I've seen a few different dentists in that time - but from the super-charming and efficient Susan (who was at reception for several years), to Dr Finn, and now Dr Shirly - I always know I am in very capable hands!

Fantastic experience: Over the last ten years, I've had three teeth extracted. Mysteriously, this has all happened while I've been at this dental practice. I don't know why, I can't make a correlation, but I didn't notice them come out. No pain, good after care, and prices are good (particularly if you have private health care that does include some dental). Highly recommended, the staff are warm and friendly. Would go back again. Hopefully coming out next time with all my remaining teeth, but you never know.

Fantastic experience: Dental excel got me in quickly for a broken tooth I experienced 2 days before Christmas! Dr Haash is an exceptional dentist. Wonderful kind manner and gentle. His assistant was amazing as well. If you have dentist anxiety I 100% would recommend this clinic for the professionalism, skill and after care.

Have saved so much unnecessary work and costs by coming to him for a second opinion. Only dentist I will trust for work on my & my family's teeth. Permanent tooth health is his main focus, rather thanfast, expensive cosmetic fixes. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Recently I took my two children to Dental Excel and our experience was top notch. We were made feel very welcome by Narelle and not kept waiting at all. Our dentist Emma handled my children with ease, who were both a little nervous about visiting the dentist. Emma was genuine in her recommendations, not pursuing unnecessary treatments and allowing for growth. We are new to the Sunshine Coast and I am so happy we have found the right dentist for our family.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist, I have avoided the dentist for a very long time until I had to go and I'm so glad I chose here. The staff here are amazing and very welcoming. I am grateful to the whole team for allowing me to cure my fear of dentist and always make me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for some years now. The analysis of my dental problems is always thorough and the advice I am given is honest. I have had a fair amount of work done over the years, and I have always been happy with the outcome.

Negative experience: worst experience ever from a dentist. Tiffany tried to remove my tooth not fully anaesthetised. she said it would sting. lt was excruciating to say the least and then said "Try not to move."

Fantastic experience: I have always felt comfortable here at Dental Excel. I am a real squib when it comes to dental work. From the Front Girls to the Dentists and all those in between. All are very caring in your comfort, explaining and what needs to be done. I really do believe they require a high rating.

Fantastic experience: I can not speak highly enough about my dentist, Shirly. Shirly takes the time to explain procedures in a way which is easily understood and also offers options. Her professionalism is outstanding but it is her gentle, caring nature that truly impresses me. Her patient’s comfort is paramount. The manner in which she works with and guides her assistants is also lovely to see. Many thanks to the reception staff too who are always friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Ever since discovering these people over twenty years ago, l have not been to any other dentist! I currently travel over 200km each way to give my teeth the best treatment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They make you feel special. And where else do you find a dentist so good that he works on his own teeth? (in his spare time of course!)

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr. McFall & Helen for a very pleasant appointment. I found myself surprisingly nervous about my procedure - but all was very quick and comfortable! Dr. David used a camera inside my mouth to show me exactly where my pain was coming from and then expertly got to work to solve the problem. A very skilled dentist with the bonus of a painless injection + an assistant with a beautiful chair side manner. Thanks again - I'll be back!
