Negative experience: Honestly terrible service. Booked this place and was rescheduled three times in a row. I rocked up at my appointment and was told the dentist would be 10mins late. The lady having her appointment before me, who I was waiting for to finish, literally got up and spent 10-15mins in the toilet stuffing around before going back to her appointment. I sat there for 40mins while the admin person kept leading me on. This is an absolute joke for scheduling clients and I would have rathered they just rescheduled again instead of waste my time.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have always had positive experiences at Ferny Hills Dental. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient and the dentists are wonderful and so good at their job. It makes visiting the dentist bearable!
Fantastic experience: My filling randomly fell out and I’m absolutely terrified of dentists …Neil was an fantastic dentist. he was super professional…. A very nice guy and did a fantastic job and it didn’t hurt at all. All the staff there including the receptionist were incredible. I’m definitely going to keep going here. Would highly recommend to anyone!!! 10/10 … thanks for fixing my gnashes !!!
Fantastic experience: Had a check up today and could not fault the experience. Reasonably priced, and NO UNNECESSARY WORK. I had DR Neil who was funny, professional and explained everything as he went. As a bonus his hands are dainty and articulate, which is nice when he is messing around in your mouth.

Fantastic experience: Through recommendation, I had my first wisdom tooth extraction for the first time in Ferny Hills Dental. I must say the experience of the tooth extraction was quick, precise and pleasant as it was done very professionally by Dr Rochelle. I was also given a very thorough and thoughtful advice throughout the whole treatment. It was absolutely an excellent experience in Ferny Hills Dental! Highly recommended!
