Happy Smiles Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Happy Smiles for many years. They have always made my husband and I very comfortable. They are wonderful with people who have a little anxiety around dentistry. I recently had to go in for an emergency procedure during the Christmas season and I appreciated that service very much. I thought I would have to put up with he pain and posible infection for a week. The staff are caring and explain everything really well. Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: January 2025: Excellent care today. The dentist explained everything well and will need tooth extraction sadly next week. Massive infection I felt like a very relaxed family dental care surgery centre. January 2025: I had a very hard tooth to extract, and as this was my first tooth out in the chair, I was very nervous and scared. I definitely didn't enjoy the experience of getting the tooth out, though. Actually knocked my tooth hard until it became lose , pretty stressful. I think there would have been a more gentle way to get my tooth out. February 2025 Tooth filling and surgery check up Excellent care by the nurse. Sep 2025 Now my gum is still sore after nine month after getting my tooth knocked out in the chair at the dentist.

Negative experience: Very poor after care nothing for pain. Nothing for infection had to go to a gp to get it sorted I will not recommended

Fantastic experience: Recently changed to Happy Smiles and thankful I did so! Most impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional service from both the front office and the excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here to get multiple fillings before having braces put on. The dentist was fantastic and so patient with my daughter who has sensory issues. They made my daughter feel very comfortable and safe. My daughter managed to get 4 fillings without been triggered due to the wonderful work of her dentist and assistant all 3 times. Highly recommend Happy Smiles.

Negative experience: Very rude staff when trying to reschedule an appointment because the customer has become unwell.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, they are cheater. Don't know how to handle kids. They did bother my kid for an hour put him in too much pain and at last they charged us for bothering my child.. NEVER use this place for kids. It is money business not knowledge and experienced or trustworthy doctor. I am going to sue for putting unnecessary niddle on my kids and didn't do their job and charged for nothing very shameful.

Negative experience: Be careful! They only care for money! My partner had a terrible and increasing pain for the last three days in a tooth. We knew the tooth had to be taken out. We called them and specifically asked as an emergency if the removal could be done there. They say the doctor is called sick... But a student hygienist just took an x-ray, prescribed antibiotics and gave us an appointment for extraction in 8 days!.. Charged over 100! And my partner was still in horrible pain! What a scam! Thieves!

Negative experience: As the dentist was sick my appointment should have been canceled. They saw me, a hygienist took an xray, then said that they could not remove the tooth, made a booking for 8 days later. Sent me with a script for the infection. What a waist of time, a bill of over $100.00. Later that day I got to see another dental practice, the swelling was so bad that the injections would come back out. Finaly I got the tooth removed. What a disappointment, having gone there for the last 10 years

Fantastic experience: All the Girls are absolutely wonderful, Annushka is absolutely amazing and I've now found my dentist. Thanks so much for everything. It's great to find a dentist who genuinely cares and who is non judgemental.

Fantastic experience: Painless dentistry it's not a myth it's real!!! Yasmin had to remove a tooth & promised me there would be no pain, I just smiled & didn't believe her. Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth pulled, I booked in and when it got worse and I was in alot of pain they were able to bring my appointment forward fit me in and looked after even did a normal check up for me. Very polite and helpful, highly recommend.
