Fantastic experience: This place truly excels at handling dental emergencies! After trying numerous dentists in and around Applecross who claimed to offer emergency or same day care on their website but actually didn't - I finally discovered Mount Pleasant Dental—and what a difference! Brandon, Peggy, Kirsty, and Hope turned an incredibly stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, friendliness and outstanding care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: It was an unexpected pleasure to be cared for by dental therapist, Fatima. The comfort of the chair and the pleasant distraction of the documentary about octopus was, dare I say relaxing! Fatimah gave permission to take a break whenever I wanted, she won my trust and confidence with her manner. The vibe at this dental clinic is welcoming. Management can take credit- happy staff, happy clients

Fantastic experience: Brandon and Fatima help me a lot with my dental hygiene. I have lots of homework but with their clinical care, advice, and passion, they help me to be better and better in taking care of my teeth and dental health. Superb. Not only their knowledge and clinical practice are great, but their hospitality and service which is equally important to make me feel comfortable and safe. I had trauma going to dentist when I was a child, but now I can identify that going to dentist is a nice self care activity instead of something scary. Thanks Brandon and Fatima. Also Mandy the receptionist is very lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Mount Pleasant Dental for many years now and my experience has always been excellent. The staff are incredibly professional and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The Dr Bentley and his team have always been thorough in explaining my procedures or treatment plan. Procedures I have had have been virtually painless, and I appreciate how gentle and careful the team are. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great team. Always professional and pleasant!

Negative experience: DO NOT SEE DR SCOTT. He knowingly and willingly put my health at risk by performing an improper root canal. He continued to see me for years knowing this and I only found out years later when he was off and I had to see someone else. He admitted this to my face and apologised and proceeded to try make me sign a statement saying he was at no fault. I refused to sign it. He is all for money and will put your health at risk for money. It is worth noting he performed this root canal on me when I was only 18/19 years old. He happily took advantage of someone young and naive.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from booking to payment. Reception staff and my dentist are friendly and professional. My dentist is very thorough, explains everything and takes her time (and is always on time!). I'm no dentist but the tech and tools they use appear to be very new.

Fantastic experience: Im usually a bit avoidant of dental work as the thought of it freaks me out a little. But mt pleasent dental always offers a chill, nice experience that always calms me and leaves me feelin good. Had Scott do my filling. Highly reccomend. The rest of the team was awesome aswell

Fantastic experience: Dr Brandon was really lovely with my 8 year old this morning who was having his first filling. Very calm, patient, lovely gentle manner, and explained all involved at each step and my son felt relaxed and trusted him. Would highly recommend him to anyone, he is excellent with children !

Fantastic experience: I lived in 4 different countries and never experienced such kind, great and professional care. I was in pain for almost 2 weeks, my local dentist made it even worse. Fantastic experience: I cant begin to express my gratitude to Dr Scott for the treatment I have received over the past 2 years, it has been a journey with an amazing outcome. I was terrified in the beginning and not smiling most of the time, Dr Scott worked out a plan with Renae and together with Sam we embarked on this adventure. Everything was explained in detail and with patience so I always I knew the plan, I have cried several times when I look in the mirror and see this new smile shining back at me!! Fantastic experience: Scott and Sam saw me today and were extremely professional and put me right at ease after a bad experience elsewhere with a reaction to anesthetic. They were so calm and have a very caring attitude in what they do. The surgery is state of the art, in its aesthetic and in its procedures, everything is technologically advanced here it’s very impressive. I also see Renae as my hygienist and she is an absolute gem! She always treats my family so well in a kind and caring manner & does a beautiful gentle clean. So from stepping into reception until the moment I left I was a very happy client. Thanks you

Fantastic experience: I have been really scared of the dentist for years, but coming to Mt. Pleasant Dental and seeing Dr. Kelly changed my whole experience and outlook on visiting the dentist. Dr. Kelly and her nurse Aysia are so friendly and made my entire visit so lovely. I had a clean done, and a in house crown done. It was a long procedure but Dr. Kelly explained the whole thing step by step, and went out of her way to make sure I was really comfortable the whole appointment. I would recommend Dr.Kelly to anyone! Well done and thank you :) I am no longer afraid of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: To the staff at Mount Pleasant Dental Clinic I just want to say thank you so much, I felt very comfortable and at ease today during my appointment, I didn’t feel judged for my terrible teeth and the service was of an extremely high standard from the moment I walked in the door. I had a fear of going back to the dentist after some bad experiences and years of dealing with other health issues and neglecting my teeth, I was extremely worried about booking the appointment but to my surprise I did not experience any type of anxiety or nervousness and felt very relaxed from the start until the end of my appointment. I noticed the care the staff put into the customers, well done to your amazing team the atmosphere around the working environment shines, most definitely the best detail clinic I have been to. Scott, Laura, Sam sending the biggest thank you for your caring nature and care you took with my kiddo. Always checking with him he was ok and explaining what you were doing. Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently arrived in Perth, when a friend realised we were looking for a dentist she recommended Scott, her family dentist of ten years. I was not the greatest fan of dentists and hygienists until I came here. Fiona did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Scott was excellent. I left feeling the most relaxed I have ever been after seeing the dentist, pain free and confident that this is the one. All the staff are brilliant. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Don’t think I’ve ever actually enjoyed a visit to the dentist before! My wife saw Scott and Sam (her hygienist) and was very impressed. Can’t recommend this dental surgery and all the staff highly enough. Well done guys, keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Went to the team at mount pleasant dental after a bad experience with another dentist scott and the team made me feel welcome since i walked in the door. They have gone above and beyond to help me and make a plan to fix my teeth after suffering a sickness at a young age looking foward to seeing what the next few months bring and the outcome. Dr Bentley and his staff are extremely professional, always so affable and it is an absolute joy to visit the practice. It is so efficiently run- my appointments are always on time. The dental work is of an extremely high standard and I have never been disappointed. If you need any dental care Mount Pleasant is definitely the place to go!

I had been to see a different dental clinic previously and had a terrible experience, I am normaly fine with dentists pain wise, however this appointment was extremely uncomfortable. I left with no answers, my teeth feeling worse, and no plan moving forward to fix them. So I decided to go and see Scott Bentley. Scott was very knowledgeable, and had a clear plan on moving forward repairing my teeth. Scott cares and listens to everything you say, and most of all explains and shows you everything in a way you can understand. He makes sure you are happy and comfortable everytime you enter and leave his clinic. My teeth feel great. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for >10 years and would highly recommend. Scott runs his practice very well and the team are always very friendly and helpful. Most recent visits I had Fiona and Shamalka. Both are fantastic at their job, very thorough and explain everything in detail. They make a visit to the dentist a comfortable experience and will continue to visit this practice in future.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic since 2003. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dental care has been excellent. I was overseas once and broke a tooth, I was able to email the practice and they promptly organised an appointment for when I arrived home. The practice has tripled in size since I first became a patient. I don't think any staff member has ever left - which is another good sign of a friendly well run business. I definitely recommend this great team.

Negative experience: Couldn’t even do a filling, then did a horrific job of a root canal. I have constant jaw pain thanks to these people and wish them nothing but misery
