Bytes Dental Lismore - Dentists

Negative experience: after multiple appointments and thousands of dollars all my dental work failed. perhaps the "glue" or filler was cheaper or on trial. Back to bonjella & cloves :(

Fantastic experience: First time at Bytes. Everything from making an appointment to having my treatment was absolutely amazing. I felt like I’m a long time customer. I won’t be going anywhere else. My dentist rid me of my fear of going to the dentist. I’m actually looking forward to my next treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Bytes Dental in Lismore. The receptionist staff were welcoming, and I was promptly seated in the dentist’s chair. Dr. Naomi Lane and her assistant were both friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The practice itself is always clean and well-maintained. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with Naomi and highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal service!! Friendliest staff we have ever met at a dentist. Totally take the anxiety out of going with thorough advice along with clear pricing and patient and kind staff from dentists to receptionists. Highly recommend these folks especially if you've avoided the dentist due to bad experiences in the past, bytes will handle you well.

Negative experience: My husband went to bytes dental for new top and bottom dentures he will never be going back again. He saw Hilary and when he did the impressions they were not done correctly as he only held one side and it made the impressions totally out of whack. When the teeth came back they were totally loose and uneven he tried telling Hilary and he got annoyed with him. He didn’t believe anything he said to him and it took 12months to get a new set done. The new set are good but he will never go to this dentist again or recommend them. It was an appalling experience

Negative experience: Had an appalling experience at the clinic today, kim snapped my wisdom tooth in half, so half the tooth was left in the gum.I requested that she remove the broken tooth and root from my gum, She declined saying it would work loose over a two year period. I think Kim needs to go back to dentistry School or be deregistered. I was charged over $330 for removing half a tooth.

Dr Arya and her lovely side kick Brooke made me feel so at ease and were so kind very skilled dentistry, can't even tell I've had fillings! I highly recommend

The staff are so friendly and happy to answer questions etc, which made my experience a really pleasant one (& more comfortable than I expected after being nervous, with not having a check up for a while). I appreciated the informative and professional consultation with Dr Hilary Knight. I found the parking easy too, and the clinic itself is a nice space. Negative experience: Terrible experience for myself and my 4 year old daughter. I thought I was booking in with the children's dentist as I explained what I was needing to the receptionist ( a second opinion for my 4 year old child who is a little nervous) and we are met with Dr Hilary Knight. A ' professional' dentist who said straight to my babies face "we are going to need to drill a hole and open the tooth up". Was also very rough and seemed quite confused at times along with the other staff. I would not recommend this dentist or dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A very expert and gentle dental team. I had for too long avoided dental work believing it was too uncomfortable/painful to face. I had presented some challenging problems to the Bytes team which they have treated with great attention and care. As a consequence of their work my teeth are working well and no longer clouding/storming over my quality of life. I will visit Bytes without hesitation in the future.

Negative experience: Left me with a bad taste in my mouth... I was quoted a price over the phone and was charged more on the day. The dentist and her assistant were totally professional and performed the procedure well. On the way out, I was informed of the amount due. As I was still in shock from the extraction I declined to argue the point regarding the tariff with the receptionist / cashier and paid in full. No gauze pads or cotton or analgesia for afterward was provided. Thus the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth figuritvely and literally.

Fantastic experience: I was able to be treated at short notice on Saturday morning and was very impressed with the professional care and attention I received. After a night of severe pain my problem was resolved quickly and the pain ceased. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
