Fantastic experience: Being someone who gets very anxious and avoids going to the dentist I have never had a better experience than I did seeing Dr Anna Garcia. She immediately put me at ease and I felt no judgement whatsoever. I can’t thank Anna and her lovely nurse enough for providing the safest space, communicating every step of the way and checking in on me multiple times throughout the appt.

Negative experience: My husband recently visited this centre. No patient-centred care and very poor manner by a reception staff member and dentist. Extremely disappointed and $350 out of pocket to have to now see another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recommend David McInerney every time someone asks for a good dentist, he really is exceptionally good. David takes care to only do what is truly needed, which I appreciate. I recently went in for treatment and told him I had a splinter under my fingernail which was very painful. Within 3 seconds he had it out and I didn't feel a thing! OMG, as if he wasn't already a hero, he just took it up another notch. 10/10 for both dental treatment and splinter removal, thanks David!

Negative experience: Chipped my front tooth in half, got it capped here. He said he pulled all the nerve out so my front tooth won’t go black and it did. And the cap feels really roughly done. Do not recommend sorry. And yes it was from here. It is on record.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience at AMR Dental. David discusses what is being done and why as he gives treatment. Always checks if you feel ok as he does his procedures and gives you a rest from having your mouth open. I am not a fan of dentists but David has always made our experiences faultless.

Fantastic experience: David McInerney is the best dentist. He took the time to solve my teeth clenching problem even though I went for different dental work. It means I no longer suffer from almost daily migraines or headaches; it has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: As usual everything ran smoothly, from the friendly front desk staff, to the thorough examination and care offered by David. To top it all off, Donna the hygienist gives a gentle and efficient clean that leaves my teeth feeling and looking fabulous.

As someone who has had extensive dental work & continually needs more, I appreciate David's conservative & consultative approach. Proposed treatment is patiently explained & alternatives considered, to determine the best outcome. I feel as if I am in the safest of hands with this team.

Negative experience: I hope my review is useful to someone, it is the first negative review I do. I just had a bad experience. I had to go to this study several times over the course of a year for a single tooth problem. Although their approach seems professional, there are two major failings. 1. They are not respectful of my time. Twice they canceled my appointment on the appointment day, without any prior notice. Another time they made me wait more than 2.5 hours compared to the time of the appointment. 2. The cost of my intervention should have been around $ 1000 but it has skyrocketed more than double. Seeing the other positive reviews I don't want to be mischievous but they should have informed me from the start of the real cost.

Fantastic experience: This has to be the most friendliest and helpful dental practice there is. David is an amazing dentist and his staff just couldn’t be better and the reception staff have to be the most helpful I’ve ever come across. Had my teeth cleaned by Donna, one of the hygienists, yesterday who was simply the best. I can’t recommend this practice enough

Fantastic experience: Dr McInerney and his staff have been looking after our family's oral hygiene for over 15 years. The level of care is exceptional. David is a highly skilled, professional dentist and we always feel grateful for the care he gives us.

Fantastic experience: February 2021. Another visit with David. Again I was very nervous, anxious and scared as a result of bad dental experiences in childhood. But seriously, this appointment to repair a broken tooth which involved some scary intervention, went incredibly well. Apart from the usual reassurances, considerate care and information to help reduce my anxiety, I actually felt nothing! No sting from the local anaesthetic at all...unbelievable. Both David and Jess worked their magic and I’m so impressed. I will have to go back for more repair work and feel ok about that. Thank you, thank you, thank you Highly recommend David, especially if you're nervous about your visit. Excellent care and attention to detail with everything explained clearly. I was a well informed patient and will return in the New Year for further work with less anxiety. Also had teeth cleaned by Donna so overall a very good visit. Big thanks.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and dentists

Fantastic experience: Just feels like family. From the front desk to the tooth Doctor out the back. We attended with my elderly mum after 'a fall'. Our out of hours appointment, with Dr McInerney helped to calm us all. His gentle reassuring and calm professional demeanour meant the world. We cant recommend him and his staff more highly. Fantastic experience: "After years of neglect" as written by another reviewer describes me as well. Bit the bullet so to speak and went for exam and clean. The dentist, Julian, was great ... gentle giant at least in the exam. He did the clean to as he didn't know I was booked in and was worried that it be another half decade before I returned ... just kidding. Great sense of humour, gentle hands and when I said "thanks for not lecturing me" he said "I'm not here to lecture, I'm here to fix problems where they exist". Awesome attitude. Thank you Julian and glad to have you in Margs. Be back in 9 months for the next clean ;-)

Fantastic experience: I’ve entrusted my oral health of both my children and myself to David for 25 years. I have moved from the area now, but I will travel from wherever I am living to see David because once you’ve had the best you can’t settle for less. Injection in my front gum ....... what injection?

Fantastic experience: I had to visit the clinic today with an emergency, was super impressed with the way they followed the rule set to dentists in a pretty crazy time. I had extreme pain and swelling and I was dealt with quickly and doctor Dav was a legend.

If you're looking for a kind, gentle, thorough, excellent dentist this is the place to go. Dr Dave is so amazing especially with kids can't recommend AMR Dental highly enough.

Fantastic experience: OMG - I can't say enough about how wonderful these people are. Emergency situation on a Saturday - messaged them on FB, praying I would get an answer but not expecting one. Later that day I DID !!! A few hours later (I'm in Melbourne, trying to organise an emergency appt for my daughter holiday in Margaret River, visiting from UK) and arrangements made for David to see her 9am Sunday morning. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SUPPORT arranging this and the care David took with my daughter - who has a phobia about dentists. After care messages and help also given. My daughter was so impressed she wants to drive from Perth (where she is now for the rest of her holiday) to Margaret River to see him again lol. David has recommended someone in Perth and will speak to that dentist to ensure continuity of care. In case you can't tell, I am super impressed and super grateful. Fantastic experience: I recently visited AMR Dental after loosing a chunk of my tooth, it was drastic enough that I couldn’t avoid the visit. I am not a big fan of visiting the Dentist, it makes me anxious! From the moment I walked into the surgery I felt at ease, it’s got a nice feel to it......David explained everything he was doing, and I felt zero pain. It also didn’t cost me the earth, David gave me some cost effective solutions and didn’t pressure me into making decisions about procedures quickly. David has been a dentist in this town for many years, he’s amazing and so professional at what he does.... I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Fantastic experience: This dentist helped me in an emergency during my travels in Aus at the start of November. I was traveling in a campervan but needed urgent root canal and found this dentist next to where I was staying, they fitted me in immediately and were extremely friendly and accommodating, after it emerged I would need further treatment before continuing my travels, Dave the dentist arranged to complete the treatment the next morning, I was really nervous as it was my front tooth, Dave was reassuring and the procedure pain free.
