Fantastic experience: Grandstand Dental Care is the best dental service I have ever visited and I have been coming here for over 10years. Dr Devika Iyer is an expert and cares about all of her patients, going to great care to look after them. She is qualified and experienced in many procedures (implant, crown, gumift, etc) and ensures that she explains everything to you before proceeding. All of her staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Kassandra, the Head Receptionist, who handles queries and payments easily and is always supportive. Fantastic experience: I had a really solid experience at Grandstand Dental Care. The staff were super friendly and professional from the second I walked in. The clinic was clean, modern, and had a chill vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I felt calm during my treatment, which I really appreciated. They genuinely took their time and didn’t rush me out the door. Specifically the treatment from Dr Devika and Dr Radhika was exceptional! Booking was simple, the reception team was helpful, and there were no surprise costs. The clear removable aligners were comfortable and super convenient, and I'm very grateful for the professional and supportive care I received during this treatment. Fantastic experience: I’ve found the staff and dentists at Grandstand Dental Care to be friendly, helpful, caring and always attentive to my needs. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment when there’s been an emergency and they work quickly, efficiently and competently.

Negative experience: The management here bullies staff and treats them horribly, resulting in a huge staff turnover. Would give no stars if I could, they only care about profit. Edit: Can’t respond to the generic response, but I was not a patient but nursed here

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for many years and always had professional and caring treatment. My recent experience with Dr. Radhika and Dr. Rajakararuna with orthodontic work for my sons has been great. In particular, using the scan box and at home monitoring of my eldest sons progress has made the treatment much more streamlined. It was very easy to use and allowed me to contact Dr. Radhika quickly if an issue arose. I think it also meant the treatment went more quickly. Would definitely recommend it.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. I paid $800+ (too expensive just for cleaning and taking some pictures etc) in my first appointment and waited 30min+ for that appointment in reception. I did not complain. They also asked you to sign a lot of papers (i.e. policy) so please read it carefully. Today I had another appointment with them and unable to make it as I had an unplanned issue came up which was very critical. I called them just before my appointment to reschedule and the reception called me after 20mins and they mentioned I have to pay $50 to reschedule as per their "policy". I requested them as it was unplanned and it was my first time and I requested them that if they can waive it for this time only. Now none of my family members will be going to their dental clinic. For $50, they lost atleast $1000+ service from two patients. My other family members were planning to book as well but now they lost that opportunity as well. BAD customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Iyer, Dr Dilhan and Dr Radica are truly the best dentists that have looked after my family for the last 20 years. They are very informative and insightful. They go over and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I have recommended their practice to many many of my friends and the result is total satisfaction. I wouldn't go anywhere but to them even if I move house, they worth the travel. The staff and dental nurses are so helpful and patient with my boys. I highly recommend their dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Challenged and amazed at the difference! Challenged as soon as I walked in the door – friendly greeting Dr Iyer was upfront in saying she didn’t want to just treat the oral problems that I had, but to get me to practise a better style of preventative oral hygiene and preventative Dental Care I knew my previous “good practises” weren’t working so I accepted her challenge I am so glad I did – Dr Iyer walked me through the changes I needed to do (better quality toothbrushes, water pixels etc) and wow what a difference! Now only regular cleaning The energy and positive can do and “lets focus on my needs”, by Dr Iyer and her complete support team, is so refreshing and unique – its almost a joy to go to the Dentist! All dental work done, including Dental Implants, to date is first class and I’m very happy with the results Highly recommend if you want to make a positive difference to your teeth and dental hygiene

Negative experience: The owner of this business treats her workers not well. She is always yelling at her workers when I’m getting a dental appointment done.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Iyer for over 20 years and in that time I have received the full range of dental treatments, including recent implant surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and skillful dentistry expertise i have been the recipient of over the journey. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic experience: For someone who has experienced significant anxiety surrounding dentistry, it has been important to find a practice that is supportive, understanding and takes their time to make their patients feel comfortable. I have found this at Grandstand Dental. Dr Iyer, Dr Dilhan and all the staff have been so generous in their support, I would recommend them to anyone who needs that little bit of extra care. Negative experience: I haven't had good experiences with this mob. Poor advice and they are EXPENSIVE beware of the costs involved and lack of impartiality. I got the sense they were driven by $$ and NOT patient care.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant is grandstand dental, have been coming here for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else. Dr Iyer and Dr Dilhan truly amazing dentists as well very knowledgeable and caring. Hygienists are also great. Can honestly tell you I have never had a issue with my work. Negative experience: Each time I go it's a new dentist who just graduated, they tell me that my gums are so inflamed and try to squeeze as much money as possible to go to their hygienist who tells me my teeth are on the verge of falling out, different dentist same day there says my teeth are healthy. Fillings I get their repeatedly fall out yet they charge over 300 dollars each time to replace their poor work. Take ex rays that cost hundreds without ever notifying that it will come with a huge fee. Poor quality work and very expensive. They never apologise but continue to try and squeeze you for more money. I would advise to avoid this practice.

Fantastic experience: My family have been visiting Grandstand Dental for a number of years. We have found the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to be outstanding each and every time. My family have been to Grandstand Dental for Orthodontic referrals, Implants, Fillings and Hygiene and my kids actually love their visits (and the free toothbrush). Negative experience: Bunch of money grubbing, fear mongering thieves. They will lie to you about the true state of your dental health and milk you for all your money's worth - just went to another dental practice and had the same things done for half the price + new x-rays; half the "problems" that I supposedly had do not exist. Will not be going back. Avoid at all costs.
