Negative experience: Beware, learn and be warned. I regularly cleaning every 6months. As usual when the bill is handed to me I just sign and go. I only read it later on that the receipt has a 012 code: teeth examination for $51. But all the dentist asked was "any complain? Are you still seeing your periodontist?" To which I said yes, then she starts cleaning my teeth. Even though it's not out of pocket and covered by the insurance, but this is unacceptable. She is charging for services nor rendered. There was no examination of molars, incisors number xyz. Now what if I don't have private insurance? Check the codes in your receipt. Google what services are included that you're being charged with. Make sure those are accurate, and not just add ons being slipped in. The procedure was fast before she was cleaning with the dental floss now she wasn't. Even with the same dentist R Patel.

Fantastic experience: I have had my fair share of bad experiences with sloppy dentists and had developed distrust in the Dentist profession. Then I met Dr Sharddha Thapa. She is such a genuine person at her core and will think of saving money for her patients while providing the best results. The best thing is, if a case is too complicated to handle in her lab, she will happily refer you to her competitors whom she thinks will do the best job. I have lost 3 teeth in the past because of bad advice and wrong procedures. It has been 5 years since I started consulting Dr Sharddha and never lost a tooth in that time. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional service! They told and assured us including the dentist that we don't have anything to pay for my daughters dental cleaning. Therefore, we agreed to proceed. However, called us after the procedure saying we have to pay for $188 when we could've waited for just a few weeks to be eligible for the insurance cover. They are shockingly stressful to deal with!!! I hope people realise that not everyone can afford expensive services like these all the time and understand that all our actions have consequences. The expense should have been discussed to us correctly prior to perfroming the procedure. Beware of this practice! Absolutely unacceptable gutless way to rob customers! Beware and be warned!

Dr Shraddha Thapa is a seasoned and very experienced professional with many years experience under her belt. Fantastic experience: I had a removal that turned out to be problematic when it broke. Dr Shweta Gulvady's bedside manner is amazing and she did a brilliant job trying to get the roots out. I ended up having to see their dental surgeon Dr U Gaikaiwari who was equally amazing. Very gentle, very kind and had me fixed up in no time

Negative experience: Over the phone, the staff advised we could claim through medicare for kids. When we arrived they did not explained we could not use medicare. After cleaning was done, they said my 11 yr old son is not eligible & had to pay $150 for 5 mins cleaning. I could go to other dentist with reasonable charge.

Negative experience: Was quoted a price of $250 over the phone for a tooth extraction and change a filling and when I came in to get the treatment done they told me the price was now triple what the dr had told me. Dr Shrada was extremely rude and I will NEVER be going back again. Avoid this place and go somewhere else!!
