Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Prajapati. I went in for my 6-month check-up and clean and she made me feel really comfortable. She explained what I need to focus on with my oral health and gave helpful tips. I definitely recommend this dentist. My only suggestion would be adding a mint rinse at the end like my dentist in NZ used to do. See you in 6 months!

Negative experience: ⚠ Don't be fooled by the fake stars here. I cannot express how unprofessional they are. I went for a 15min consultation and the Chinese docker, named Chen even did not look at my teeth. Absolute waste of time and insultaion. Stay away from them.

Negative experience: Avoid - dishonest Dentist. (Dentist name is Peter Chan). I visited this dentist, as I inquired via email for a post and core price and I supplied the X-Ray, I got a quote ($350) which was reasonable, that is the reason, I agreed for further consultation. First of, the dentist said that he specially came to hay market clinic just to attend to me. (This is a lie, as after my consultation, another lady was waiting to see him). During the consultation, he dissuaded me to do the post and core. The price has now become $2000. We discussed the post and core treatment and other alternatives, by the way using the X-ray of the teeth, I sent to him. He tried to get me to spend more money, to do another X-ray. (the first sign of ripping off behavior). Another option to extract the teeth and to put denture in, or implant in or dental bridge. All with even unbelievable price. At the end, I just grin and bear it, pay the $60 consultation fee, feeling cheated by this dishonest people. Do not believe whatever they say. Dishonest people should deserve no business.

Positive experience: Didn't sleep last night, so got an X-ray today nearly 11pm, feeled uncomfortible about the report. One way it gonna cost me 200$ and the other way it gonna cost me 1200$. She guide me well and thanks for the antibiotics tablets. I am feeling good now.
