Negative experience: Called the clinic and left a message at 1.34pm to book an urgent appointment. Received a call back at 4.32pm. Appointment was set for 8.30am the following morning. I arrived for my 8.30am appointment. Walked out at 9.15am as dentist had not shown up. Don't mind waiting for an appointment, if dentist is dealing with an emergency but the unprofessionalism at Angle Dental Rowville was beyond disappointing. Staff didn't bother to contact the dentist until 1/2hr after my appointment time. I was then told dentist is on her way. She didn't even know she had an appointment with me. Total lack of communication within the clinic. Highly unprofessional. Dentist called to apologize using the excuse she didn't know she had an appointment. Not my fault or my problem! Offered an appointment during her lunch break. Do these people not realize their patients need to work to pay the ridiculous dental bills we are charged! Total lack of communication within the practice resulting in almost no customer service! Worst customer experience from a dental practice I have ever had. Sometimes sorry is not good enough.

Fantastic experience: I just want to share how wonderful Angel Dental in Rowville is I had lost all confidence in Dentists until I met Dr Raindeep, Dr Raindeep is wonderful she is a great listener and a great communicator. Dr Raindeep has been amazing from the day I started getting treatment for my teeth. She has given me total support throughout my journey of restoring my teeth and three implants I needed. Words fail me as how grateful I am of Dr. Raindeep and her very personal care. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone

I've just completed, over several months, extensive work with Damian and I couldn't be happier with the result. Both Damian and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took my boys here today for their first ever dental visit. My eldest has Sensory issues and my youngest is only 2. The dentist and nurse were incredibly patient with them both, especially with my eldest who was very apprehensive. She made sure he knew exactly what was going to happen and I have left feeling relieved that they both had a wonderfully positive experience.

Negative experience: Really bad experience with them today. They were rude and mean to my children during their treatments. Not being respectful, laughing and making fun of them. Not professional at all! After that my children said they don't want to come back because of the experience.

I was very scared of having dental work done due to letting my teeth decay and in the end talked behind my hand and did not smile due to embarrassment of the deterioration of my teeth - I felt very nervous but comfortable on my first visit & with the reassurance and guidance from Dr Damien and his assistants they gave me a clear plan of the choice of work to be done and the time it would take at my coping pace - I now have an entire new mouth of clean white teeth with no more ugly black broken teeth and for the first time in 15+ years I can smile showing my teeth and l can actually chew and bite into things - I only wish now I had done it years ago - thankyou for your amazing work and skill in rebuilding my mouth Dr Damien -

Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had at the Dentist, hadn’t been in years due to fear. Dr Damien Jones made me feel comfortable from the moment he greeted me at the door to the moment I left, he explained everything to me as we went. His soft spoken, calming and quiet nature made me feel very at ease. Would definitely recommend Dr Damien to family and friends and will be seeing him for my regular check ups. Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalie and her team are amazing! I am often very anxious when going to the dentist but each time I've been, Dr Natalie has always made me feel comfortable. I have had a fair bit of dental work done here and each time my dental plan has been communicated in a professional manner and always with my best interest in mind.

Fantastic experience: If you or your kids are 'scared of the dentist' then this is the place to go! The staff at Rowville (and Kilsyth) are welcoming and friendly. The dentists are professional and very patient & sympathetic, especially with nervous patients! One of the great things about Angel Dental is that in the 6+ years myself & my kids have been going here, not once have they tried to up-sell any unnecessary dental work or treatments.. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love Angel Dental. Damian the dentist is so nice and so are the staff at the front desk. Everything is so light and gentle. They don't judge people for not flossing everyday. They even gave me a discount for being a Light FM listener. Would recommend to anybody who wants a great dentist and doesn't mind travelling to Rowville to get one.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience from this bad dental clinic, no trust, they are looking to have your money without giving any service They are just giving you a basic service and asking to pay a lot of money extra for nothing. Doctors are not professional at all, dirty equipment and rude reception staff We can’t believe that one day we will face this bad behaviour we never recommend this place to anybody Please don’t lose your time and your money they are bad place

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money seeing this clinic and its staff. They have no consideration for patient care or professionalism at all. Worst service ever I have seen in my life, money is everything never care about their patients, terrible dentists especially Damian, horrible and nasty service with no respect they say to their clients clearly leave if they tried to ask about what they are charging for, they are just robbing people, not recommended for any one.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Natalie since 2013. I travel an hour and a half each way for my appointments purely because I know I will receive the best available care. Dr Natalie is so knowledgeable of and gentle with her work. She thoroughly explains your treatment plan upfront and keeps you informed throughout. All of the staff at the clinic are beautiful to deal with and I highly recommend Angel Dental to anybody looking for a wonderful and honest dental service.

Fantastic experience: Being a super anxious kind of guy when it comes to my teeth, I must admit these guys made the experience so much easier and I now have found a little more confidence in getting my teeth repaired. It may only be in baby steps but I know I can deal with it till I can get my whole mouth repaired. Thank guys ;)

Negative experience: few days ago I called this clinic to get dental implants, she told me $5000-$6000 per dental implants, it would cost $60 to come in for a first consultation, she would send me to somewhere for the insertion of the implant, and return back here for the crown. later I found out DENTAL IMPLANTS PROFESSIONAL with Dr Paulo Pinho at 411 flinders ST Melbourne. a full dental implant for only $2850, read the reviews yourself!

He did a great job, and let me know of some upcoming issues that I need to work on. Great interaction, very happy to have found my new go to dentist. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible DENTIST - INCOMPETENT AND NO DISPUTE RESOLUTION OR APOLOGY JUST DENIAL!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this practise to anyone who has children. The dentist we dealt with has no bedside manner and on one occasion he has started work and then referred us somewhere else AFTER charging us the excessive amount for the 12 minute treatment (not fixing the problem or the PAIN) of my 5 year old. He’s then gone on to send us somewhere else that “deals with children better”, my son was super cooperative considering the treatment. They have charged a good chunk of the dental benefits allowance each time (I took my 5 children here for check ups and each time paid in excess of $290!!!) It never really bothered me until this experience where this dentist has opened his mouth started treatment (telling me it would take four weeks of visits which I was okay with), and then fixed the easiest one and told me to go somewhere else after charging majority of the allowance. When I sought some resolution with the owner (a week after the initial phone call I get hold of her) she is defensive and interruptive. She doesn’t allow you to get your message across and is just dismissive with no resolution. “If I can help you with anything else?” Is her response to defending the actions of her dentist. If you have a problem don’t bother trying to get a resolution here! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE they are overpriced and not friendly, and clearly not able to do the work they have on the window! The only nice experience we had was the receptionist!! I regret going here and don’t ever ever leave reviews good or bad but just feel that this practise is only surviving because of their location. BEWARE!! As to your response my review.. it’s shocking that you are now making up scenarios about my son when you clearly did not listen to me or observe him “moving” in the chair (as you say) first hand! Such a petty unprofessional response by a RIP OFF - OVER PRICED dentists!! Everyone BEWARE!!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional. Having lived all over the world, I've been to a few dentists in my time and this is the only one I have bothered to review. I sincerely wish I had gone there 20 years ago as the advice would have mitigated the problems I have. I thoroughly enjoyed the up-front, no nonsense approach and service.

Fantastic experience: Have visited Angel Dental twice now and have found both Dr. Natalie and Dr. Damien to be friendly and professional while still managing to make you feel like you aren't at a scary dentist. Fantastic experience: I have just had my first visit to Angel Dental Rowville. The experience was great very friendly staff couldn't ask for more. I have been seeing Dr Damien Jones for some years at another Dental Surgery and I have happily moved to where he is practicing now which is Angel Dental in Rowville. I think a lot of Damien's loyal patients will make the move to see him in Rowville. I hope to have many more happy years seeing Damien and the friendly staff at Rowville.

Negative experience: After Many Months I am still very scared to attend any dentist. I had a root canal done over a year ago at this dentist. Then when I went back to have my cap put on they drilled down and put the cap on the wrong tooth. When I said it was hurting (which I believe should not happen after a root canal) the dentist gave me anesthetic. I now have 2 caps on 2 teeth, one which was not necessary. They justified it by telling me that it most likely would have needed one. The dentist also told me my 2 eldest children both needed nearly $1000 worth of fillings combined. I have since been to 2 other dentist for check ups with my children and neither have had a filling. Rip Offs and Incompetent Dentistry .
