Fantastic experience: This clinic is so different from any dentist I’ve been to. No stressful vibes at all, just friendly, smiling faces everywhere! Dr Julie did my Invisalign treatment and explained everything super clearly in a really relaxed way. I loved how gentle and easy to understand she was. Later I needed a crown and Dr Julie was on leave, so I saw Dr Vivienne. At first I was a bit worried about the handover, but she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything carefully and gave me different options so I could decide what was best. Technician Juliana was amazing too, constantly checking the colour, size, and shape, and I couldn’t believe my crown was done in under 2 hours! The nurses are all super kind and gentle, and the front desk staff are not only helpful but also really lovely to look at . Honestly, it doesn’t feel like a typical rushed dentist at all…it feels like they’re looking after a friend. I’d recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Another level of dental care that you won't experience elsewhere. Dr Julie and the team are the most thorough and detailed practice I've ever been to. After taking my daughter to visit for a general check up, I booked an appointment for myself to assess my jaw and tooth pain. They exceeded any expectations I had, they showed me areas I needed to concentrate on more when brushing and flossing, and offered preventative measures to make sure I can mitigate any pains in the future, the best part is I have no more pain! So amazing to see the same staff again - Elaine welcomed us so warmly and we were treated by Emily and Juliana so expertly yet again! Another 5 star experience! Great experience today with my 3 year old who was treated by oral health therapist Emily and assisted by Juliana. Very patient with a wriggly 3 year old!

Fantastic experience: Thankyou for the wonderful smile results, re-aligning my teeth and replacing my 20 year old bridges with new ceramic porcelain bridges. Throughout the process I was treated with care and kindness by the whole team. Dr Julie had great vision and has created a much improved smile with the technical brilliance of Julianna and assisted brilliantly by Jess, and with the helpful front desk and smiling faces of Bri and Elaine. On the 'whole day appointment' between sessions I was treated to lunch from a local cafe and a lovely massage and pedicure by Dana. Dana was outstanding. Emily also did a great job improving the colour, thankyou. The studio is calming, clean and professional. Whilst the lower teeth continue the invisalign process, I'm thrilled with the outcome of the top and how the smile looks now. I hope I haven't missed anyone, as the whole team were amazing to deal with and everyone I interacted with were kind, friendly, professional and supportive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did my crown with another dentist which he did a very bad job, the dentist who did my crown did not bother to check after or at least be a listener! I went back twice about the pain. He told me it could take sometime to settle, telling me to give it more time. A year later, I still feel the pain whenever I eat?? I gave up and went to another dentist. Now, at Toorak Dental Studio, Dr Julie checked, X-ray, and she found the problem. My crown wasn't "placed" properly, that's a gap between my crown and tooth which is why I have the pain over the year. Anyhow, she fixed my problem within a day. The crown had to be replaced, I don't have to wait for weeks (no temporary crown, the clinic can do a 3D crown within the day). I stop going to my old dentist and I decided to give this new dental clinic a try, I did my 1st hygenic checked which I had a little gum issues, the hygenist was friendly and attend to my problems patiently. I also had some tooths sealing and a tooth filling with Dr Julie recently. I'm like most people, dentist and pain is a nightmare to me, but she did a great job..

I can never imagine that I could achieve an almost pain-free jaw and life. Before the treatment last year I suffered from anxious and depressed mood, painful jaw joints, painful neck and sour shoulders, also difficulties in chewing and turning my head around really made me disappointed in my life and future. I cannot even sleep well due to the pain on my neck, unstable jaw position and muscle tension. But after one-year's TMJ treatment now I could almost free from these restrictions and gain more opportunities for my study path, career and life wellbeing. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Toorak Dental Studio by a work colleague five years ago and have been a loyal patient ever since. From getting Invisalign to fixing two chipped teeth and most recently, having a wisdom tooth removed right in the chair, every visit has been remarkably smooth. As someone who is extremely nervous about dental procedures, I was particularly apprehensive about getting my wisdom tooth extracted. Despite my gentle suggestions that perhaps I should be sedated, my dentist, Julie, reassured me every time that I would be perfectly fine and wouldn't feel a thing. True to her word, after just four minutes of listening to music while she worked, Julie stepped back and announced we were all done. I was astonished and could only ask, 'Was that it?!' It was so much easier and genuinely pain-free than I had imagined. Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for many years and being mildly terrified i can honestly say Gina, Elaine and the team at Toorak Dental Studio made the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. Opting for sleep dentistry to have a significant amount of work done I was talked through every aspect of the procedure and finance options and felt informed and respected every step of the way. On the day of the procedure (and the pre check ins and screening) the Anaesthetic team were wonderful and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made. Using Invisalign, Dr Julie, in what seemed like an almost effortless treatment, not only straightened my teeth but improved my bite and my ability to clean between my teeth, preventing further decay (one of the big problems i had). She also extracted one of my wisdom teeth in mere seconds, with no pain or struggle. A perfect extraction. And a perfectionist indeed, the only dentist I have come to trust with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Julie and all her team at Toorak Dental Studio are professional, caring, pleasant, have the latest technologies available to them and always take time to discuss my teeth and plans to look after them. I recently finished my envisalign treatment and the results are amazing. I do not have photos to attach but I am hoping these can be added later. You would not believe that the photos are real - you'd think they were touched up. My front tooth was protruding down and getting more crooked each day to the point it was rubbing on my bottom lip and causing ulcers. This started at least 30 years ago and yet was able to be fixed with modern technology. I also recently had a crown fitted which was completed in two visits on the same day - again the use of modern technology made this possible. I could not even feel that I had a new crown it fitted so well. I would highly recommend a visit to this practice.

With an ongoing tooth issue, I was on a quest to find a dentist to help me. Dr Julie Ghaly came recommended so I thought I would try. Booking an appointment was easy and having on-site parking available were a great start. When I entered, I was very impressed to find a chic, stylish practice with friendly staff. Waiting room was super comfortable with soft couches, TV and a coffee/tea station! My tooth assessment and treatment exceeded my expectations. Julie was amazing with her care despite my difficult case. She explained everything on x ray and proceeded with her treatment plan with ease. Fantastic experience: Can you ever really enjoy going to a dentist. Normally I would say “no”, but put the sound of the drill aside and this dentist is amazing. From walking through the door your welcomed by wonderful friendly front desk staff. The waiting room is so comfy. Beautifully styled with comfy couches and arm chairs, a super huge TV to watch as you wait (and you’re allowed to change the channel), plus a little kitchenette where you can make yourself a tea or coffee. Meanwhile, the real plus is Julie. She is such a wonderful caring and sweet dentist. Makes everyone feel so calm even my daughter who is totally fine with going to the dentist because of the treatment she gets from Julie. Highly recommend this dentist. The best!
