Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists due to ongoing problems that started with a car accident many years ago, until coming here. Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and it was the most hassle free, painless experience I have ever had going to a dentist which was for an extraction.From reception to the nursing staff and the dentists themselves, you are made to feel important and cared for which is exactly how I felt. I cannot recommend this dental surgery highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Just visited the new relocated dental surgery. What a fabulous improvement. Had a new crown fitted, the third one at this clinic and the best service so far. All the team are welcoming and put you at ease and I found the whole procedure was stress-free and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nidhi was absolutely amazing with my young children for their checkup. She took the time to explain what she was doing in a way the kids would understand. and provided reassurance and gentle care. The new clinic is very bright and clean, and all the staff are wonderful.

Dr Michael and team are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Matt and Dr Carol have both been fantastic. I’ve always hated the dentist and carried a lot of shame around my teeth, and they have both made me feel more comfortable in both addressing my dental health, and now beginning the process of Invisalign. The staff at the clinic are amazing and very communicative (and friendly!). I highly recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist. Over the course of a few years, I have seen three different dentists at this practice, with each one giving me false diagnosis leaving me out of pocket for not fixing the problem. Extremely dissatisfying service provided by this dental practice, specifically Matt... would not recommend. An update on this a couple of weeks later. After word of organizing to give me my dental records for the future, this was completely forgotten about, as well as a complaint I made to the practice manager who failed to follow up. Again, displaying extremely poor service.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have been to. All the staff are wonderful and the dentist (Mat) explains everything in detail to let you understand what's going on and why things happen.

Fantastic experience: 5 star for Wisdom tooth extraction! Yep you better believe it. Never felt so comfortable and well informed when sitting in a dentist chair. Cecilia was gentle but firm and even when the tooth gave way and broke, it didn’t phase her. If you need work done this is the place to go and the dentist to see

Fantastic experience: Mooroolbark Family Dental Clinic is an Amazing Dental Clinic, my Dentist Dr Matt is brilliant, he explains everything so you understand and does amazing dental work, I haven't seen a dentist in over a decade and was so nervous, scared and embarrassed but Dr Matt did a fantastic job that I actually can go to the dentist now without feeling scared, the dental assistant Mikayla is so friendly and reassuring and the whole staff and reception are always friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental surgery. On my first visit Cecilia the dentist was so gentle, comforting and reassuring as I’m not a fan of the numbing injection. The dental nurses are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They also do a follow up call the next day to ensure the appointment went well.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous experience with my young daughter (5) who had to have her front tooth removed due to a knock. It was the third attempt at extracting the tooth after visiting two other clinics. Dr Osman was able to successfully remove it, he was so patient with my daughter. Nurse Julie was wonderful and so supportive, my daughter thought she was amazing. So thankful for the patience and care they showed my daughter.

I’m so pleased that I did as I had a great experience despite the lengthy treatment I needed. Everyone on reception was lovely and friendly and my dentist made me feel comfortable and reassured and gave me multiple options to resolve my issue (to meet budget requirements). Fantastic experience: I have found the staff here to be friendly and professional . At a routine check up I was asked by Jessica what my plan for my teeth was ? . I had never been asked that, this has led to a plan to crown a number of teeth that have multiple fillings and cracks,. The result of years of emergency dental work . I was pleased to find that the whole process of a crown being fitted was a 3 hour dental visit. I am in process of having the work done over time. Thanks to Jessica and the team.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I entered reception, I was greeted with warmth. Friendly, caring people work here. I have seen both Jamie & Jessica, who explain each step as they work on your teeth and are meticulous and knowledgeable. Just had a crown and it was made on the premises, no waiting for weeks. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

Dr Jamie, as always, made me feel comfortable with his gentle and caring nature and his dry sense of humour. He was informative with his explanations and I knew I was in great hands. As always the team offered me great service and were very helpful. They are all so lovely. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I always come out of this clinic with a positive attitude and no stress. I get anxiety before I go for a dental appointment but the dentists and dental assistants are so gental, personable, experienced and comforting. Amazing services. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having now seen both dentists at Mooroolbark Family dental I can form an opinion. All staff, every single one of them, have been incredibly kind and supportive to me despite my crippling fear of the dentist. They have not only provided excellent care to my teeth which received poor treatment during a period of anorexia and bulemia, but have done so patiently and at my pace. I have even had the dental nurse hold my hand and do her work one handed to provide me with extra comfort during difficult proceedures for me. Highly recommended if you have a fear of the dentist, very professional and lovely people. As I have found the best way to face your fears is to have positive experiences with the topic of your fear and this has definitely been a positive experience of a pretty scary journey.
