Fantastic experience: I started going to Melbourne Dental Suite and seeing Dr Bouchra Enegd assisted by her wonderful assistant Demi this year because I had an emergency and my usual dentist was booked up for many months with an emergency waitlist also. I Googled the closest one to my house and even though the reviews were excellent I made further enquiries as I recognised one of the reviews was from somebody I knew. He could not speak highly enough of the team at Melbourne Dental Suite and Dr Enegd. I have had countless bad experiences at dental surgeries which cost me dearly not only financially but in terms of psychologically because of the mess that was created in my mouth so I'm in a really good position to know who is good and who is not. There are no words to express a higher than high recommendation! Cleanliness, utmost care, professionalism, empathetic attitude, genuine care and time taken is foremost over a 'financial gain' attitude. To be honest I have a history of many decades of misfortune with teeth, dental 'stuff ups' and dental surgeries and I can honestly say I've never come across somebody as caring and professional and patient focused ad Dr Bouchra Enegd. 110%! Do not hesitate. You won't regret it.

Dr Enegd and Demi make you feel very welcome and slowly step through everything with no rush. Fantastic experience: Ok. I have no idea about the quality of the dental work, but their logistics are very poor. I need an appointment for a problem tooth, so, inspired by the favourable references, I rang the practice yesterday, (January 18th) for an appointment. I went through to a messaging service. The lady took my details and said that someone would ring me back. No response, so I rang again today, same messaging service, different person, and this one said that he would also take my details and pass them on. To hell with that, I said, when are they coming back. The person I was speaking to had not been told. Why not leave this return date with the answering service, and potential customers could see whether they are able to wait until the staff return to work, or need to look elsewhere. Afternoon Thursday, 19/1 Apologies for my rather terse post above. Dr Bouchra Enegd rang me the this afternoon, apologised profusely for not having advised her answering service of her return date, and arranged an appointment for me the following Monday (23/1) At this appointment, she carefully examined the affected tooth and carefully explained my options. Her demeanour was professional, thorough and caring. I have completely recanted my previous, ill informed, opinions, and joined the ranks of her many admirers.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Probably the first ever time that made me feel comfortable to be visiting the dentist (which I hate doing!!). Dr Enegd is very professional, very polite and brought things to my attention that my previous dentist was not doing, felt like my best interests was being looked out for, so thank you. Fantastic experience: I recently had dental bonding performed by Dr Bouchra Enegd and Demi on my front two teeth and I can’t thank them enough! I’ve been putting off getting work done out of fear that they’d look worse than my broken teeth (you just never know) but Dr Enegd’s skill, professionalism and care put me at ease. I’m so happy with the outcome and now feel more confident in myself and work. I also wanted them to be whitened and was given a great price that I can’t imagine would be offered at commercial clinic. Fantastic experience: Today marks a monumental occasion. I had the last of my 4 wisdom teeth removed, over a 10 year period, all of which Bouchra was responsible for. I cried out of pure joy and elation, all while giving Bouchra a hug and high five! Upon my first visit to the dentist, I was a nervous wreck. But after only a few minutes with Bouchra, I immediately felt at ease. I’ve never trusted a professional more. While visiting Bouchra every 6-12 months over the last decade, I’ve always found her to be kind, comforting and educational. Her smile has me smiling! Fantastic experience: Every now and again you find a business that ticks all boxes, Melbourne Dental Suite is that one for me. Dr B and her team are warm and welcoming always, they have worked through my many dental challenges with professionalism, consideration and collaboration. They always take the time to talk through my options, provide advice and ensure I am comfortable with my choices. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and all the procedures I have had have been pain free and a great success. It’s a truely friendly and professional team and my Colgate smile is full credit to them.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend this place for afew reasons. Fristly, the entire team really go above and beyond in trying to help each patients needs, including kids. Both children have in the past struggled with the everyday cleaning aspect, and alot of care a time has been given to them at the appointment in encouraging them to change their ways. Now both kids view cleaning each day differently, look forward in going to Dr. Buchra and enjoy the praise from the entire team. The practice seems very organised and clean too.
