Fantastic experience: Dr Shah is very experienced and knowledgeable and she is friendly to all patients.
Fantastic experience: Great service!!! I've been treated by Dr Shah and Dr Gupta many times in the past few years and I can say they are one if not the best dentists I've ever had. Honestly, they have always been so honest and patient with me when other dentists used to overcharge me for treatments it turned out I didn't even need. Their fees are very reasonable as well. Please disregard the bad reviews. They are very professional and friendly as is the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: My family and I used to go there, she late not one but all of ours appointments plus to be told she doesn’t have time to do the procedure. #1) Were you charged for the services that were not provided?Did you ask this in our reception or doctor or to the management prior? Because, we never charge unfair fee, that too without informing patients. If it happened in our surgery, we definitely take this matter seriously and investigate the issue and necessary action will be taken.
Or you were charged for consultations and xrays?
Payment for consultations are towards professional time spent by our doctors and staff. Everyone must be paid for their professional time.
#2) :No one has any control on your previous reviews other than only you. We have no control on any reviews Wether they are good or bad. To trust or not to trust is left to people to their opinion with respect.
#3) Being late:Our Apologies for being late, but multiple factors And their dominal affect causes such delays in medical Settings, specially in Dental. Because, every dental treatment Is not less than any surgery. Not only the check up
And CONSULTATION, We have to check, assess and make
Sure patients understands , then about pros and cons
Of defferrent choices.. Not all can understand
Everything that quick.Barriers like language,
Age related, anxiety related and other issues does
Affect the time in their decisions making. We just can't
Rush the things for the patients.
At times Patients or Doctors do run late as they are
Also humans and few things in their daily life gets
Out of their control. If one patient comes late, it affects
Every one after. But our doctors focus only on the patient
In room until they are looked after well, instead rushing the
Things.
Due to any such reasons, if time is not feasible to justify
The treatment required which was not planned earlier,
If it was your first visit related to the issue, if it's not emergency,
If patients taken longer time in decision making, and
As our doctors focus is to do best service, they ask
To schedule the treatment at suitable time.
Once the treatment plan is organised and patient
Understands and gives us consent, our doctors always

1)If any kid is visiting our surgery for the first time,
Then we limit that visit only for Check up and consult. As
Our doctors first wants to assess the kids tolerance to the
Treatment.
2)Uncertainty of the treatment required:If any Patient is visiting for treatment without prior check up,
After assessment treatment required might be very different than what patients assumed by themselves and booked in for.((example :Patient thinks they need filling, but it ends up to be needing surgical removal or Root canal treatment??)
3)If Patients are unsure of their decision making,
Or taking a lot time to make decisions between the
Choices of treatment, then, it's not accomodative to
Change whole settings for the treatment. To avoid
any kind of pressure at work, or in providing services
We request to reschedule
4)If had any unexpected delays while providing treatments
To earlier patients, like any emergency surgery, or any medical emergency then we request the patients after to reschedule only to avoid any dominal effects to patients if they have any other commitments. We try informing our patients as early as possible if we are encountering any such delays wherever its feasible.
Fantastic experience: This has been the best dental experience I’ve had so far. My fast braces came off today and the results are truly exceptional! Dr Shah is extremely professional, kind, qualified and helps ensure you understand the procedures. Her dental assistant Soroor and receptionist Kayla are truly wonderful and the lovely environment will have you missing the dentist once you leave. Absolutely love it!

Fantastic experience: Certainly the best dental clinic in the area. Dr Farida has always been very efficient with identifying potential issues and with the treatment. Had a rebate issue with the private heath insurer once, and the guys went the extra mile to help me clarify matters with the insurer and resolve the issue. My experiences so far has been 5 stars.

Negative experience: To be taken in for 1 min to be told they dont know and still charging me $50 is pathetic. If dentistry is your profession then you should have SOME knowledge. Never again will i go back.
