Rita took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure which really helped ease my nerves. She made sure I was aware of any side effects and answered all my questions with patience. Fantastic experience: I have been going to the practice for 12 years, it’s a beautiful practice and I love how it doesn’t have a clinical feel. Everyone has always made me and my family feel very welcome and calm. The dentists I have seen have always taken so much time and made me not feel any discomfort in comparison with other practices I have been to. When I get I my teeth cleaned here it doesn’t hurt at all as they use the airflow, I have been in a lot of discomfort from other methods of cleaning in other practices. Payal, is the best! She always does such a thorough clean without rushing and she lets me take brakes if needed. They have the best equipment and reception team are so friendly. I know a lot of friends who travel here to see the excellent dentists and to enjoy the beautiful practice aesthetics, instead of a tiny clinical room which can make people feel more nervous about their treatment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists and staff, fees are very reasonable and work carried out is first class. I no longer have dental anxiety. The front desk girls are the best, Karen and the Bells treat you like family. 5 stars.

Negative experience: The older receptionist Karen is absolutely horrendous to deal with. I had my child booked for a check up and they woke up sick. I called as soon as the clinic opened. She didn't care for one bit that I had a sick child. Just advised with a cold voice that they will have to charge me for cancellations next time if this happens again. For the time that my child was examined, even tho they claimed they are a family friendly practice, the female dentist was frustrated after couple times of trying on my 3 year old unsuccessfully. One of their dentist also horribly misjudged my situation and advised me to cancel my specialist appointment, instead he can perform the job. However after I cancelled my appointment(which I had to wait for 4 months for) and he opened my tooth, guess what, I need to go see a specialist. Wasted half year of my time as I had to get on the waitlist again. All in all, I would not recommend this practice. There are so many independent practices where you can get much better service

Negative experience: I would like to share my experience at this establishment from a while back. Making an appointment was very difficult due to their limited availability. I was booked for a general teeth cleaning and, to my horror, was seen by Melody. Melody asked about my work, and I mentioned that I own a cleaning business. She then insulted me by saying, "You are a cleaner; you should know how to clean your teeth properly." I was absolutely mortified by the disrespect. She went on to criticise the condition of my teeth, claiming I had the dirtiest mouth she had ever seen. She then gave me a quote of over $2000 to be sedated and have my teeth cleaned under anesthetic, stating that one cleaning wouldn't be enough. I remained calm, paid my bill, and left, determined to get another opinion as I was genuinely shocked and concerned. A few days later, I visited another dentist nearby. They were gobsmacked by my experience. Not only was the whole thing made up, but they told me my teeth were in perfect health, perfectly clean, and I have never had a cavity in my life. People need to be aware and cautious of such practices.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Park is amazing. He is my first dentist here in Sydney and for sure he will be my forever dentist here. He clearly explained to me what needs to be done on my teeth. Very friendly, accommodating and you can feel that he is sincerely taking good care of tour teeth. Highly recommended.

Every time I get a thorough tooth cleaning, the toothache will slowly disappear and return to normal. I highly recommend her to serve more patients and provide services to this patient group. Negative experience: I just need to check my wisdom teeth. The reception staff asked me a couple of times if I need dental clean on phone call and site, which was even not recommended by doctor and unnecessary. Uncomfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to share my first experience with Bupa Hunter’s Hill. From the moment I entered I have been thoroughly impressed by the clinic and Karen at the reception was very courteous and helpful with my queries in regards to payments. My treatment with doctor Rita was very efficient and painless. Had my first teeth cleaning and whitening booked in and was anxious at first, though doctor Rita walked me through the procedure and ensured a quick and gentle procedure. The before and after pics attached for anyone looking for a good dentist in the area, Bupa Hunter’s Hill is the one for you. One extremely satisfied customer!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Damian Siderides more with children. Both my kids are under 6 and he was very patient and calm. Also gives amazing advice and tips to parents on home treatment! Very passionate about teeth health (health in general)! Thank you Damian!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and explored a dental check up and clean in this clinic by Oral Health Therapist Mr. Damian. He provided me a fantastic dental experience I never had in previous years. I feel very relaxed during the whole procedure. He did a such thorough clean and full check on me delivered the most important home cleaning method in a professional and easy accepted way. The equipment he used I felt like that is the newest technology which gave me a sparkling smile without any discomfort at the end. The receptionist and the nurse are very friendly there too. This is definitely a dental practice I feel comfortable to visit regularly in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists in my time due to moving around a lot. I have pretty bad anxiety and was nervous about visiting a new place for a cracked tooth. From the moment I walked in the door the team was welcoming and lovely. They already knew my name and had called earlier in the day to explain where to park. I thought the greeting was one thing, and then I met the dentist Dr Anshu Singh. For the last appointment of the day, in the middle of torrential rain, I’d expect anyone to rush me in and out - but this dentist, this incredible woman was kind and patient and lovely. Positive and encouraging and explaining every step of the procedure . My nerves dissipated and I truely could not have been in more competent hands . In one booking I’ve become a client of Dr Anshu for as long as she’ll have me.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. This establishment is focused only on taking payment with zero care given to their patients. Melody Tajalli provided an exorbitant quote for unnecessary services. Also, receptionist staff are incredibly inflexible and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist for over 20 years retired from her dental practice, I was hesistant on finding a new one. Bupa Dental at Hunters Hill was a great find. It is conveniently located, easy parking and the team are friendly and professional. The facilities are very modern and clean. Definitely recommend them.
