Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. Dr Raymond was professional, calm, and explained everything clearly, making the visit easy and comfortable. Rashi at the front reception, along with the other staff, was friendly and supportive from the moment I walked in. The clinic is evidently well run and has a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Incompetence, accepting appointments about an hour out online only to be told 10 mins after the scheduled time that it was going to be ANOTHER half an hour. Left at this point to get home to the kids and they call 7 mins later saying they are free?? Get the act together.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would! I first visited Dr. Raymond back in 2019 for composite bonding, and it was hands down the best dental treatment I’ve ever received. Nearly 8 years (and 3 other dentists) later, I found myself struggling with a dental issue that no one seemed to be able to resolve. I made it my mission to track down Dr. Raymond — and I’m so glad I did! I discovered he’s now practicing in Leichhardt and didn’t hesitate to make the trip east just to see him. From the moment I walked in, he was as professional, friendly, and skilled as I remembered. He immediately sprung into action to address my issue and, once again, delivered an exceptional experience. I genuinely couldn’t be happier and won’t be seeing any other dentist from now on. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter willow had the first dental visit in her life today, she started with a root canal, thank you for putting so much effort into making her visit as non evasive, scary and Trauma free as possible, she has an intellectual disability and can be quite fragile sometimes, i recommend this dental practice to everyone with kids under 16, specially those with special needs, great for adults as well, they were great in working out a payment plan and option, i am so grateful to have had them recommended to me by another patient

I was very worried about the state of my teeth (having not had a checkup for years) but he was reassuring & kept me informed & feeling in control of the situation the whole time. I had a much-needed, thorough clean & got some insightful diagnoses about my pain issues. There was no up-selling of unnecessary procedures - just friendly, efficient service at a very fair price. Fantastic experience: I have just visited Leichhardt dental centre to get my first clean and may I say my teeth are shining stars, the receptionist I believe her name was Emily,Made my experience that much better by her amazing customer service and manners overall made the time there a lot better as I hate going to dentist’s.

Fantastic experience: As a result of bad and painful Dental experiences in the past , I would consider myself a very nervous Adult patient . As such , it would be fair to say that visits to the Dentist have been the furthest thing from my mind for 10 + years . Recently after several months of continuous wisdom tooth soreness that kept me awake at night , I finally made an apptmt at Leichhardt Marketplace Dental . Sylvia booked me in for the next day , and gave me some tips to numb the pain until then . Upon arrival , after a self pep-talk in the car-park , my mind was immediately put at ease by the friendly and welcoming Sylvia and Dr Thomas . Dr Thomas is a super- approachable fellow , and explained all the possible options for my situation ..His honest and clear explanation helped in deciding to go ahead with a 2 x extraction of my wisdom teeth . After an x-ray and a couple of numbing shots , I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing as the teeth came out. I was probably in the chair for 30 mins total . Sylvia had everything ready for me as I prepared to leave , and as a private patient I was very pleased with the competitive price of the procedure . I can’t tell you how relieved I was afterwards , I can only say good things about Dr Thomas and his Staff at Leichhardt Marketplace Dental .

I needed urgent chip repair on my tooth to be client facing ASAP, and in no time my appointment was booked, I was slotted in, and seen by the very friendly and capable Dr Thomas Choi, who fixed my problem in no time.
