Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Diamond Dental! Firstly, Sana on reception was very comforting as I have extreme dental anxiety and have had many bad experiences at other dentists. Secondly, Dr Luma was absolutely wonderful. She is not a drill happy dentist. She is genuine and you can tell she seriously cares for her patients. I cannot recommend her more! She helped me with Multiple toothaches and now I have had my front teeth veneered and clear aligners for my bottom teeth. and I’m extremely happy with my new smile! Thank you so much Diamond Dental for all your help! Also need to mention the brilliant Assistant -Hammie - was wonderful ! Very gentle and makes sure you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Diamond dental care have been the best dentist I have attended. I have been coming here for about 4 years now, making the drive from Brisbane as they are worth it. Everyone is so lovely and gentle. After other dentists quoting me large amounts for work which was not initially needed, I found Dr Luma and Sana to be truthful and prices much more reasonable than others. Awesome clinic and staff.

Fantastic experience: I very much am a person who avoids the dentist in the best of times but the team at Diamond Dental have been amazing. Having a pretty nasty infection the team were very caring and accomodating to get us sorted as soon as possible. Both Dr Jakub and Dr Luma were very professional but also very attentive making sure I was okay and comfortable during all my procedures. All of the other staff members were amazing, friendly and I appreciate Sana for helping work appointments around my work appointment and always checking in on how things were going. Happily calling Diamond Dental my new regular dentist!

From the moment I walked into Diamond Dental, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by Sana, which immediately helped put me at ease. Dr Jakub is friendly, understanding and down to earth which helped with my anxiety. He was incredibly thorough in explaining my dental plan, walking me through all the options without any pressure to choose the more expensive treatments. I felt completely supported in making decisions that suited my needs and budget. Scheduling appointments around my sometimes challenging work roster was never an issue as Sana always went out of her way to accommodate me. The level of patient care from the entire team has been exceptional and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. As soon as I walk in they know who I am and show a genuine interest in how you are doing. Not only has my smile been transformed, I now have regained confidence in my smile. Fantastic experience: I love coming to visit this dental practice! Sana is always friendly and inviting and explains everything so well, she is so helpful. I see Dr Jakub Tez and he is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I just had teeth whitening done and I am so happy with the results!! Everything was explained to me so well and the procedure went very smoothly and I was comfortable the whole time. I was a bit nervous about sensitivity but both Dr Jakub and Sana checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I wasn’t feeling any sensitivity. And it was explained to me what the practice is for if sensitivity should occur so my nerves were put to rest. I love coming here and recommend Diamond Dental to everyone!!

Negative experience: Booked my parents in to get a quote. With the Head dentist there, female possibly owner. Dad was questioned about his finances asking how much money he had on him and then insulting my mother and how her appearance with further more questions about their personal finances they came home upset and offended. They keep saying they are going to send the quote but still haven’t received a thing. So much more to it but all I can say is she is Unprofessional and disgusting. The one star is for the only decent person in that building, the receptionist!!

Fantastic experience: For many years, I did not like my photo to be taken because I wasn't happy with my teeth, and I didn't like my smile. Thanks to the team at Diamond Dental, they were able to change all that. It has taken a little while to get used to having beautiful natural looking teeth. Now l like my smile, I'm even happy to be in photos. They do amazing work and explain everything clearly throughout the whole process. All of the staff are so friendly, it makes a trip to the dentist a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental clinic. I see Dentist Luma and she went above and beyond. I had a broken veneer which is not the nicest appointment to have. Yet she spent so much time with me and made sure I was completely comfortable. My new veneer is perfect. The dental assistants are also very kind and professional. If you are looking for a dentist who wants the best for you and wants you to have a good experience, then Luma is the lady you need to see!

Fantastic experience: Like most I’m not a fan of the dentist and avoid until absolutely necessary but Dr Cathy and the team at Diamond Dental Care have certainly changed that. A few days after my first emergency visit Annette called me as a courtesy to check in and upon leaving my 2nd visit I have booked in my remaining work and preventative care appointments. The team are so welcoming and detailed in every visit.

Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience with excellent results getting my teeth aligned through these girls. Even through covid everything was handled so well the results are amazing. Im finally on my very last set of aligners out of 15 and I finally have the confidence to smile with my teeth showing. Really couldn't be happier im so thankful I shopped around after getting quoted thousands of dollars higher elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The girls at Diamond Dental were absolutely fantastic. Had to have a tooth extraction, and although things didn't go exactly to plan , they were patient and didn't give up. They're also very considerate of any pain that may be caused and don't push you to keep going if you're uncomfortable.
