Fantastic experience: I’m m so happy with the dentist fix my tooth thank so very much
Negative experience: This business has an identity crisis as Bay Street Dental on premises and internet, then when one fills out application form, it states a different business name! The entrance into this place is very odd as well and it would appear to be a shared Reception Desk between Physiotherapy and Dentist as nothing to state dentist when one walks in, and no posters to that effect either! Do not waste your time going to this Dentist. They don't care to ensure person is comfortable and instead shove items into your mouth without checking comfort level! Going from other reviews, it would appear I am not alone in thinking this Dentist is unprofessional!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for teeth cleaning, but the service was not done properly. The appointment was rushed, and my teeth were clearly not cleaned as expected. There was still visible buildup afterward. I was also charged more than expected without a clear explanation. After this experience, I completely lost confidence in the dentist’s skills and professionalism. It felt like they did not have proper attention to detail or know how to deliver a basic cleaning service. Overall, this was a waste of time and money, and I had to consider going to another dentist to get the job done properly. I would not recommend this clinic.

We respectfully disagree with your account and believe this review omits important clinical facts. You advised our team that you had not attended a dental appointment for over 10 years, which resulted in significant plaque, tartar buildup, staining, and gum inflammation. Under these circumstances, achieving a fully clean result in a single standard appointment is neither clinically appropriate nor realistic.
Following a comprehensive examination, our dentist clearly explained that a deep clean over multiple visits was required to properly and safely address your oral health condition. Treatment options, limitations, and all associated fees were discussed in advance and approved by you prior to commencement.
While we strive to accommodate all patients, it is also important to note that you arrived substantially late for your appointment and were still seen as a courtesy. Request to renegotiate fees after treatment has been completed is unacceptable.
We stand by the clinical care and professional advice provided during your visit. We have made several attempts to contact you directly to discuss your concerns and resolve this matter, however we have not received a response. Negative experience: Worst ever dental service iv ever attended with the most unprofessional dentist who gave the worst advice on permanent retainers. She was rude and had a very negative approach. Note that i got my retainers with another professional where everything worked really well! I was charged for a 5min appointment that could determine if I can have my permanent wired retainers. I highly do not recommend this place for any dental services! Does not even deserve one star! Also to add the aesthetics of the place also looks so depressing and sad!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Sobiya is such a lovely and caring dentist. Before or during a procedure, she would tell you what she’s doing as she goes. She will always make sure that you are taken care of. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful and the dental centre is very clean.

She was also informative of my options around teeth whitening, suggested a method in my circumstances and clearly explained why that option suited me.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic based on the Google reviews and was very disappointed. When I arrived the dentist was loudly and clearly complaining about a patient in an extremely unprofessional manner and I considered leaving but it was an emergency appointment so I gave him a chance. He was nice enough but the room was very dark and uninviting and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The nursing staff were very lovely and kind. I sought treatment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: i thought i'd share my great experience at Care Family Dental. I had the misfortune of experiencing a tooth ache recently which i didn't attend to as quickly as i should have. Busy with work, i had let it go and until it blew up until the pain became unbearable. I was not able to get an appointment at other dentists. Luckily i came across these guys who were able to see me able on the same day. Apart from this, i found the service excellent, the dentist was very skillfull, i didn't feel the usual pulling and clunking of the teeth i had experienced in the past. This has always been one the main reasons why i've been delaying my previous dentist visits. So i'm happy to say that, as much as possible, I enjoyed this experience.
