Fantastic experience: I would love to recommend the 'Wellard Village Dental' practice to anyone reading this. I have finally decided to have work done on my teeth after having neglected myself for decades. The pricing was made available for me to understand with rebates from private medical explained and accommodated for. They really go the extra mile to ensure you get maximum rebate and less out of pocket expenses. I had two crowns put in and very happy with the shade chosen. My dentist made sure I was comfortable and always asked if he needed to stop to rest or spit. The pain threshold was really zero and the dentist went the extra mile. I knew every second was spent to make my appearance better and make me very happy. The friendly receptionists were quick to check in and keep me posted of changes and slip ups from my side , even accommodating changes to schedules on the spot. I am happy that I use Wellard Village Dental as my dentist. Special mention and appreciation to Dr T. Skibinski.

Negative experience: What a rude receptionist from this dental clinic. I just had a surprise message from this clinic to confirm an appointment with them so replied back saying that I actually didn't make a booking. Straight this girl called me not happy and pushed me to cancel the appointment by repeating "do you wanna cancel the appt then?" My new insurance company recommended this clinic .... will never consider this one.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent visit to your clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the use of uncleaned equipment during my dental procedure. Shortly after my visit, I began experiencing severe diarrhea and vomiting, which led me to seek emergency treatment at Rockingham Hospital. This ordeal caused me considerable distress and suffering, and I believe it could have been prevented with proper hygiene practices. To prevent such incidents in the future, I strongly recommend that your clinic adopt the practice of using sterilized, individually packaged equipment. These should be opened in front of the patient to ensure and demonstrate that all tools are clean and safe for use. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the safety and quality of care at your clinic. It is crucial for patients to feel confident that they are receiving treatment in a safe and hygienic environment.

Everything was explained up front, as well as while the procedures were happening. Having the dental plan worked up meant I knew what to expect for each visit. I feel like the prices are very reasonable, even compared to the bigger dental chains (QVC, DB). Overall a wonderful dental practice, I am glad to have found it!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have severe anxiety around dentists.. When we booked our appointment the ladies in reception were fantastic, friendly and very reassuring. When we returned for our appointments last Wednesday, Dr. Tom was awesome, he didn't rush through anything. He was very mindful of our fears, which helped us to relax. He showed us the essays and pointed out areas of concern in a reassuring manner. I have a very complex medical history in which he listened to me, asking questions. As I'm on DSP, he came up with 2 plans for me and told me to go home and think about it and not rush into anything. If you have a phobia surrounding dentists , you MUST book with Dr Tom, you won't regret it... I was also impressed with the rest of the staff and their desire to make our visit as pleasant as possible

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment yesterday with two small kids, and Dr. Megan did a great job of being gentle while thorough. We would definitely recommend the practice to families and will come again. Though more thought to options for kids while they’re waiting would be appreciated (possibly kid friendly tv in the waiting room while families are there, or coloring sheets, or simple toys).
