Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever with Care Dental. I initially booked an appointment at the Campsie branch for 31.08. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it, so I called to reschedule for either Sunday or Monday. The receptionist, Sylvia, rescheduled me for 02.09 (Monday), and I took leave from work for the appointment. My case is special as I need to consult both an orthodontist and an implant specialist since I've lost a tooth. My partner also needed to see an orthodontist, so I booked for both of us. I received a reminder message about the rescheduled appointment, but it mentioned Villawood instead of Campsie. I called them on Friday, 30.08, at 2 pm to reconfirm the appointment. During the call, I mentioned the discrepancy in the location, but Sylvia assured me that the appointment was at Campsie. She even asked me to send a confirmation, so I thought everything was fine. However, when I arrived at the clinic, they informed me that the booking was at 2:30 pm for another patient named Norah, not me. While I understand that names can be the same, phone numbers cannot. They casually offered to reschedule for the following week showing a complete lack of responsibility and respect for my time. After that they were investigating for 10-15 minutes, Sylvia admitted that Mimi (Meme) from the Villawood branch had made a mistake. Despite this, they initially insisted that I had called Villawood, even though I had dialed the Campsie number. In the end, Sylvia checked their call logs and found that it was indeed her mistake. This caused us immense frustration. They then offered me a consultation with a different dentist, which I had to pay for, and promised that the next visit with Dr. Dylan would be free of charge. However, there's no point in having double consultations with different dentists. Either reschedule to get 4pm appointments at Villawood. Meanwhile, Sylvia was trying to promote their Invisalign brace offer. This experience was extremely disappointing. They don't even deserve a star. I do not recommend TCare Dental at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Phuong removed my wisdom tooth and it was the best dental experience I've ever had!! Immediately I felt at ease in her experienced hands. She and her assistant took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable (jaw cushion, blanket, stress ball) and removed my tooth with the greatest level of professionalism. All the lovely people at TCare made this otherwise stressful experience incredibly comfortable and seamless for me. 10/10 will recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here at TCare Dental. Welcoming and generous vibe. Dr Suyeon is brilliant, wisdom tooth extracted with no fuss. I felt well informed and cared for.

Negative experience: I had unfortunately a terrible experience. My procedure was done with Dr. Scarlett Li. Initially it was meant to be a simple extraction which turned into a surgical extraction which then double the price beyond what I had expected and exceeded the competitive price greatly. Throughout the procedure I could feel the Dr. Scarlett Li growing impatience and frustrated, which is now evident with the careless stitches that was left in my jaw. The worst part is that I noted specifically that I am allergic to penicillin which I have an intense anaphylactic reaction to, however I was prescribed and penicillin and when it was clarified by the pharmacist and upon calling the doctor, the pharmacist was advised to “leave it” and Dr. Scarlett Li said she was not going to prescribe any antibiotics at all. The pharmacist warned that I could have a severe infection if I don’t get antibiotics and after trying to explain over the phone, I was forced to return to the clinic and wait. At this time the anaesthetic had wore off and the pain of my shaved jaw created a blinding migraine. After waiting for more than 45 minutes in agony she came out with the right medication and said “confirm it with the pharmacist that it is not penicillin”. This has honestly been a horrible experience that has cost me so much money, pain and with a sub par job. Highly unrecommended.

Fantastic experience: Campsie, Wed 30.08.23 1:30 pm: check + clean. ~10 min behind schedule (previous patient). Booking: done online - asynchronous and efficient. Staff had all the information needed when I arrived, so the process was seamless. Receptionist: warm and welcoming. Offered tea/hot chocolate. Smiling and apologetic for delays. Dentist (Dr Phuong Pham): Professional, explained problems clearly, handled patient with care. Equipment: has modern tools, including X-rays. Parking: empty streets nearby. A great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited TCare Dental Centre for my wisdom tooth pain. I was in alot of pain and the receptionist Sylvia was very helpful to arrange last minute appointment for me. Dr Patrick was very skillful at what he did and helped me with wisdom tooth surgery in the pain free way. I was very pleased and looking forward to come back next month for my dental check up and clean.
