Consequently, I had to see someone in Melbourne for the debanding procedure. I found Josh to be both personable and professional. Other orthodontists had told me veneers were my only option but Joshua took on the challenge and delivered. He’s genuine, compassionate, punctual, honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Josh for his professionalism and expertise. And to say he would go the extra mile to provide the best service for the customer might be an understatement. I had to leave the country rather permanently in less than a week's time due to exceptional circumstance. My flight was on a Wednesday afternoon. On Monday Josh tightened the gap for the last time. And on Tuesday, he did some detailing, took off the braces and took impressions. Considering I wouldn't be visiting again any time soon, Josh specially requested the retainers to be made slightly thicker. Initially no suppliers agreed to make it because they literally had less than 12 hours to deliver. Josh kept trying and finally found one to do it. He even picked it up from the supplier himself instead of waiting for it to deliver since that would've taken much longer. Finally on Wednesday at 7:30am, I met Josh, got my retainers and completed my treatment, just hours before my flight thanks to Josh's amazing work ethics. I understand that my experience was a little extreme and probably not recommended under normal circumstances, but it goes to show Josh really deserves the 5-star rating here.
