Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. I have been coming to the Serenity Smile clinic almost from the opening day and I have never been disappointed. 6 stars!

Negative experience: I'm generally happy with the quality of the dental service and care provided during my regular check-ups and cleanings. However, the pricing is significantly higher than competitors. Being charged a gap of over $100 after claiming through my private health insurance is excessive, especially since I've received the same no-gap service elsewhere. While the service is good, the cost makes it unsustainable for me to return.

Negative experience: Charged 100 for consultation 1300 to remove a dead tooth that had a root canal done, then when I asked why it was that expensive, he couldn’t explain, started raising his voice, and started asking where I was from and saying that he couldn’t understand my accent, and other racist remarks.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Dr. Nikfar and his team at Serenity Smiles Dental. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, making us feel confident in the treatment plan. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, ensuring that appointments were convenient and stress-free. After a year of braces, my son's teeth look fantastic, and his confidence has skyrocketed. The office atmosphere was always welcoming, and my son Arian felt at ease during each visit. I highly recommend Serenity Smiles Dental to anyone needing orthodontic care. They truly care about their patients and deliver excellent results.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Reza Nikfar is incredible! I have a genuine phobia of needles and needed a lot of various work done. The doctor took his time to thoroughly assess and go through all my options. He, at all times, appeared calm and collected, a for someone with a fear of needles, his calm nature made the process extremely easier. He is very open and transparent with his work and his opinion. He absolutely shows a lot of care and in my 6 or more visits over the last 2 months I feel part of the Serenity Smiles family! All of his assistants are extremely friendly and work diligently and mindfully alongside Dr Nikfar to make you feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can not thank Dr Nikfar and all of his assistants enough! I highly recommend this dentistry and Doctor Nikfar personally. You will be looked after and cared for without doubt!

Fantastic experience: An excellent service. Had my wisdom tooth removed, was done carefully but quickly. Barely any pain or swelling afterwards or the next day. The dentist followed up with phone calls to see how I was going post treatment. Would strongly recommend.

Positive experience: My 84 yr old mother went to Dr Reza for the first time and needed a root canal and a tooth removed. He was very careful, gentle and explained all the pros and cons and options beforehand.

Negative experience: My wife had a tooth extraction months ago and then unfortunately she suffered from pain and infection for a week. In our opinion, it could be prevented by prescribing antibiotics after extracting. We had a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of having to remove my wisdom teeth and avoided dentist for 4 years! Dr Reza and his team were super supportive and caring. I went in shaking, he explained everything to me, I did not feel a thing during the procedure and ended up having all four of my wisdom teeth extracted at the same time! I just had a bit of discomfort for a few hours and was eating and speaking the next day. He is a legend!

Fantastic experience: My Wife found Serenity Smiles, Epping on line... based on the reviews I had a free consultation. From the day my journey began I couldn't fault Dr Reza Nikfar's approach. I had receding gums, bone loss in my jaw, (normal as we age) and eight very unhappy teeth ... fast forward eight months and I now have a beautiful smile (and still have my eight teeth)... I have a little more work to go, but am so happy we found Dr Reza. I can't speak more highly of this Dentist. professional, informed, ethical.... and won't proceed without all the Data. I'm booked in for two implants later in the year... and can't wait. One thing to consider if you're looking for cosmetic dentistry, (Crowns or Implants like I had), it takes time as you need to give the body time to heal after each procedure... so it's a bit of a journey. I now go for routine cleans and have found "My Dentist". You won't be unhappy if you are looking for a Dentist that actually cares, Dr Reza Nikfar and his Team I couldn't recommend higher.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed at Serenity Smile two weeks ago, have received the most professional treatment from Dr Reza, the procedure only lasted 30 mins, it was very smooth and I was well taken care of. Together with Benie the assistant, they made the whole experience a pleasant one. My recovery was speedy, after two weeks had the stitches removed and the area healed up very well. I am very happy with the service and treatment they provided, will definitely come back for all my general check ups, strongly recommend anyone who are looking for a nice and warm dental clinic to give this one a go. Fantastic experience: My goal was to find a friendly dentist with a good price and top quality results. I had a bridge/implants covering my 3 front teeth so it was a big job and really important to me to look great considering my confidence was on the line! I must say i've never been so happy. Dr Reza really looks after you and explains the procedure clearly so you always know what's going on and also consider possible next steps / treatment plan.
