Fantastic experience: I have never been one to go to a dentist, always thinking the costs were too high and that teeth are just something toothpaste can fix. Well wasn't I wrong. This dentistry used state of the art equipment that simply baffled me and I was shown the inside of my mouth at the completion of the session on a computer screen in immense depth. You have to be there to see it, it's crazy! From the shops front till you step inside the dentistry you are welcomed with not only professionalism but also a warming and comforting energy, and lets not get started with the actual operating rooms-woah! If you are are a clean freak, this dentist is for you. White walls and ceilings without a mark, not cluttered and well designed and the air fresh and soft. You know stepping into this practice the efforts the owners went to in order to cater fully to your needs without missing any attention to detail. And lets not forget to mention the chair you lay on. To put simply, it is like being cradled by some divine entity and it is simply bliss. From someone that never saw the need in visiting a dentist I have already re-booked and can I say that I am actually looking forward to being back. The staff were beyond professional and knowledgable and always check how you're doing throughout the entirety of the session and that level of care deserves a 5 star review and a revisit. Not only was my son treated with compassion and care but my own fears and concerns were addressed as well. Fantastic experience: Excellent service, great chair side manner, caring and thorough dentists

Negative experience: I went in for a consult and to have a filling fixed. A xray was taken that had a shadow on it the dentist mistook for tooth damage. I was told the tooth was not saveable. They shorted my tooth so it would not have pressure on it when i close my mouth. I returned the following week to have it removed and was told that it just needed a simple filling and that the other dentist should of taken another xray. I now need to see a orthodontist to have a crown done due to incompetence of this dental practice. Currently waiting to hear back from the HCCC and will be seeking legal action. If you value your teeth go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend iDental to anyone, especially if you have kids. My 7 year old loves going to the dentist now. All the staff are wonderful but Dr Sarah is her new favourite. In her words " she didn't just care about my teeth but she cared about me as a person and making me feel happy and comfortable".

Negative experience: **1/5 Stars** **Absolutely Disappointed with iDental and Dr. Vicki Prokopiou** If you care about your teeth DO NOT GO HERE. I had the worst experience at iDental with Dr. Vicki Prokopiou. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was just another number, not a patient. Dr. Prokopiou was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. The entire consultation felt rushed, and it was obvious she was just trying to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. To make things worse, the procedure was incredibly painful, and I was left with more problems than I came in with. I ended up needing to go to another dentist to fix her poor work. The clinic itself felt disorganized, and the staff seemed confused and indifferent. The microscope was wayyyy extra, completely unnecessary. And trying to upsell me ozone water was absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend iDental or Dr. Vicki to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your dental health.

Fantastic experience: I just went and saw Dr Vicky at iDental surgery in Newtown. I had the best experience literally in my entire life and feel so comfortable with the welcoming staff at the front. The practice is just amazing, beautifully fitted out. Extremely welcoming and just made me feel like I was in paradise. It is so clean so aesthetic so comforting. The practitioner is just something above level. It is an experience that you will not have anywhere and this is not just me saying that. I can’t even put it into words everything from making you feel comfortable- towels on your face to relax you a pillow on your belly to make you feel really comfortable she super chatty super interesting super giving arm and I’ll just give you all the time you do not feel pressured you do not feel poor she’s highly intelligent and is just a dental experience that does not feel like I am and I highly recommend this place anyone

Fantastic experience: Dentists are my greatest fear, I have been avoiding going for a very long time. I am so glad I found iDental when I bit the bullet and decided it was time to go. Dr Sarah is an absolute legend. She was compassionate, kind and most importantly not judgemental. She walked me through every procedure step by step, explaining everything as she went. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Sarah… absolute legend!!!

I had dental work done while pregnant and then after my daughter was born and both herself and the staff have been so supportive. She is genuine, passionate and patient. Fantastic experience: This was the best dental exam and clean I have ever received! All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and I couldn't give them a higher review. I have future appointments with the associate Dentist (she was wonderful and very comprehensive). The practice is set up to an exceptional level, very comfortable and extremely clean. I was also very happy with the cost of the new patient consultation! $230 for a scale and clean, exam, and 2 xrays. I actually look forward to my next visit! Which is saying alot as I am a apprehensive patient. I will recommend iDental to all my friends and the Newtown community!

Fantastic experience: I Dental have been our family Dental practice since coming to Coonabarabran. They have always provided excellent service & results for all our Dental needs. One particular example was the outstanding work performed by Vicki & her team on our sons teeth when he had an accident and fell from a ladder breaking off his front teeth. The care & treatment he received was second to none although it was touch & go at first weather Vicki would be able to save one of our sons teeth, with expert procedures and advice you wouldn’t even know that Sam had the accident & happily he still has his 2 front teeth. Thank you all for wonderful treatment over the years.

Negative experience: should have writtten this review a long time ago.... Had some dental work done in 2013 (3 fillings) After a year all three teeth were hurting so I went to a dentist in the city during lunch and found out she hadn't clean the tooth properly before she filled it so there was decay under the material. She even gave me a filling on my front bottom tooth that didn't even need a filling! There are some dentist that will go to any length to cheat their customers for a few extra hundred dollars or to meet kpis. I have found out since that the dentist moved to the central coast - good luck to them.
