Fantastic experience: Our family has been coming here for over 10 years! The dentists and their assistants are professional and empathetic. The ladies on Reception always greet us with a smile! Prior to coming here, I was always anxious about going to the dentist, but not anymore! You can’t really go wrong with the Thunderbirds on the wall as well!!!

Fantastic experience: A big, big thank you to Annette Gareis today for caring for my husband. He came in to have his six monthly Check, Scale & Clean It was found he also required two fillings which had fallen out due to the age of the fillings . Annette explained what was needed & I went to the Reception Desk to organise an appointment for these fillings. Immediately Mel was able to tell me that a patient had cancelled their appointment. It followed my husband’s appointment. She asked if he would like to have the work done immediately. Annette felt he was fine to endure an hour in the chair for this work. He has turned 90 years of age. We were saved having to return to have the fillings done. My husband and I were very happy to be given the appointment. Then Mel made me a cup of tea while I waited for him. This demonstrated caring and concern to all parties concerned. Again thank you Annette, Mel and Natalie Les and Marie Semmens

Fantastic experience: Peter Allen is legendary. Fitting me at night and past my bed time to repair a broken crown! It dislodged earlier that same day.

I hate going to the dentist but they were so quick, gentle and professional I think I might actually start going for regular checkups and cleans here instead of waiting until something goes wrong. Also, I forgot my health insurance card and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful they showed me I could set it up on my phone very easily. Wish I could give 6 stars!

She has an excellent bedside manner - she’s very attentive and gentle while being extremely skilled with a kind and understanding personality. I cannot recommend seeing her enough. She’s made it possible to enjoy seeing the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here a couple of years and every dentist I’ve seen has been great. I just had some wisdom teeth removed under local by Jungin Park and I have to say as someone who has never even had a filling, he and the staff made me feel really comfortable and I barely even felt the tooth get taken out! I highly recommend, and they always try to give you the best pricing options with private healthcare or not. jungin also organised for me to have an extra consult after my initial removal without charge just to answer a question I had and reassure me, you’re in great hands for you or your family here.

Fantastic experience: I always dreaded seeing the dentist until I visited this practice. I have seen Dr Lorraine Lim Park for some time now and can't recommend her enough, especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist. She has resolved all my dental issues and her friendly nature always put me at ease. My partner now sees her regularly as well. Thanks always for a great service.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my 4 children (19, 17, 11, 8) have been attending Avenues Family Dental for 3yrs. We find the staff friendly and professional. My 8yr old daughter has special needs and alot of dentist would refer a child especially one with special needs to a specialist but Dr Vanessa was happy to see her and with the support of the staff we got the job done saving me alot of money. They accept the child medicare and also my healthfund rebate for afew things which also saves me money, cost is so important to my family. I have also seen Dr Annette for my jaw issues, her treatment really helped and her follow-up aftercare was really appreciated. Everything you need is there so no need to travel for X-rays and the lovely ladies at the front desk always have everything ready and organised for quick and easy payment process. If you are looking for a new friendly and affordable dentist I highly recommend The Avenue's Family Dental.

Front desk are always lovely and have been very friendly and helpful to work with when enquiring about quotes and new procedures. I sent my partner in to get his Twisted tooth looked at and Dr Michael was able to help very quickly and help coming to the rescue with a solution. I appreciate the care that the team take with us all considering that the dentist can be a scary place so there’s no need to worry about having issue with Dr Michael or the team

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience, Michael was very rude, impatient and not understanding or gentle. The reception were nasty and snarky too, wouldn’t recommend

Negative experience: I deleted my first review because the staff had the amazing idea to put my personal procedure information in their response, I would just like to say how disrespectful, disgusting and violating that is. Like I have said, this is my personal experience and as professionals I would expect that you wouldn’t breach patient confidently like that. My review is not disrespectful, it’s my opinion, this is why google reviews exist. So please respect my thoughts and do not include my confidential information Every appointment that I made would be changed to a different day or time, the last time it happened it was a few hours before the appointment where I had taken study off to attend and of course they changed it! I had also received a filling, after knowing something was wrong with it I had gone back so they could double check and they said it was okay and it was normal I was in so much pain (I had a gut feeling they messed it up and I have never experienced this amount of pain after a filling) I changed dentist's and they confirmed there was still a hole where they had "filled" My gum was drilled during this filling, I have a photo of a bunch of drill marks in my gum and there was no reason for them to do that, my new dentist even agrees. Everything felt rushed and they didn't seem to have any care I have never been to a dentist like this before, it seems like theyre extremely overbooked and understaffed as someone receiving a treatment it has really turned me off dentists and every time I go to an appointment I'm scared my dentist is going to do what they did Honestly I'm just disappointed in the service and lack of care in my appointment Anyways this is my personal experience, it won't be the same for everyone but be careful I know the dental practice won't think they did anything wrong, but you did and please do better for other people

Fantastic experience: Had the best dental experience ever, had 2 fillings done last week by Dr Sia and she made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel any pain even afterwards. She did such a great job numbing before the needle, mouth wedge so my jaw didn't hurt keeping my mouth open. Explained everything, had a few laughs. I'm taking my son to see her for his first filling.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Miriam and she is professional and friendly. She is confident in her scope of practice to refer me to an orthodontist when needed. The practice also claims maximum on my health fund making each visit very cost effective.
