Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care at this clinic! Very professional, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Norton St Dental have been looking after me for over 15 yrs and even though I have changed suburbs and now live an hour away, I only see Dr Bertie Kapoor for my complex dental issues. He has always been so thorough, highly knowledgeable and given me the utmost care to ease any concerns and anxiety about the surgical procedures I have undergone. I am very grateful to Dr Bertie Kapoor for his care professionalism and expertise in every visit.

Fantastic experience: I’m grateful I found Bertie 18 years ago as he takes extra care & is gentle with my sensitive teeth. Bertie explains each procedure and all available options for any major work. I’m super happy with my gold crown, new bridge. And all the work big & small he’s done over the years - my teeth look great and remain in too conditions. Bertie is the best dentist I’ve ever experienced and when moved to Newport 5 years ago I tried 3 local dentists but none compared so I make the 2 hour round trip happily. Thera a good energy in the practice and I always leave laughing. Thanks Bertie & Team

He always discuss and explains what is going on, evaluates ways forward and he is great with kids. He always compliments their efforts and send the right message about brushing and oral hygiene. those who have Bupa also benefit from the small gap paid.

Fantastic experience: The thought had never crossed my mind to review a dentist before I went to Norton Street Dental. I was extremely impressed by Dr. Kapoor in the way that he communicated my treatment options. After a check up I needed four fillings. I decided to get them all done on the same day mostly so that I would make sure that they got done (in the past I've been great at avoiding the dentist). Not only was Dr Kapoor incredibly efficient, (when he said he'd finished I actually thought that we hadn't properly started) he was also very thoughtful. In the previous appointment I had commented on the music (Enya 'Orinoco Flow') he was playing. When I went to the next appointment he had a whole Enya album ready to go. It might not sound like much but I thought it was a really classy touch and it made the time go by quicker. Dr. Kapoor is really profession and also eary to talk to. I would highly recommend his services for anyone who's not great with going to the dentist. I imagine he'd also be really good with children.

Unlike other dentists I've been to, he takes his time to make you feel relaxed and gives thorough and honest advice on what needs to be done. I'm extremely happy with the treatment he's provided, and Bertie and his assistant are very friendly, which makes the appointments enjoyable :)

Fantastic experience: My husband and i have seen Bertie for some time now and we can honestly say we have never felt more comfortable. He thoroughly explains our treatment plan and options, and gives his honest advice without pushing us into something we are unsure of. He has great patience for nervous patients like myself which makes every visit more relaxing and he also has happy gas if its ever needed.
