Fantastic experience: Most people are afraid of going to the dentist and i was one of them (not afraid just didn’t like going) Since moving to Crookwell we needed to find a new dentist - enter Vivid Smile. What an incredible practice this is from the receptionists to the nurses and of course the dentists. I have been been seeing Dr Derek Chan and I can say without hesitation that he would be the best dentist I have ever seen. His approach, manner, gentleness, care and outstanding professionalism is second to none. He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease with any procedure. If you are in Goulburn and needing a new dentist I highly recommend Vivid Smile and Dr Derek (am sure all the other dentists are all as good) Thank you so much Very Happy patient here

So fastidious polite professional explaining everything . The lovely Irish receptionist is a great first impression as well . Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the Vivid Smile Dental Centre. All the staff were very understanding and helpful to my elderly Mother. The Dentist was very thorough and went out of her way to care for Mum.. We appreciated the extra time and apologise to those in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: For years now i have been told that i need to go under surgery to get my wisdom teeth out, but today i decided to get a 3rd opinion because my bottom left was giving me trouble! Dr Allen was amazing took a while but he got it after being told it couldn't happen so thank you and the nurses were very welcoming it was lovely.

It's obvious he takes pride in his work and is very good at his job. I highly recommend Dr Derek for anything dental. I would never use anyone else but Dr Derek for my dental care from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to vivid dentist since it first opened in Goulburn! Myself and family all go here! I have taken my daughter to see dentist Allen Woodson two times now Both times she has walked out saying “I love that dentist he’s the best” So good with children taking that fear out of a dentist appointment! Fantastic experience: I have needle phobia, extreme anxiety and am terrified of dentist as a result of many previous traumatic experiences. I started seeing Dr Alan at this clinic , and I have never experienced so much care , compassion and patience. He really takes his time with the anaesthetics to make sure its as pain free as possible , he does not rush , constantly checks in with me to make sure I'm comfortable, and doesn't make me feel like an idiot for being anxious.. today I visited again , and no word of a lie- I was that comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep. On top of all of that , the end result is flawless. I cant thank , or recommend him enough. He really is the master of his trade , while still caring about his patients. Also , Denise in reception is always so helpful, and caring , she really does go above and beyond to coordinate everything and get people in when they need. Fantastic experience: Today, l had my first dental appointment with Vivid Smile Dental Clinic. (9th June 22) I had two tooth extractions, a few stitches and a filling done and l didn’t feel a thing. l will have no fear going to this dental clinic for future appointments. Never in my life (l’m 70 yo) have l ever had a positive experience with a dentist, until today. I’m stunned how painless this was. I highly recommend Vivid Smile Dental Clinic to anyone, particularly to anyone that fears going to a dentist, as l “once was”.

Fantastic experience: I had a large tooth surgically removed. The dentist informed me in detail of what I was to expect and ran me thru the procedure as he was doing it. He was very humble and compassionate. He did a wonderful job. The surgery is very tidy and the staff act in a professional manner. The best thing was, that they followed up my procedure, brought me back into the dentistry and checked everything was okay at no extra charge. The receptionist is lovely and very bubbly. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist, Dr Derek Chan and his assistant were beyond wonderful, he was very gentle, understanding and gave me many options. His assistant (whose name I didn’t not catch) was kind gentle and supportive she even offered me her hand to squeeze and held it tight through all the tough parts of the procedure which for me calmed me down and helped me through it. The receptionist Denise was wonderful, sympathetic and very understanding and got me in for an emergency appointment as soon as she could, this practice will definitely become my regular dentist. Thanks to the whole team for helping me out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken wisdom tooth and was in lots of pain called this place and they saw me the same day and removed 3 wisdom teeth, hardly any pain the next day and no brusing i would 100% recommended vivid smile dentist to anyone they are the best

Dr Chan had my tooth out in no time and with no issues.. I am exceedingly grateful to the wonderful staff who were friendly and compassionate, and a special thank you to Kim who was meant to go in before me, but seeing my misery, said I was to go first. Fantastic experience: An update on my previous post. In the last couple of weeks I had to have some major work on one of my teeth. Dr Allen was amazing and after hours of work, I had no pain in the following days, which I was expecting. Dr Allen was kind and gentle. A big thankyou to the girls in the surgery who help out and especially to Denise on reception who makes you feel very welcome. Thankyou. Very professional team. Dr Kadi is very caring. Very good dentist. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery and in particular Dr Kadi.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Mark Ibrahim at Vivid Smile and the dental nurses are great too. He is patient and professional in his dentistry. I have been a about 4 different dentists in Goulburn ranging in price and professionalism and I have not been happy ( with one caring more about the $$$ and their ego). My 5 year old had her uncertainty of dentists made a thing of the past with the lovely Dr Kye Kim and his assistant (sorry, cant remember her name) making her feel very comfortable and taking the extra time to talk to her and explain every step of the process. Fantastic experience: we had an appointment and were pleasantly surprised that they did not want to take our money until they were satisfied that the correct X-rays and doctor stuff was done. I can say it felt like a family atmosphere. with no stern faces to meet you at reception, just a happy smiling face which by the way you do need when going into a dentist. does anyone else get nervous in the waiting room? Anyway I say go in and meet them you maybe surprised at the nice way they treat you. lastly I would add they know what they are doing. which in my eyes is a bonus.

The flexibility of appointments and their attention to detail is why I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic experience: Attended this surgery on Friday for an emergency extraction and saw Dr Allen. I cannot recommend these guy high enough. Dr Allen and his nurse who I cannot remember her name ( A Lovely Irish lady) went above and beyond to help me out yesterday. Then to have a followup call this morning from Dr Allen to make sure all was Ok. Definitely will be going back.
