Negative experience: Absolutely appalled, destroyed my smile. Would not recommend for anything cosmetic, if you need a tooth removed they are great but if you’re looking to improve your smile or correct teeth go somewhere else. I went for a chipped front tooth to be refilled and the dentist shaved BOTH my front teeth down about 1/2cm and then reshaped and covered over both my top front teeth from front to back after he messed up. I’m so disappointed. I went there for holes to be filled and a front tooth that was chipped to be repaired and walked away with a crooked shaven down smile. Honestly I was happier with my smile before I walked in. Absolutely terrible experience, I’ve never been so unhappy with my teeth and smile.

Fantastic experience: Empire Bay Dental - Andrews team are literal superstars! I never thought I would ever have straight teeth because of my fear, but after seeing Andrew and his team they immediately made me feel calm and comfortable. 10 months later, I finished my journey with Invisalign and now have a beautiful smile. Andrew and his team were extremely supportive checking in with me weekly on how my treatment was progressing. Empire Bay dental are AMAZING and I am forever grateful for their support and encouragement

Fantastic experience: Front desk reception are great. Online check in portal is nifty; you can pre fill out all necessary forms before arriving. Andrew and his assistant are hilarious and always informing of what’s next etc. Great practice.

He is very people friendly and is constantly making jokes and stopping work to make sure you are OK.. I have found all the guys at Empire Bay Dental to be amazing and extremely helpful in explaining any questions I had.. This makes going to the Dentist a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Andrew Sproll, his team and the practice enough. He is incredibly warm and funny as well as an incredible dentist. My daughter loves visiting the dentist and we always have a great experience as she feels at ease. Dr Sproll was incredibly helpful with me and able to help me feel comfortable after a really awful experience with a different practice. The reception team are also super helpful and just lovely. Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Sproll goes above and beyond at every Dentist visit. My daughter has braces that were done by Dr Sproll and I would highly recommended him to anyone in need of braces or any dentistry work for that matter . Both my children adore him, they both look forward to their visits and ask when they're next appointment is, he is so amazing with children. I highly recommend Empire bay Dental. The Nurses are just brilliant especially Amy, as is the receptionist Melinda, they all just go above and Beyond!!! The best dentist on the coast by far!

Fantastic experience: These guys came highly recommended to me, and I can honestly say the entire team at this Clinic are super! We've since spent a lot of time here - kids with Andrew (surgery), I've had extractions with Kyle who was amazing, John was lovely and very knowledgeable, and having Mel on the front desk on top of everything and exuding care and calmness has made what is usually a traumatic experience into something much more positive. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Andrew and the team highly enough. Fantastic with both children and adults. My daughter loves going to the dentist and I feel at ease attending the surgery with my previous anxiety about seeing the dentist diminishing due to their warm and caring approach. The surgery is in a tranquil setting in Empire Bay, so this further contributes to a relaxing experience. I never thought I’d say this but I now enjoy a trip to the dentist.

I appreciated the care given by Dr Rosie and today from Dr John. I admit I dont like going to the dentist but I like the staff and I feel they are caring and explain all options to me. Fantastic experience: Such a great practice! Front desk receptionist was lovely. Dr Andrew and Dental Assistant, Amy are fantastic with kids. My son is usually really nervous with other dentists, but Dr Andrew had him laughing and super relaxed. I’d highly recommend anyone to go there, whether you’re a kid or an adult.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew is absolutely fantastic! We found him by attending Saratoga Dental as an emergency when my 1 year old fell into a wooden toy chest and popped her front tooth out of it's socket. As a first time Mum I was horrified to say the least. Andrew was made me feel much better with his vast knowledge and passion for dental. He proceeded to text me throughout the holiday weekend checking on my daughter to ensure she wasn't at risk of an emergency surgery. Needless to say, my whole family continues to see Dr. Andrew now. As for the dental group as a whole, they are lovely. Very clean and professional, reasonably priced. Even something as simple as a teeth cleaning- I feel they do it better than any dentist I've been to in the past. Thank you Dr. Andrew & Team!

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!! Andrew & the team are young, super lovely, funny, and speak to you in regular language that's simple and not condescending. The clean was so quick and he took real care, explained each step so I knew what was going on and gave me options for future treatment. He was realistic about how I may not return for up to a year because that's just life, and based my treatment options on that reality. Reasonably priced packages that include x-rays if needed. If u haven't been to the dentist in years like me, make an appointment here, don't hesitate - they're fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Empire Bay Dental Centre have exceptional dentists that work extremely hard at ensuring every patient feels comfortable from the moment they walk in. All the staff are highly professional and love getting to know new patients. Definitely my favourite dental practice.
