Fantastic experience: When I started treatment with Dr Lav 6 months ago I was incredibly anxious after years of neglecting my teeth due to previous dental traumas; I needed Valium just to turn up for the first couple of appointments. Not only is she a brilliant dentist, the kindness and lack of judgment shown to me by the entire team has been amazing. I have been going every fortnight and now have a very healthy smile :-)

Fantastic experience: I did an Invisalign course with Dr Jenny from March - September 2025. The practice was highly organised, and Dr Jenny is highly skilled, personable and friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My treatment was handled from start to finish at a high professional standard and with genuine care, and I was very happy with my result. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

Even though this is such a small action, it demonstrates genuine patient care, which is very uncommon. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of hospitality and professionalism. Fantastic experience: I did so much research around trying to find a good dentist given the immense anxiety I get around my dental care. I am so glad I chose Luminaire Dental! From the minute I walked in, Trinity at the desk was so warm and welcoming, checking me in and offering tea or coffee. The facility is so clean, modern, and inviting. Dr Alannah & Chynna were so lovely, kind, and caring. Dr Alannah talked me through everything, she made me feel comfortable and understood. There was no pressure to make any decisions I wasn't ready to make and really took the time to help me understand my dental plan. Won't be going anywhere else & will be recommending to all family & friends.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been too! Having had 3 root canals and wisdom pulled out at other dentist, I am not shy to visit the dentist. This dentist tops the cake, they really thought of everything. So friendly, inviting and thinking of everything from relaxing my jaw every so often during a clean to avoid any discomfort. My husband and I are very happy. Thank you again. The education and consultation and checking everytooth thoroughly, also giving instructions for home care. Amazing 10/10

Fantastic experience: Where to begin with Luminaire Dental, firstly the whole team are just such a wonderful group of people, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable the minute you walk in the door, I genuinely looked forward to my weekly visits. I had both Invisalign and veneers and the results were better than I could have ever imagined. My teeth were fully customised to suit my face and already existing teeth, and Jenny made sure I was informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done for me this past few months, they are truly amazing at what they do!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jenny and Chynna were the perfect pair to close out the busy work week with some "me time". This was definitely the most relaxed experience I had at a dentist for a long time. Decided to move away from seeing a rotating/changing schedule of dentists at the Bupa Dental Clinic to Luminaire Dental, Spotswood, as I wanted to support a local dental practice. They may be a small business, but they have a big heart. And Dr Jenny and Chynna proved that it was the best dental decision made.

The whole team were very friendly and welcoming, the clinic is very clean with a tranquil & pleasant vibe and the tools used are so up to date I couldn't actually feel anything remotely uncomfortable during my session. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time I was there, the staff seem happy and enjoy what they do and I was not only satisfied with the work done but ultimately had a good time too. Fantastic experience: Like many ppl going to the dentist can be an ordeal . Suffering with dentist anxiety is real . I recently had to have an extraction and I was full of anxiety. Jen and her team at Luminaire Dental are amazing. I was given a weighted blanket and we had chat to calm those nerves. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Luminaire Dental is extremely welcoming, helpful and informative! Dr Jenny Dang explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. The teeth cleaning was the best I’ve ever had and both the dentist and the nurse constantly ensured that I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort! I can’t recommend enough and will keep going back. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist (the bubblegum dentist gloves were also a big plus).
