, exceptionally proficient and kind. They let me know early on that the issue was not a cracked tooth (thank god!) and explained thoroughly what the next steps were to assess the underlying issue. Overall, as someone who has worked in the dental industry herself I am so glad to be able to now find a trustworthy, professional and affordable dental practice in the area I've lived in for two years. I've been putting it off for too long and I'm so glad I came here. Thanks team and look forward to my next appointment with you. If you are new locally and don't know where to go, there's a great team here.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 wisdom teeth removed today and the service was absolutely incredible. I previously had a terrible experience at a different clinic and was quite nervous. They were efficient, professional, friendly and very welcoming. My swelling is already minimal. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, full transparency and honesty! I have full trust in the surgeons team for future work I need done, and they have 100% eased all my worries. Credit to all staff at this centre for being so easy going and genuinely lovely to clients! They make going to the dentist somehow enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this practice more. I had to get a filling due to a cavity, I was so nervous but I was looked after so well during the process. I couldn’t even feel the needle! Definitely will be back!

My old dentist was not able to do the work I asked for, but Dr Sweet listened and worked with me to provide an amazing outcome at a reasonable cost. Couldn't be happier to recommend him and his team. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth and a filling done today. Cannot fault this practise. Usually scared of the dentist, but staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dental staff constantly making sure I was okay, and explaining the whole procedure including what to expect next. Never though I would actually enjoy going to the dentist, but The Dental Care Centre made this happen. Very hygienic and excellent covid safe practice. If i could rate higher, I would. Definitely recommending to family and friends. Thank you for your wonderful experience!

Negative experience: Ive never been to a dentist that has treated me so poorly as this dentist has. DR. Drakes was extremely unprofesional and quite rude to be quite frank. If ur idea of fun is goiing to a dentist visit and not getting any work done and still walk out with a huge bill. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Fantastic experience: I have recently changed to the Coffs Dental Centre and highly recommend them, The hygienist Phil and Robyn made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain to me in detail exactly what they were doing,I'm normally very nervous going to the dentist but these 2 lovely people made it a pleasant experience, All the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, loved the very modern decor also, Best dentist by far I've ever been to, Thank you to all the staff at the Coffs Dental Centre.
