Fantastic experience: My wife, Carol, who is wheelchair bound had an hour and a half appointment with the new dentist, Stephen. We were welcomed by the receptionist, introduced to Stephen and made to feel very welcome. Whilst waiting for Carol I sat in the waiting and was given a cup of tea and offered biscuits. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Stephen and the receptionists couldn't have done more for us. Michael Stewart

From the front desk to the dentist chair my experience at the clinic was professional. The clinic is clean, & modern and Dr Harvie's manner is kind and welcoming and he put my mind at ease over these past 10 days, most importantly by taking away significant pain.Thank you

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff both at the reception and performing and helping with the procedures. They were really kind to my daughter who was quite scared and made her feel at ease. No problem with not being a patient, I rang up and got seen within half an hour. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: The service was excellent by the dentist however I asked for a price prior to treatment and was told by the receptionist that she didn't know. Based on a previous dentist where I recieved a quote for the same procedure I thought it would cost the same. I was so surprised to get a bill for $450 - $250 more than what I was quoted from another dentist. When I was surprised about the bill she said didn't you get a quote prior - ahh no!! Very unhappy about no clarification on pricing - their website gives no idea about costs either - will not be returning to this dentist. Other dentists I've been to have been transparent and helpful about their pricing - what kind of a service says 'I don't know???'

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Caleb (dentist), dental assistants and receptionists. They offer alternatives with treatment and give you a breakdown of treatment costs. Great communication and very caring. We live an hour away but with the drive for quality service and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

I have bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but every experience I’ve had with Dr. Caleb has been exceptional and stress/pain free. He is super efficient in what he does and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 appointments over the last 2 weeks and each time I had a great experience. The entire team were friendly and welcoming, from the first phone call right through the process until my problem was fixed to a high standard. I felt very relaxed and confident I was in safe hands the entire time. The ladies in reception were so lovely and very knowledgeable. The dentist Dr Caleb explained everything to me in detail including the costs and the processes needed to fix my dental issue. They used some amazing modern technology on site. He was gentle, kind, friendly and always made sure I was ok and kept me informed of what was happening. He seems very professional and passionate about helping people. I would definitely recommend the practice and Dr Caleb Harvie and the team.

Fantastic experience: Raglan dental have recently completed a full treatment plan on my quite neglected teeth. This included fillings both top and bottom (including one that was dangerously close to becoming a root canal). A professional clean and removal of two wisdom teeth. The completion of the plan took 4 visits including the initial review of work needed. Their receptionist is lovely, and more importantly, their dentist Dr . Sahand Hosseini has an amazing bedside manner. No judgement, caring and supportive, especially during the dreaded needles (which always bring me to tears). And he explained what he was doing every step of the way while I was in the chair. They also took the initiative on flow up calls on my recovery after the wisdom teeth removal, making sure I was doing OK, answering my questions and reassuring me regarding how everything was healing. Totally recommended!

Fantastic experience: Wow..best dental experience i have ever had!! Reception staff awesome, dentist awesome and dental nurse awesome. Even played my fave tunes during treatment on request and let me take a break anytime i needed using agreed sign language! The Best!!! Also suggested mouthwash from chemist and sample toothpaste...Then rang me a cab direct after. Minimal ..absolute minimal pain and felt treated with respect. So happy i have found a dentist i don't dread going to.
