Fantastic experience: My experience at Clayfield Bupa Dental was terrific. Dr Nicole would have to be one of the most thorough dentists I have ever been to. She uses the latest technologies and records all details for trend analysis. She explains everything as she goes to you. The reception staff and clinical assistants are all very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: My favourite dentist. Honestly, the staff are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Beyond the front of house, the dentists and dental assistants and fab. They are also great with kids (which helps as one of my kids is very nervous in the chair). Can’t fault this studio!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and treatment!

Negative experience: What dentist performs a check up without even looking in a patient’s mouth? The dentist performed my check up based on photos taken by the hygienist. I’ve been going here for years and received excellent treatment under Dr Close and Dr Ryan but that care has gone. The office manager they have employed recently to cut corners, presumably to save money, is appalling. During my visit, she was rude to the reception team in front of patients and her appearance (ripped jeans) was unprofessional. The hygienist did a decent job, which was the only positive to take away from my visit. Yesterday was my last visit to this practice. I won’t go back.

Negative experience: My family and I have been visiting this dental practice for the past eight years. Five weeks ago, I went in for a filling. Three weeks after the procedure, I experienced severe pain and called to schedule an appointment. The same dentist examined the tooth, cleaned the filling, and mentioned that I might need a root canal. However, she didn't perform the procedure. Instead, she applied a barrier and injected some antibiotics, saying the pain should subside until I could see another dentist for further evaluation. Now, I'm writing this review in the middle of the night, still in severe pain. This situation is unacceptable. I have an appointment with another dentist at the same practice, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after two visits, they couldn't fix a simple filling. I advise avoiding this practice.

Fantastic experience: Modern facility and very trendy local dentist around my area. I was met by Dr. Waleed (Dentist) and Sarah ( Dental Nurse) . They were both knowledgeable and comforting, showed a great deal of patience, and very attentive. They explained the treatment plan very clearly. Couldn't ask for a better dental experience ✨️✨️✨️ Dr. Waleed was very thorough and identified the issues that needed to be addressed. He explained the procedure and costings involved. I am pleased to have a very caring and efficient dental clinic to be associated. Highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Had Invisalign with these guys and it left me with crooked teeth as the treatment didn't work at all. Staff refused to fix issues and were pretty rude about it. The whole experience was traumatic. Ended up having to get braces again through another dentist as my own expense. This place went to the toilet when Paul Close left. These guys don't know what they're doing and do poor quality work so stay away!!!

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I've ever had, Dr Farnaz so gentle and professional. A BUPA preferred provider meant there was no gap for me. All round brilliant experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, friendly and inviting… The studio itself is clean and gorgeous, if that David Bowie artwork goes missing, don’t come looking at my place Oh and the dentists and assistants are fantastic…!! Best Dental work I’ve had… I even had a bit of a moment after having to have a couple of teeth removed and they were caring and nice about it and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for having a bit of a cry lol… Highly reccommend…!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hayden Stewart is amazing. He make me feel calm and assist with my anxiety by giving me updates and hype as to how I’m handling the procedure and where he’s up to. The dental nurses go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of and you’re always greeted with a smile by reception. After years of hating dentists and dental anxiety, i now bounce in excited for a visit with Brisbane dental studio.

Fantastic experience: My family has received dental care here for over 20 years. Have received excellent long term family dental health managment, root canal treatment, teeth whitening, amongst many other needs. Professional and personalised interest always show. Any concerns were listened to and acted on. Wouldn't go any where else.

Fantastic experience: The crew here are all excellent and have definitely helped me overcome any previous bad experiences I have had at dentists. Cannot recommend enough! Would note that due to the popularity, there may be a bit of a wait time to get in.

Fantastic experience: Took me far too long to get back into a dentist suffering from significant anxiety just to get in the door. Dr Nuttall was incredible throughout the process; clear in his communication throughout and Carmie his offsider was just as good. The service and care was a far cry from yesteryear - felt comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This is a dental practice I truly feel comfortable in. They welcomed me a year ago when I moved interstate and I’ve just gone back for my second check up. All the staff are friendly and I feel they take pride in creating a safe space free of any judgement.

Fantastic experience: Being from out of town, I'm always anxious about stepping out of my usual dentists, Drs, hairdressers, etc. After my experience at Brisbane Dental though from the initial phone call to book my appointment to the very end of my appointment, I was worried for nothing. I would definitely recommend Brisbane Dental Studio to anyone hands down, 10/10 every time!! Dr Hayden Stewart and his hygienist were so sweet and made me feel comforacle from the get go. The receptionists and all of the staff were amazing, professional, welcoming, open, respectful and ridiculously nice and sweet. Service was quick, and due to needing this appointment for work requirements and unpredictable work schedule circumstances, rather than do the consultation and try to find time to come back another day, Dr Stewart and the staff were more than happy to accommodate me and complete the work-required procedure within the same appointment. Couldn't say enough great things about this place and this was my first time! Even got to reminisce with Dr Stewart about our shared Rugby Union club (his former, my current). If I'm ever living permanently in Brisbane or come down for an extended period of time and require dental treatment, I know exactly who and where to go to!! Thanks so much Brisbane Dental Studio!!

Negative experience: Very clean and modern looking practice in general, staff is lovely and professional and accommodating to patients requests. Would recommend! Edit: After having to go to hospital after getting a filling that should have been a root canal treatment, I changed dentists.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to my last dentist for some years and found Brisbane Dental Studio when searching for somewhere with excellent reviews. I’m so glad I found them! Dr Sam is fantastic, he takes time to explain things and answer every question, he’s professional but also friendly. I had some teeth removed first visit and second visit was two fillings. I trust him and will continue to see him as my regular practitioner. I must also say that the dental nurses are also brilliant and front desk staff just wonderful. I’m now only nervous and not totally panic stricken at the thought of a visit and it’s due to the care these people give!

Fantastic experience: Brisbane Dental Studio provides excellent dental services not just for routine dental problems but more complex, specialised issues as well. Two of my children suffer from Ameligenesis Imperfecto on all their teeth. Dr Stewart did an amazing job in maintaining them while we were posted in Brisbane from 2011-2014. He then restored my son’s teeth with ceramic system crowns just before we moved back to London in 2014. He did such a brilliant job on my son’s teeth that we recently came back all the way from London to have the same treatment done for my daughter as she is the right age now. I visited many top private dental practices in London to see their work but none of them satisfied me enough to go with them. We are so glad that we came back here as we are all extremely pleased with my daughter’s new teeth. We can’t thank Dr Stewart and his team enough !

Fantastic experience: Dr Sophie Ho and the all the staff at this Dental Studio are all so absolutely, kind, caring and professional. Sophie was amazing and generous with her time and patience and all the staff did their very best to put me at ease and reassure me with a procedure that I was extremely nervous about. I highly recommend this dental practice, you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Was a bit nervous getting my first major dental work done, but Dr Ryan Nuttall was fantastic. He took his time to explain everything to me in as much or as little detail as I wanted, and gave me full warning of the risks and upcoming ‘pain’ points of the work being done. I use quotation marks there because the entire experience was actually completely pain free! It is an uncomfortable experience laying in a chair with people rummaging around in your mouth, but Dr Nuttall was great and certainly put me at ease. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the bill at the end – obviously this differs based on your health cover, but as a BUPA preferred practice this whole procedure cost me about as much as a trip to the movies. I can’t recommend this team enough.
