Fantastic experience: I would like to thank everyone involved in my emergency treatment for a cracked tooth which needed immediate attention. I am so grateful to have been able to get an appointment same day here. From the first phone call i was treated with kindness. Ive forgotten the woman' name who took my call, but thank you so much. Thank you Hayley and Dr Rakesh. You all have a wonderful calm way about you. Dr Rakesh was very professional and explained what he was going to look for and what he could do to stabalise the situation. And I felt the price was very reasonable too.

Negative experience: Was this a joke? I was charged $230 for a 15-minute clean, and honestly it was one of the worst hygiene experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable for the price. My teeth are still dirty. I’d strongly suggest thinking twice before booking here.

Fantastic experience: I have put up with pain in my teeth for months, I went to a dentist in October but wasn't treated correctly, Today the pain was unbearable, I called Griffith Street Dental today and got in within an hour, I had a tooth extracted and while waiting for the anaesthetic to work was given a consultation and plan to rectify issues I have been deeply concerned about, I cannot praise this Dental Surgery enough, absolute 5 star review and would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this dental practice for years, and always find them to be excellent. The front of house staff are warm and friendly, Rakesh is amazingly gentle and reassuring, and the dental nurses also very efficient professional and gentle. It's a very clean, soothing environment where I feel very comfortable. Good also for people with special needs, and of course the dental phobic! I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rakesh Bhula is amazing. I have a real fear of dentists and I felt no pain and he was very caring. I even asked the cost and details before I received treatment which he was happy to give me as I was under financial constraints. His nurse is fantastic too, they make a great team! Do not hesitate to go to Dr Bhula, you will not regret your decision.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 star I would. If you’re looking for emergency dental and with doctor selvan dass, I recommend you don’t. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in for “emergency dental” I needed abscess drained, super easy quick 5-10 minute routine. He refused to help me because all he wanted was a paycheck from me. He wouldn’t do what needed to be done and could’ve easily been done today because he realized I wouldn’t come back for a follow up procedures with him. So because I wouldn’t do business with him he turned me away on something that easily could be done at any dentist emergency. I just desperately needed help. When I book for “emergency dental” I need help immediately, not to get the run around and nothing accomplished. I walked out feeling embarrassed for having anxiety and needing help, and very very upset. He gave no space for understanding. Greedy. No human decency, sympathy, or compassion. Not in it for the passion of dentistry. Doesn’t understand patients needs. Judgy and cold atmosphere. Dont fall for “emergency dental” at least not with that doctor.

Negative experience: I had a hole in aback tooth.. l already had a $450 credit dental voucher called this place and got slotted in the same day. Staff were very good as my kelpie border was assigned a room and l could now get the procedure done without stressing about my dog Salvin was my dentist and his assistant .I am easily freaked out In a dentist chair with people doing stuff in my mouth but l made it to the needle stage all good. I remember Salvan checking I was good said something and the needle part was over. My mouth went on auto pilot And my body was so relaxed the procedure was over in no time. Thinking about it later l was so relaxed like hypothesis but definitely the most pleasant trip to a dentist ever. So what's with the one star Well l would have given a 5 lstar review but two weeks later I have a hole in same tooth I knew the integrity of the tooth was not Ggood but fr 450 bucks 6 months before falling apart was what thought be a minimum expectation not two weeks. Yes l askedfr a quality of work guarantee but another 450 voucher would be required to go any further The procedure here was excellent but if my filling only lasted 2 weeks it was a fail and I cannot recommend ths dentist l feel ripped off and treated like without a voucher l can get lost. One star terrible customer quality guarantee

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to have found Cheryll Dunn. She's an attentive, friendly, responsive and efficient dentist. A true professional. My teeth look and feel great after a few fillings. Highly recommend. The premises and support staff are really nice too. A great clinic.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best dental experience I have experienced. My wisdom tooth almost through, swelling with incredible pain. Sorted the same day. Dr Dass and the staff inspected my tooth and organised my x-ray within a 20 minute window. Before I had time to get back with my x-ray results they were already calling to confirm my emergency removal. Less than 7 hours later, my problematic wisdom tooth was out. The level of professionalism, genuine concern, fast turn around, affordable price and above all else an atmosphere that put my nerves at ease, is enough to warrant the 5 stars and be my first option moving forward. I would recommend this surgery to anybody and everybody.

He is honest about prices and procedures and does not waste your time or money. I have some of my family going to see him now and they feel the same way. Fantastic experience: This dental practice made space for us as an interstate emergency after my son had an accident and had a clean break right accross one front tooth and a chip off the other. The dentist did an incredible repair job with a great colour match and perfect match to the original tooth size. All the staff were super friendly, polite and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Myself, my husband and now our adult children have followed Dr Selvan Dass from another practice to Griffith St Dental because he is so good at his job! I highly recommend this practice for their professional services and standards from the girls at front reception to back of house staff! On times when we have also seen Dr Bhula & Cheryll i can honestly say they were also great. Thank you all for taking great care of our families teeth.

Negative experience: Been here a few times over last few years. At the end of my visit i asked about bruxism, as even the assistant could hear my jaw click from 2m away, and the response was 'go buy a mouth guard' ! A pretty nonchalant response seeing my partner had a sleeping guard made in the same office by the same doc. So i thought, time for a new dentist. But i go back, this time i sit in a totally empty wait room, early for my appointment first thing in the morning. I wait and then my appointment time passes and i wait, and i wait, and i wait. Listening to everyone outback talk, talk, talk, talk. I can yell you where they all went for holidays and what they had for breakfast. Not a single 'wont be long' from anybody, nothing. I waited so long i decided to leave. Even the 2 people on reception just looked at me blankly as i said i was leaving and walked out of the deserted waiting room. Thanks for wasting my time. I wont be back.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say a huge thanks to all the team at Griffith street dental. I think we are all a little bit scared to go to the dentist at some point in our lives. Let's be honest it isn't something we enjoy (well there might be a few people out there) Each and every time I have been to see Nicole she does her best to accomodate me around my busy work schedule, Cheryll is an amazing lady, so great with children and teenagers, they just make you feel extremely comfortable and they go above and beyond with their service. Selvan is the most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. He will have me as a customer for a long time :) Thanks guys keep up the great work!! People always tell me they love my smile......oh and the prices are also quite reasonable which is a bonus!!

Didn't feel a thing :-) The staff are all really lovely and you can always get appointments when you need them. I even managed to get the hubby to go for a clean last week.
